So guys, we've been waiting awhile for posts to happen, and I feel something needs to change. For me, the main problem is that there is no set deadline for when posts will be considered late. The pacing we currently have is just a little too slow for me. I feel that we could solve this major problem if we set a deadline for when posts can be successfully sent in. Let's say if you don't post before 3 AM CST that it is assumed you forfeit your turn. If that isn't feasible for Kelby, we can work something else out for him, but at least hold the rest of us to this timing. This way we can keep posting without stalling for several days at a time. It's not perfect, but I think it could really help keep things moving. Another option would be for one person to be responsible for reminding whoever needs to post that they are up next. This would make someone have more work than would be necessary, and I could see this possibly getting annoying, but who knows? This may be the only thing we need to keep things moving. Otherwise, we could just stop playing this and try to pick this up at a later date, or after we come up with more stringent rules on post pacing. Maybe if we could find a time like once or twice a week where we have 2-3 hours set aside to just post constantly. Opinions? |

Well, I've got loads of free time, so if we need someone to reminds people it's their turn it wouldn't be too inconvenient for me. I definitely like the idea of having a deadline though. |

At least you're a PC

I'm up for the deadline. I can toy with a CST one and see how it works. |

Sorry, the last delay was my fault. Spring break happened and I forgot most of life. I'll try to get back on track. |

Just so I am clear, this isn't meant to call out anyone in particular. I know I'm guilty of slowing down the story progression. I just think adding a deadline would at least make it clear when we can/can't post, and can keep the story going for those interested in seeing how it goes. |
