Y'know, like some muppet registering 'Ashen' as a trademark and then tells Ashens he's infringing them, despite the demonstrable existance of him and this site long before the application.

I was going to say that. Well, I was going to mention "terrible" Tim Langdell, owner of Edge Software, and king of the trademark trolls. Although, to my knowledge, Dr A hasn't used the word "Edge" to incur his wrath. I've been following this guy's shenanigans over the last year against the people who made the game "Edge" on the iPhone. It's a great story about how you shouldn't piss off the internets, because they'll find all sort of shit out about you, and collate all the evidence...
