 Name; Benja Jonn Hiett Age; 22 Home; Tevathos Appearance; Benja is tall and gangly, reaching the height of 6' 7". His thin, bony body is underfed, causing strength in his joints and muscles to fail. He has big hands, and can work wood and mental well with them, though he has limited skill with both talents, and is nowhere near a master. Messy and scraggly, Benja's hair is a mixed brown colo. It is tangled because of his limited supplies. Stubble is starting to appear on his face and he can't think of a way to cut it without turning himself to authorities. With only the outfit on his back, he wears a dirty brown overcoat, warm in the cold winters. His pants are starting to get holes, though he tries to be careful with them. His shoes are new, stolen from a store in the town. Wearing several shirts, most of which were stolen or given to him out of sorrow, keep him warm as well. Personality; Very resourceful, Benja is made for living off the streets. With a low level of guilt, stealing to survive does not bother his conscious. He still restrains from doing it out of whim, afraid of authority in Tevathos. His resourcefulness gets him something out of everything. He can make what he needs, except for food, and it works just fine. His skill with wood and mental, though limites, are very usual when it comes to finding shelter. Benja doesn't get angry easily, and tends to avoid fights. He doesn't want violence, as well as the injuries that comes with it. While friends are also out of the question for the homeless man, he does try to be nice to everyone. Benja pictures himself above begging and does only when in great need. Handouts are often rejected and helping hands are thought of twice. History; Benja Jonn Hiett was born in a poor family in the lower end of town. There was never much money, and food was scare. At the age of 17, he ran away from his family, which was quite large and poor, and started his life on the street. He did try to get a job, but having been brought up without education, it was hard to find. After a year, Benja turned 18, looking more like an adult that before. He started to focus in one life, and attempted to learn a skill that would be helpful. Shortly after this time, Benja also started to steal, leaving his job, and ignoring the needs of food and shelter. He was caught one day and ran, getting away from the authorities through some sort of luck. When he found his dog, Martha, earlier this year, Benja's life started to straighten out. He focused on finding a job, even the odd ones were looked at. He found work at the local market, stocking food and goods. Keeping Martha and himself alive, Benja is restarting his life, saving up to rent a place to live and attempting to get his feet on the ground. |
