Hey guys I dont know if you've seen these yet or not but they are out in the LHS. I picked this one up today.

Upon inspection, the castings look real nice, but then I haven't opened the bag yet. Also you get pre-printed widow treatments, and rub on decals to go with it.

Lot's of little extra goodies in there. The bank kit was around $40.00, but looked real nice.

I can see one of your fire escapes going onto one of these.

1/87th scale. HO. They are nice kits to build and detail.
