I guess it's difficult for me to say that Spencer's eviction was ideal - it wasn't. I felt Spencer was someone who was ultimately loyal to Howard/Jeremy/me, and I guess now it turns out he didn't talk to anyone but Howard/Jeremy/Nick - pretty much this Moving Company shit all over again. Hopefully we'll end up a tad bit more successful than the majority of the irl Moving Company, otherwise I'll be either out, or up shit creek without a paddle. I'm not going to lie, I thought McCrae was going home, once he was on the chopping block. And I thought there were enough votes there to do it. But apparently, Spencer didn't speak to anyone, so I guess, from Helissa/Aaryn/everyone else's point of view, it did make sense to get rid of someone that didn't speak to them, so I can't hold it against them. It just puts me in a bit of a weird position, having lost someone I know would've stayed somewhat loyal to me and whatnot.

Also, it makes me a little concerned about the fact that maybe McCrae and Andy have ingratiated themselves with other people a lot more deeply than I had thought. So I have that to be a little concerned about. Apparently Aaryn was one of the people spearheading a Spencer eviction - and she has assured me that her and I are safe, so I guess I just have to keep that relationship going I guess.

Furthermore, McCrae's play in not using the PoV on himself was strange. Pretty much, this would've been my reaction:

A few people have mentioned to me that they woulda played it on themselves - I know I would've - it would've been the first thing I did had I won. So yeah, maybe he has a sidedeal with Aaryn or something now, because she did ask him not to play it.

To answer your question about minorities and majorities - yeah, I was just thinking about that, and I feel that I'm consistently in a Survivor sort mindset. From a BB perspective, I guess you can still switch things up, even if your 'minority' wins HoH, so I guess there is even more of a focus on that in that respective (the HoH competition). At the same time, should I be up against someone else, I'd still find it important to have a "majority" alliance of sorts, such that any votes to evict against you can be minimised, so yeah.

I guess in terms of fallout, I do have a bit of damage control. I guess I could always say I voted for Spencer. Or, I have the option of the fact that my internet conked out and I could say I had prevoted and noone told me to vote otherwise? We'll see how it goes - play it by ear.

So yeah, in saying that, I'll turn to some of the alliances from my point of view?

Howard/Jeremy/me

My main alliance. Still strong. I don't think we're fucked yet, but Spencer going was definitely a setback.

Jessie

She jumps up to being one of my closest allies, only because a couple of the others dropped in a way.

Aaryn

I still trust her - I guess I never told her that I was close-ish to Spencer, so it's not her fault that she nominated him. We had talked about Spencer, but me wanting to keep cards closer to my chest, never mentioned that I had spoken to Spencer, and when she brought Spencer's name up as a target, I never defended him too much, so I guess it'd be unfair for me to hold it against her. Plus, secondly, she has said that I am safe in a way, so to be honest, I'll take her at her word for now.

Nick

Everyone says he's sketchy as fuck. I guess that's good because that keeps the target off my back for a little bit. But I do trust him to a certain extent, more so than other people.

Kaitlin

Drops a bit. I need to talk to her (I haven't had a chance to catch up with her post-eviction). I've heard that she was one of the driving forces behind Spencer's eviction, but she kinda knew that Spencer was close to Jeremy/Howard, so that makes me a little cautious of her, not going to lie.

Helen

She's got game this one. We still share stuff, but yeah, she knows what she's doing.

Same with Elissa. In relation to Elissa, there's something a little off about her in my PMs with her that I can't put my finger on.

Amanda

Amanda has moved into people I can strategise with. She mentioned some elaborate story about her schtick was a 'test' to see how people react and to get past all the shitty small talk of the first few days. As I said, elaborate story, but at least she's opened up a little.

I am also cautious of the fact that I have been running my mouth a little and offered Amanda's name up as a target, and there is the opportunity that this got back to her, and she decided to come up with the "test" story to get me to trust her. Not going to lie, I do believe it, but it is nagging at the back of my mind that she pulled this elaborate stunt just to make me trust her. If that's the case, well played Amanda, because I do somewhat. :cry

Gina Marie

Our conversations are stagnating a bit - I think this is more my fault than hers. I just have to work at this relationship a little bit more.

Candice

She barely turned up, but she's on nobody's radar but Nick/me. This has me concerned, because this means she's a threat to me because she's clearly got some magic personality that has everyone enamoured with her. But I can't risk capital going after her when there's others in the house like McCrae and Andy that I need out because I don't really talk to them properly (and they never talk to me).

McCrae, Andy, David

All three of these, I have weird stilted conversations with - David probably the least so, and Andy probably the most so. I dunno, Andy's conversations with me are hella annoying, and this could easily be my fault, but he offers up these weird platitudes like: "omg, so nervous for MVP" - dude, I know there's a fucking MVP, and I know how it fucking works. In saying that, he barely got any votes this past round, so clearly, he must be doing something right, so, I can hardly underestimate him. McCrae's conversations with me are awkward, and they offer nothing of value, but once again, I was the only vote against him, so clearly, like Andy, he must be doing something right in order to remain valuable to the rest of the houseguests.

I guess only one thing coming out of this is for sure:

Not sure if I want Nick to use the PoV on Howie or not. ;_; because I'll likely be the MVP's alternate. :cry
