Dave your metro has 19hp more than my '59 VW had. I think my Vespa has 4.5hp and is as much fun as you can have legally. |

Hey guys need a favor. My best friends son is sick, he had to be flown to the Univ. Minn Hospital. He has since birth been afflicted with MSUD. It is very rare, and basically he cannot have any protein, no meat. Lives on specially made bread, potato's, and a liquid formula. If you would say a prayer, for Cole it would be greatly appreciated. He is 17 now, and lived 16 years longer than they expected. Just found out he's doing better, the fever broke, and he's off Oxygen. Still has a ways to go though. I thouight the book coming out was a big deal, but last night it was announced that my position is now endowed through the generosity of the Andew W. Mellon Foundation and the Horace Dwight Chapin Bequest. Its amazing to have that happen in the economic time. I'm incredibly grateful to the popel who have supported me at work. |

I got the flu...ick. I tried to do some stuff at my workbench and I can't see because my head is so freekin' stopped up and every time i try and do something I gotta stop and blow my nose. And....I finally get a chance to get some overtime at work, which hardly ever happens. Bummer...I'm going to try and get a couple hours extra anyway. Big train show coming up on Saturday. |
