Hi, I found this forum having searched about wanting to build a diorama...mind you, having seen some of the work some of you people produce, I might have to rethink the cereal box and fake grass!! I hope to fit in ok, a little bit about me.... I started out as a boy making various model kits, planes, cars motorbikes etc, and then got onto the full size things and the hobby got pushed aside. More recently I have been into restoring '70's and 80's Ford Cortinas (The real ones!) and have a collection of those. I would like to do get hold of some 1:18 scale cars and put them in a garage scene. As a lifelong ambition I want to scratch build a model of the trusty Ford Cortina, so will be looking to pick up tips and ideas... Jim |
