Guys, guys listen, this thread may lose some folks and they probably won't open it. But for the "regulars" that clock in here every day, it's a good place to simply BS. I can't get into the chat room for some reason, hence a lot of the mindless diddly on some of the othere threads by me. Now I can feel free to be completely obnoxious and not muck up a thread on someone's nice build. Save the other threads for more informative and on topic discussion and do our goofing around with reckless abandon right here. Got a good joke or something funny happen at work or home? Put it here. I like the idea, after all it's been up for two days and already has two pages.

Actually, Chester, you have a point. If we refrain from posting pictures here, then people can read up and down pretty quickly.

Yeah, this most certainly can be our off-loading zone for all things B.S..

Or as Hamilton puts it, CACA DE TORO!

Ole!

Sure Virgil, I can cut you a disk. I got lots of CD's their cheap. It cost me about $1.50 to mail it out.

Heck, you've given me at least $1.50 worth of entertainment during the last few months... ;)

I know I have your address, but just so I don't have to dig for it, please email me your address again......

Hi everyone,

I snapped a few shots today. They don't belong anywhere else so I thought they could go here. I have started to just carry my camera with me and snap things that interest me. I am in sales so I drive around a lot. The first is a brick wall with an old sign painted on it. It's a cool wall that was exposed when they took out a building next to it:

Posted Image

The second was taken just down the street from the first. It's a great old glass truck. Would make a great prototype for a scale model.

Posted Image

Hope you guys like the pics.

Later...

I think this is the right place for this:

Here I am on the radio (NPR) Last Friday:

And in Newsweek. Wow, twice in a week:

Sounds to me N, like you have a fun job.!!!

It's interesting how some artists become immensely popular. While others are never acknowledged. And it seems to have very little to do with the quality of their work.

Jim, it IS a lot of fun. I agree with you, the art world is unfair like eveywhere else. Not everyone gets the recognition they deserve, and some get a good deal more...
