Angels Send: Mike Clevinger, RHP, Grade C: (0.1M) Chris Carpenter - $10.5M (2013) Jonathan Broxton - $9.5M (2016)
Incentives (for Broxton): 20+ saves in a season - 0.2M | ERA Under 3.00 - 0.3M | Blows less then 5 saves - 0.1M | Converts Every Save - 0.3M | 60+ Strikeouts - 0.2M | Rolaids Relief Man Award - 0.3M | Cy Young Consideration (finish in top 5 in voting) - 0.4M
Giants Send: Santiago Casilla RP (SF) 13:$4,500,000; 14:$4,500,000; 15:$5,000,000
accept. I essentially downgrade at RP so Don can take Carpenter off my hands and free up some cap so I can get a SP who isnt lame. Thanks Don.

Approve #2. I'm fine with this deal. Giants is absorbing a lot of money but securing another closer he has been seeking for some time. I don't really think Clevinger needed to be added, but its not enough to veto. Nice work helping each other out. Now Angels has some room to overpay for a mediocre pitcher in free agency.
