LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - FIRST ROUND MATCH ONE ESSENCE vs. EL FORASTERO
Essence begins the match by kissing El Forastero’s hand – which confuses him slightly, before he attempts to hit a roundhouse kick, but Essence ducks underneath and connects with a European uppercut! This causes Forastero to stagger back and lean against the ropes. Essence takes advantage of this and clotheslines him out of the ring. She gets the crowd pumped up before attempting a slingshot crossbody, something we’ve never seen her do before, but Forastero is quickly back to his feet and rolls into the ring, avoiding the move altogether. It’s not long after that he’s quickly dashing across the ring, and coming back to hit a suicide dive onto Essence! He quickly gets Essence back into the ring and goes for a cover, but Essence kicks out at one. Not wanting to waste time, Forastero picks Essence up and hits a spinning back kick right to the gut – this sets up Essence nicely for a jumping DDT, which he connects, and straight away attempts a pin fall – but can only manage two. The man known as “The Foreigner” heads to the top rope, he jumps for a high-angle senton, but Essence rolls out of the way. Essence locks in a Boston crab, but Forastero doesn’t tap, and instead manages to roll out of the submission move. Forastero hits a running leg lariat, with Essence getting up immediately, which Forastero answers by connecting with a Lou Thesz press. With Essence down, Forastero hits a springboard moonsault, but once again, can only get the count of two. Visibly frustrated, Forastero drags Essence over to the corner and places her on the top rope. He appears to be going for the Avalanche shiranui, but Essence begins fighting him off with headbutts! Both begin to fight for dominance on the top rope, seemingly can go either way here, and Essence manages to win the struggle, and hits a top rope neckbreaker! Both competitors are down, and the referee begins his count, getting to six before Essence gets an arm across Forastero, the referee counts, and Forastero kicks out at two and three quarters! Essence gets to her feet, wondering what she has to do to take the debuting Forastero out. She slowly heads towards the corner, waiting for him to get to his feet. Screaming at him now, Forastero finally makes his way upright, but he doesn’t know Essence is waiting for him to turn around. When he does, Essence runs towards him going for the bicycle kick, but Forastero had it well scouted, as he ducks underneath it and hits a pele kick! Forastero once again climbs to the top rope, signalling for a frog splash. El Forastero jumps for the frog splash, but Essence is up straight away and catches him with a bicycle kick! She gets the pin, and it’s over! Essence advances to the quarter finals of the tournament.
Winner: Essence (Time: 10:02)

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - FIRST ROUND MATCH TWO ALISA RUTSKAYA vs. JESSY TURNER
Both women begin the match with a collar-elbow tie up. Jessy gets the advantage and transitions it into a side headlock, before executing a takedown. Alisa breaks free of the headlock with a head scissors, which in turn, forces Jessy to counter, bridging up and hitting Alisa with a back kick. She picks Alisa up and hits a knife chop, before she hits a front dropkick, sending Alisa back against the ropes. Jessy attempts to continue her attack, but the referee stops her, allowing Alisa to hit her with a thumb to the eye, followed by a quick roll up and a quick two count. Alisa, who is now in control of the match, begins stomping her downed opponent, taunting the crowd while she does. She picks Jessy up by the hair, and hits a nasty headbutt, staggering Jessy. Alisa runs at her and hits a crossbody, followed by a sequence of punches, before slamming the back of her head into the ring mat. She locks in a sleeper hold, but Jessy manages to fight out of it, getting back to her feet and elbowing Alisa in the mid-section to break free from the hold. After escaping the sleeper, Jessy knocks Alisa down with a hard clothesline, but the Russian is back to her feet rather quickly, which prompts Jessy to once again, hit her with a clothesline, and again, Alisa is back to her feet. Alisa is able to duck the next clothesline attempt, but Jessy is quick to adapt and hits a front dropkick right to her back, causing Alisa to fall in between the top and middle rope. Jessy, noticing this, makes her way to the ropes and begins to hit multiple knee lifts on Alisa. With Alisa on the group, Jessy makes her way to the top rope and hits an elbow drop! She goes for the cover, but Alisa kicks out at two. Jessy hits a European uppercut, following it up with a bridging German suplex, but releases the pin fall attempt. When Alisa comes too, Jessy quickly hits a shining wizard, this time going for the cover immediately afterwards, but can only manage a count of two. Jessy brings Alisa to her feet, but Alisa brushes her off and connects with a stiff right hand, and then hits the “Siberian Punishment”, her superkick signature move! She opts out of the cover, and instead, looks to be setting up for the “From Russia with Love” spinebuster – this proves to be a costly mistake, as Jessy manages to reverse the move into an enziguri. She picks Alisa up, and Jessy hits her with the Inverted overdrive, and it’s over! Jessy advances to the quarter finals of the Legacy of the Gaijin tournament! Winner: Jessy Turner (Time: 07:49)

