Don't be aworrin' 'bout the painting of the outside lad. It looks fine to me. I rather the money be spent on hiring fine lasses as you be ashowin'. Katie and Brigit be their names? Also be spending a few more pounds sterling on the ground floor signage. Most of the clientele I'm looking fo rcan't be a seein' much above the first floor.

I like the way you are doing a fine job on the corporate identity program. The logo, along with the uniforms, works perfectly with what I had in mind. A real classy place for gentlemen to be injoin' themselves. Nothin' trashie or tawdrie atall.

Tell me this mate. Will the place be finished afore St. Paddy's day? I ate to see all that corn beef and cabbage as well as a pot full of bangers and crisps agoin' to waste.

A free imperial pint of Guiness to all that come to the opening courtesy of "The Model Builder" web site. Just ask for Bryan, Virg , or Ken. I don't want to put Ben out for the expenses, the other three are rich men that are successful writers and construction workers.

One more thing Mercman, there will be no hiring of Irish girls with fat ankles. There's an old Irish saying, "Fat ankles – ..."

Good news construction has begun. Un fortunatley I don't know if this guy is reliable or not.

Posted Image

The first thing he did was to start a renovation of the building. Something about being scared of hieghts. So he measured, notice how he measured twice!! :o

Posted Image

and cut, and this is where we are now.

Posted Image

Question is do you trust a guy who uses masking tape to hold the walls up?? :'( :D :D :D

Now it time for the masons, and the roofers to come, then the painters. Also have to find a interior decorator for the place.

That is going to be one swanky place. Very upscale. Nobody will be let in wearing Old Spice aftershave. No way. They gotta wear 4711 or Canoe.

I see the building went from a two story to a one story. What happened did the Suarez crew steal all the bricks and mortar from the upper floor?

Regarding an interior designer I believe if we went to a Cuban Irish Nouvelle cuisine look there is a guy down south that has that certain touch. There's also a guy out west if we want to have a slight Tiki look, but it will probably be too coppery in color if you know what I mean. But then again copper does turn greenish and the Irish eyes are always smiling when they see the color green.

The bricks I understand went to somewhere in Pa. A guy he hired is redoing his brothers house, so figured he could use the brick.

Those guys were busy, however I found this guy for the interior work.

Posted Image

Look like he has a good eye for decorating. :D :D :D

I thought maybe we could hire heras a cook. Looks like turkey parts are her specialty.

Without looking I can tell Maggie does not have fat ankles.

I always can use a tasty baster in my kitchen. She's hired! I know the restaurantish thing wont be open until St. Paddy's day but I want certain staff members to be well trained on the ins and outs of my operation.

Four hours? Are you kidding? I'm into my fourth day of interviews and it's getting very hard trying to decide who should be working at the inn.

Got to add some stock for the patrons. Think this will be enough?

Also some where for the after remains if they partake of to much of the spirits.

Posted Image

Seeing as how this is a Gentlemen's Club ;) we also need a DJ to spin the records for the ladies.

O MY GOD, Mercman. Yes, you put this on a peanut butter lid with a jar over it. A light at the top, and then a peephole.

That would be such a great build!!! WOW!!! I you put a little stereo next to it with the right music, people get to peep in and see all the excitment!

Now we are talking about an establishment that I don't mind attaching my name to. A total top notch crass place.

Check out that you got all your license files in order. I was talking to a good friend of mine Frances "Frankie Two Fingers" that some permits were not filed with the right people. I told him I would stand up for you if the vig is coming steady.

I got your word on that right? I don't want no surprises and stuff considering there is a big Bryan surprise coming in a few days and with a weak heart I don't need no more big surprises.
