WINGED HORDE - Arcane, Psychic, Implement - Standard Action, Area burst 1 within 10
Target: Each enemy in burst, Int vs Will
Hit: 1d6 psychic damage, and the target cannot take AoOs until the end of your next turn.

Effect: Teleport up to 5 squares.

GRASPING SHADOWS - Arcane, Illusion, Psychic, Implement - Standard Action, Area burst 1 within 10 squares
Target: Each creature in burst, Int vs Will
Hit: 1d8+Int Mod psychic damage, target is slowed until the end of your next turn.
Effect: Creates an area of writhing shadows until the end of your next turn. Any creature that enters the area takes Int Mod psychic damage and is slowed until the end of its next turn.

VISIONS OF AVARICE - Arcane, Illusion, Implement, Zone - Standard action, Area burst 5 within 10 squares
Effect: Creates a zone in its origin square that lasts until the end of your next turn. It makes the primary attack.
Primary Target: Each enemy in the burst, Int vs Will
Hit: Pull the primary target up to four squares towards the zone. If they are then in or adjacent to the zone, target is immobilized (save ends).
Sustain Minor: Zone persists until the end of your next turn, and you make the secondary attack.
Secondary Target: Close burst 5 centered on the zone, Int vs Will
Hit: Pull the secondary target up to 4 squares toward the zone.
