Folks, just as Ben, Bryan and I suspected, the energy of the forum has gone through the roof, partly due to the contest, but also the fact that everyone is building. Perhaps it's because we all know pretty soon after THANKSGIVING it all slows down to family time, more work, and more errands!!! To all of you still coming back for more, THANK YOU!!! AMEN! i know i have said this over and over and over again..........but this is THE best forum on the internet, hands down ! ive joined other places, and they were just boring, or they were so strict with the rules you couldnt do anything! i actaully got my stones busted over spelling and "correct english" on one forum!! and i sent an email to an admin and told him they could cram my membership up their a$$e$!!!! everyone makes spelling mistakes from time to time.........i do it all the time, usually its because i am fat fingering the keyboard! LOL..........and correct english, honestly......who uses correct english and punctuation!!....sure as hell aint me! so with all that said............this is my home, and unless i fall over dead, youre all stuck with me! LOL  this is the best forum anywhere!bryan m |

One thing I like about this forum is..it is like that mom and pop shop that everyone drives by it every day, but no one really stops in to see whats inside.. but when you do, you were really missing out all this time, because that place is awesome, yea kinda like that!

While it might not have as much traffic as some other sites, it still is fresh enough that your question gets answered pretty quickly, and I like that. The other nice thing about this forum is they allow women to post their comments and builds. As soon as I finish my seventy three page punch list of honey do projects I just might crack open a kit or two. Not saying I'm going to take pictures of them, but now I know how. Kind of |

I'm finally building again. IT'S SOMETHING SHINY!!!  I truly love this forum for the creativity factor that you all have. Somewhere along the line, I need mine to engage. Maybe I'll go to my 7 year old son for ideas.

Chester there is another model buiilding forum located east of us. I believe it's called MMB (muslim model builders). They don't allow any women in the forum. Also you must park your camel outside the clubhouse. Also no drinking allowed.

I like it here because,there is always something going on.We have a whole cast of characters here.Alot of different styles of building.You can post whats on you're mind.Ask a question.You will get a ansewer.The work done here is always very interesting.Very inspiring group of builders.Good job to all.I always check into see whats new.
