While most Nickelodeon properties are off limits to us due to the big bad V, you'd think there would be no way to annotate any movie, not even an episode of a show from the vault of Nickelodeon. Unlike this one. Cry Baby Lane at first look, seems to be a rather high budgeted movie that scared plenty of kids back in the early 2000's. As it was scary back then, it didn't really stand for the test of time. The budget seemed like it was blown in the intro, and the rest of the effects looked like something from those Goosebumps episodes. It's an absolute B-Rated flick, and nothing could save it's mediocrity. I'm pretty sure you guys will get a kick out of this one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZcqL_Ilok3I |

I remember all the buzz this generated when it was found. But yah, these live action movies they show on children's channels all have a really stupid charm to them. It would be fun to see. |