RISING SUN CHAMPIONSHIP, NO DISQUALIFICATION MAIN EVENT YURI JIGOKU vs. HIROKAI YOKOZA
Yuri Jigoku makes his entrance to the ring, not in the best of moods. Having failed to capture the CWC United States Championship just a few days ago, he fully intends to leave Chiyoda as the Rising Sun Champion. The crowd boo him, but the boos quickly turn into thunderous cheers as "What's My Name?" by Gazzila hits the speakers. Hirokai Yokoza steps out from behind the curtain, the Rising Sun Championship around his waist. He soaks in the reception, as he knows that each title defence could be his last. He kisses the Rising Sun Championship as he hands it over to the match official, and this no disqualification bout begins. Straight away, Yuri and Hirokai are straight at each other. The bad blood has been building up between them over the past few weeks, and tonight it all comes to a head. The two hard hitters meet up in the middle of the ring, and start exchanging blows. They go punch-for-punch for about a minute, until Yuri ducks one of Hirokai’s efforts, and the two lock up for a collar-and-elbow. However, Hirokai is able to slip through and behind, enabling him to kick his leg through Yuri’s and take him down. This allows Hirokai to lock in a heel hook, which Yuri tries to fight out of. He straightens his leg and tries to roll out of it, but Hirokai rolls with him and is able to lock in a heel hook again. Yuri yells out, not so much in pain but frustration. Hirokai tightens his grip as much as he can, but Yuri is refusing to give up. He drags himself to the bottom rope and gets his hand onto it, temporarily forgetting there are no disqualifications. So he has to find another way to escape, and that he does. He manages to kick himself free, which buys himself enough time to get to his feet. He struggles to place his foot on the ground for the time being, but this doesn’t stop him from kicking Hirokai as he comes running towards him. From here, Yuri takes control of the match. He uses a lot of hard-hitting moves to do damage to the Champion, intent on punishing him. Yuri’s frustrations are being taken out on Hirokai Yokoza tonight, and it’s certainly working for Yuri Jigoku. He has Hirokai locked in a high angle Boston crab, and Hirokai has to fight through the pain. He does, managing to roll onto his back and kick Yuri away. But he doesn’t have long to recover, as Yuri is straight back at him, and takes Yokoza down with a butterfly suplex. With his ankle having fully recovered now, Yuri is able to move around freely. This allows him to stay on the offensive, which he does with a chickenwing facelock. Applying pressure to yet another part of Hirokai’s body, he pulls as hard as he possibly can. But, again, Hirokai is able to fight through it. Yuri remains in firm control, trying to wear down different parts of Hirokai’s body. But it still doesn’t work, as Hirokai keeps fighting through the pain.
Frustrated, Yuri begins to hit himself in the head repeatedly before pulling Hirokai up to his feet. But Hirokai is able to fight back, knocking Yuri to his knees. Somehow, he manages to pull off a shining wizard. This gives him the opening he needs, and he uses it to apply a cross armbreaker. Yuri struggles, trying to break out of the hold. But he can’t, and Hirokai yanks back to apply as much pressure as he can. Yuri screams in agony, and it seems as though he can’t go on for much longer. But Yuri, taking advantage of the no disqualification nature of the match, swings his foot up and kicks Hirokai in the groin. Hirokai releases Yuri, whose face was starting to turn purple, and clutches at his groin. Yuri rolls away, able to get his breath back. But no longer being in control of the matchup forces him to alter his approach, with Hirokai coming into his own wave of momentum. Hirokai gets to his feet, and Yuri walks over to him to deliver a flurry of knife edge chops to the chest. He then whips him into the ropes, but Hirokai comes back at him with a running headbutt. It sends Yuri stumbling backwards, which allows Hirokai to take control of the match, albeit briefly. He uses his martial arts experience to inflict damage onto Yuri, but the crafty veteran is able to fight back into the match once more. He hits a jumping piledriver, and goes for the cover. 1..2..! Hirokai somehow kicks out at two, and Yuri begins hit himself in frustration once more. The crowd, who up until now had been in complete silence, shout “AHHHH” at the kickout, having expected the match to be over. But Jigoku doesn’t allow Yokoza the chance to get up, as he beings to work away at the Rising Sun Champion’s ankle. He begins to stamp on it repeatedly, and Hirokai’s cries can be heard throughout the building. By putting the “Hitman’s” ankle through a variety of painful holds, he’s aiming to take away Hirokai’s ability to walk, or even stand. Hirokai struggles, but somehow he manages to create an opening. Surprisingly, he manages to catch Yuri with “The Hit”, his snap dragon suplex finisher. But the pain his ankle has taken takes its toll, as he is not able to capitalise straight away. He manages to drape his arm across the chest of Yuri. 1..2..! Yuri kicks out at the last possible moment, but if Hirokai had managed to make the cover earlier, he may have left with the victory then. Shocked, Hirokai rolls onto his back with his hands on his face. The crowd, once again, shout “AHHHH” at the kickout, showing their appreciation for the spectacle being put on by both men.
