I hit slumps myself.....I picture what I want to do...but sometimes get discouraged because I can't find the right part that I need for that stage of the build.

I simply just box up a kit, sit it on the shelf, and wait for desire to hit me again.

Maybe try watching a few car oriented movies.....maybe that'll help.

When I have a slump, I revert to my old standby of doing a basic, 60's era AMT 3 in 1 kit. I don't sweat the paint- rattle can it and hope for the best- and just basic out of the box builds. It sort of puts me back to when I was a kid when everything, including models, was much simpler. Even though the kits are much better now, it takes me months ( years in some cases!) to finish one. I'll usually finish an old kit in a few weeks.

Doctor is in.... *6) ....Take one snap kit and call me in the morning....Just find something that won't turn into a job and throw it together just so you can finish something, that's are problem we turn these into work and we get bogged down into the project and wallk away $bf&

I'm pretty much in the same boat. I've got 2 sitting there ready for paint but just can't seem to find the drive. It'll be there one day and something diverts my attention so it sits.
