The Jays and Pirates have agreed to a deal today.
The Pirates trade Cardinals 1ST round pick 2013 1M in cap space
The Blue jays trade Roberto Osuna spec
The Pirates agree to this deal because we get an elite guy that is only 17yrs old. Even though he is a long way away, he is a better talent than what I can get with pick. The money is not a big deal to me. Good long term deal.

I accept this. I feel I can get a better player with the pick, as well as that I need the cap space.

Approve #1. Blue Jays needs some cap space, especially with the Arb numbers coming in on some of his players. He trades a young pitcher with high upside (we all know how Toronto develops young pitchers) for cap space and a 1st round pick. Fair deal in my eyes.