Both men are showing signs of exhaustion, as they are slow to make it back up to their feet. But Yuri, who still has full control of his movement, is up quickest. Hirokai limps towards him, but Yuri drops him with a fisherman’s suplex. He goes for the cover, but again the count goes no further than two. Yuri pulls Hirokai to his feet, once again in firm control. Hirokai’s Championship reign looks to be in serious jeopardy, as Yuri Jigoku has him exactly where he wants him. He lifts the Champion onto his shoulders, looking to finish him off with his “Kowareta Kubi” finisher. But Hirokai springs into life, several elbows to Yuri’s face being enough to save himself. Yuri turns around, furious that Hirokai was able to escape. But Hirokai, somehow having found a second wind, is able to catch him with “The Hit” for the second time. This time, he immediately falls onto Yuri. The referee makes the count. 1…...2…...3! That’s it! Hirokai Yokoza has successfully defended the Rising Sun Championship, but Yuri Jigoku certainly gave him a run for his money!
The referee helps Hirokai to his feet and hands him the Rising Sun Championship. Yuri stands up on his own accord, and both men receive a standing ovation from the paying spectators. Yuri exits the ring, but keeps looking back at Hirokai as he makes his way backstage. Hirokai celebrates with the Championship - his Championship - as the show fades out.
Winner: Hirokai Yokoza (Time: 38:55)

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - FIRST ROUND MATCH THREE TOM LoBIONDO vs. MARK STORM
"On My Own" hits the speakers, and Tom LoBiondo steps out from behind the curtain. The visitor from Red State Revolver gets a positive reaction, as does his opponent: Mark Storm. Storm makes his entrance next, and the two waste no time in starting the match. It’s very even in the early stages, moving at a very fast pace. Tom uses a variety of aerial maneuvers to try and gain an advantage, but Mark Storm utilises his unique ‘StormStyle’ to prevent this from happening. Mark gains the advantage temporarily, performing a quick series of strikes, culminating with a discus lariat. He is on top for a short while, until Tom fights back into the match. He catches Mark Storm with a reverse STO, and from there he’s able to climb to the top rope and connect with a shooting star press. He goes for the cover. 1..2..! Mark Storm gets his shoulder up at two, to the disappointment of Tom. However, Tom continues on the offence for a short while. But only until Mark Storm fights back into the match again. For a while, the two men seem able to maintain the upper hand for long until their opponent can counter them. The momentum seems to turn at the flick of a switch, and it turns again as Tom counters Mark’s attempt at a butterfly suplex, by slipping away from his grip and behind him. When Mark Storm turns around, Tom takes him down with “The Uprising”, a backflip kick. He follows this up with a springboard senton bomb, before going for the cover. Again, he can’t quite manage the three count. The match carries on for a while, with Tom LoBiondo now very much in control. He continues to use high flying offence, but this turns out to be his downfall. Having competed in a gruelling gauntlet just a matter of days ago, Tom begins to tire. This plays right into Mark Storm’s favour, as he is able to take control of the match for himself. He drops Tom with a tombstone piledriver, but to his surprise, it isn’t enough to put Tom away. Tom manages to kick out at two, but at this point the damage is done. Storm lifts LoBiondo onto his shoulders and drops him with “Dystopia.” He makes the cover. 1….2….3! Mark Storm is victorious over Tom LoBiondo. Tom gets to his feet, obviously disappointed. However, with nothing to be ashamed of, he raises Mark Storms hand into the air before leaving the ring. Mark Storm is into the quarter final! Winner: Mark Storm (Time: 10:22)

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - FIRST ROUND MATCH FOUR DOM WOLFE vs. ALEKS BERZINS
