This has been quite a Kruize so far and there's still a ton of
stuff to see and do...but first, it's time for LUNCH!
The two food vendors who showed up look like they're finally open.
Let's go check it out.....

Looks like there's quite a line at "Bink's Scrapple Van".....

"Chef Bink", with an old hat stolen from Mike Napoleon, proves that you
can indeed polish a pig. His Scrapple Empire includes the traditional
"Scrapple on a Plate", "Frozen Scrapple Slabs", "Scrapple on a Stick" and "Scrapple Pizza"
along with his new line of "Scrapple Butter" and the morning favorite
"Scrapple Juice"...

Right beside the Scrapple Wagon is the trailer owned and operated
by the "Soonerolds Funnel Cake Factory"...

Two old folks known only as "Mom" and "Pop" are busy dishing up the
deep fried delights.

Posted Image

Judging from their stockpile of flour "Mom" and "Pop" are expecting
quite a crowd, although the Mays Landing Health Department would have
something to say about those bags of flour laying on the ground...

Posted Image

Health Department issues aside, The Funnel Cake trailer continues to
attract a crowd, including Karl Osolinski who, after catching a whiff of
the fabulous fried dough, left his orange coupe at the Registration Tent
and ran into the Funnel Cake line...

Posted Image

....and then into the Scrapple Van line.....

Posted Image

....and THEN into the Port-a-John line...

Posted Image

...which seems to be getting steady action since Chef Bink opened for business.
