The reds trade Amir Garrett Daniel Norris Avisail Garcia
The Pirates trade Brandon Belt Willy Garcia
The Pirates needed another OF stud to help Myers, Tavares, and Hicks. Garcia should fit in our OF nicely. We get a top 100 pitching prospect in Norris back and Amir Garrett has an arm like Arolds Chapman, just very very raw. Maybe a future bullpen arm. We give up our 1B guy that at best will split time with Buster Posey and Garcia who is raw and several years away from being productive. Garcia was the key to this trade.

We here have a personal liking of Garcia and like what he brings to a club but we couldnt pass up a guy like Brandon Belt who is still developing. We had a few holes to fill and by getting Belt it plugs up a hole at UTIL. And I did a litter Research on Willy and hes decent lol

Approve, Frank gets a developing who I think breaks out this year with regular playing time bat and a decent prospect. Adam gets a studly OF prospect to add to his lore. Daniel Norris is an underrated SP prospect who could pan out in the long run.

Approve #3. Great prospect haul by Pirates for a firstbaseman who still has major questions with his swing (and still plays for a manager who hates him). Reds fills a need and Belt could eventually be his starting firstbaseman if he trades Votto. Nice deal for both teams.
