Thanks for doing this! You are all my play testers now! BWA HA HA HA HA! Ahem...but seriously, I don't think I'll ever be able to get rid of all the glitches because most of them are simply timed events coinciding with player actions, although I've tried to minimise them as much as possible. But definitely game breaking bugs like freezes and looping please report them here. I've been looking at the reported Takako and Keita looping death scenes and I can't work out why some people are experiencing them,but I'll keep trying. Thanks for all your help! |

Ah, thank you for putting up with my whining! I'm getting a lot of bad looping when I go to the computer hacking scene with Shogo. (I've got the cell phone, but if I go back to Shogo's computer instead of to Shinji I can try grabbing the passwords...but the "would you like to poke around/here's how to poke around/we're out of time, let's go" cycle really randomly and it's hard to break out of that loop. Also, one of the teacher's announcements (I think 6pm, day one?) is like "I'm disappointed in your pace...only one kill since my last announcement, too slow..." but then he rattles off a whole list of names. (Including, at one point, Shinji, Yutaka, and Keita even if Shinji is with me.) I think I might have fought Oda (or Oki?) too many times... There's the "I already killed you once!" outburst but I'm not sure he stayed dead even after the second death. Could be misremembering that, though. Not bugs but suggestions: for Mitsuko, after you "kill" her in battle she'll plead with you to spare her life, right? (And if you click "no, you're dead" it just kills her without a fight.) Could you make it clearer that this is what's going on, that you don't have to fight her again? Right now this just looks like a bug because I've been seeing so many of them before :P, so I thought I'd have to fight her again. Also, when you're wandering around and notice someone you've already interacted with (friend, enemy, whoever), would you want to label them in small text so it's easier to go "oh, Kiriyama, run for it" or "hey, Shinji, here's your phone." Of course, if remembering the faces and outfits is part of the challenge, then by all means leave it as is! If it's not intended to be difficult, though, maybe it could be made easier. Thanks again, this is engrossing!! |

Had Hirono as an alias, who died in a fight during second day. Now anytime anyone dies, it just seems to be "Hirono Shimizu" that keeps flashing in Red at the bottom? |

Hi, I have do different gameplay (like 6-7) and I always get stuck at Day 2 01:00 A.M for the Keita's death loop. I have try many times do play differently (Kill Keita, ignoring Keita, kill Shinji, ignoring Shinji etc.) but it ends everytime in the same way: Keita dying infinite time. Have someone overcame this bug? If yes, how? |

And Kiriyama can go into danger zones! It was beeping because I got into one and there he was, ran to to to kill me... The problem was, I already had died. //Though that's not so bad at all, just funny. Haha! //Oh and also, when reports come in the middle of a fight, it cuts it and after that it won't continue at all. Edited by Lady Dynamite, Dec 20 2013, 09:07 PM.

For those experiencing looping death scenes, could you pm me the save file? It's in the folder where you install the game. Then I can check to see shy it's happening. I never experienced it in playtesting. Thanks! |

I've PMed you with some questions. ![]() Another bug; during a fight, the displays of "Shuya Nanahara [or whoever] is out of ammunition" flicker by way, way too fast. I can barely read them and I wouldn't see them if I wasn't looking. Can these be slowed down? |

That's a problem with the script I'm using. I can't seem to find out how to slow it down, and the script's original author is uncontactable :-( |

Another bug: on day 2 at 9 am, I got into the special-start fight with Kiriyama that got me into the lighthouse. I was able to save four of the girls, and add Yukie to my team. After leaving the lighthouse, the clock in the top right didn't run--no time seemed to pass, so I wandered around until the noon report (when it still read 9 am). The virus had already been introduced, but time was passing normally after that, until the Kiriyama fight. |

Hi all I've been bug-hunting all day... and I've managed to find and fix a lot of issues, including some game breaking ones.-The hacking section should be fixed now. Even if time runs out whilst reading files you can still exit. And now Shogo won't automatically prompt you to do hacking, you have to go and use a computer terminal. This keeps his hacking and Shinji's separate and seems to work better. -Fixed a lighthouse bug where saving all 6 girls produces a game-breaking loop -Fixed a problem with it raining inside (!!) -Fixed the problem with Megumi being recruitable even after she is killed. -Death scenes should no longer interrupt and cause issues with flashback/conversation scenes. -Fixed an issue with saving Izumi There are still some things which I haven't been able to change: -When I tried kazuo's save file, the Keita death scene no longer looped and finished normally. Maybe I fixed it accidently -I still can't stop announcements occasionally interrupting battles, although it seems a simple problem. Anyway, it shouldn't be game-breaking. -I couldn't recreate the Takako looping death. It worked fine in my game. -Occasionally Oda will appear without warning and attack. I've had this bug for a while and I can't for the life of me work out why, and why it's only him. So you might get this happen to you. It's not game-breaking though. I will upload version 1.5 to rpgmaker.net. I'm sure there will still be more bugs, so please keep the bug reports coming! Hopefully each version is getting more and more playable! Thanks! |

Oh, haha, yes, forgot to mention the indoor rain...Nice catch ![]() Another bug: Yumiko will sometimes be in a cave (northeast of the island, with a fire) even when she's simultaneously a) hiding out in the woods with Shogo, Noriko, and the gang (after the southeast Kiryama fight), or b) actually part of my team at the moment. I found some bugs too, two are graphic so I think are easier then the others. My playtrough is just this, exit from the school, save Noriko (I don't fight Akamatsu) and then used the wristwatch over and over. - This one is a bit strange. In the previous version, when I chose the character and the game ask me if I want to skip the death scenes, I thought they were the first two done by Sakamochi. In fact I saw ALL the other death scenes (Kazushi's , Shinji's etc.) . In the 1.5 however I saw the death scenes ONLY after the Hirono's one and I didn't see the previous like Megumi's one but I got the warning anyway. So I think here you need just to cut ALL the scenes if the player chose to don't see them. - Talking about deaths, I encounter Niida after the Shinji's death, but he was supposed to die in the first day. - That's is something harder I think. I don't take Noriko at the hospital (I just use the wristwatch over and over) and she die at day 1 12 a.m. After her death she was talking anyway (the same speech about her sickness) and die... even if she was dead. When the warning of Sakamochi at day 1 6p.m started, I saw a small loop when Sakamochi and Noriko were talking at the same time and it took like 1 minute. After that, I encounter Shogo and Noriko talked to him... I watch her status and she was in my party (it said that she was sick, not dead) - The graphic bugs: after Shinji's death (so when the E4's area have a change) , ALL the other Areas have some soft-light spheres at the top (the same light of E4's area) . The second graphic bug is that my Character can walk over the burned building in the E4's Area, I think you have to change the tilesets or something. Anyway is getting better, thanks for the good work! ^^ |