The match begins with the standard collar-and-elbow tie up, but Dom, being the bigger of the two competitors, easily shoves Aleks, sending her crashing to the canvas. She looks up in shock, while Dom just has an unimpressed look on his face. He laughs for a second before beginning his assault, with a quick sit down big boot, Dom follows it up with a flurry of strikes! He said this past week that he was going to win this tournament, and by God, he’s a determined fucker. After his tornado of strikes, Dom follows up with stomps, specifically to poor Aleks’ face. He stops to flip the crowd off, giving Aleks a chance to roll him up, but he kicks out at one. Aleks is now on the attack, as she quickly pounces on him and begins just hammering away at Dom – so much so, that the referee has to pull her off of him. Dom gets back on his feet, but Aleks isn’t letting him off as easy as he’d like, as she hits him with a tilt-a-whirl arm drag, and as she runs towards Dom, he catches her with a superkick from outta nowhere! Dom decides not to go for the cover, as he thinks Aleks should be punished for making a mockery out of him. He picks Aleks up and hits a devastating spinebuster, but locking in a single leg Boston crab. Aleks manages to get to the bottom rope, but Dom refuses to let go of the hold, utilizing the referees five count as long as he can get away with it. The referee literally has to pull Dom out of the submission move. Dom slowly picks Aleks up, but she reverses him with a small package! She gets the two count, but Dom’s foot was on the rope just before the three! Aleks thinks she’s won this match and is too busy celebrating to realise Dom is stalking her, she turns around and he hits her with a pele kick! Dom, now in the corner, howls as Aleks is getting up, she turns around and he connects with “The Wolfe’s Howl!” He makes the cover, and surely, yes, it is, it’s all over! Dom Wolfe has advanced to the quarter finals!
Winner: Dom Wolfe (Time: 05:01)

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - QUARTER FINAL MATCH FIVE ESSENCE vs. JESSY TURNER
After both competitors make their entrance, the bell rings. Jessy quickly takes control of the match, taking Essence down with a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. She follows up with a shining wizard, followed by a pin. 1..! Essence kicks out with ease. She gets up, but Jessy takes her back down with a Lou Thesz press. However, Essence kicks her off almost immediately. The two get back to their feet and charge at each other. Essence gains the upperhand here, managing to connect with a running knee lift. She takes advantage of her temporary position of dominance, making sure to target Jessy’s legs. By trying to take Jessy’s legs out of the equation, it inhibits her ability to walk. Essence locks in a Boston crab, which puts pressure on both Jessy’s legs and her back. Jessy shreiks in pain, but she refuses to give up. Essence applies more and more pressure, but still Jessy refuses to tap. Instead, she powers through and manages to forcefully shove Essence off of her. Essence does come back at her, but Jessy leaps up and connects with a front dropkick. Jessy takes control again, but only briefly. She climbs to the top rope, but when she dives off there is nobody home, as Essence rolls out of the way. This then becomes a very even contest again, with both women exchanging blows. It remains a very even contest right up until the finish, where Essence manages to hit her bicycle kick finisher from out of nowhere. She hooks Jessy’s leg for the pin, and the referee makes the count. 1...2...3! Essence has advanced to the semi final! Winner: Essence (Time: 12:19)
The scene cuts backstage to Dominic Wolfe walking backstage, freshly off of his victory over Aleks Berzins in the first round of the Legacy of the Gaijins. Suddenly Abigail Adams walks into the scene quickly with a microphone in hand.
Abigail Adams: Dom! Can I get a word!
Dom turns around with a furrowed brow as he looks at Abigail.
Dom Wolfe: Aye, I don't see why not. What do ya need? I got my next match to prepare for.
She nods before asking a question.
Abigail Adams: Well that's why I'm here! You just had a tough battle with Aleks, possibly the match of the night so far and you're not going to have much time to rest.. Especially not as much time as your next opponent, Mark Storm. Do you feel like you have what it takes to beat him?
Dom scoffs and shakes his head.
Dom Wolfe: Aye, I agree that my match with Aleks was tough. She put up a hell of a fight and I was able to pull through. I don't give a whole lot of people props, but I gotta give it up to her. But wrestling doesn't have consolation prizes, and I'm the one moving onto the next round against Mark Storm. Do I think I have what it takes against em?
Dom laughs and rolls his eyes.
Dom Wolfe: Course I do. Storm is a great competitor but the bloke wears himself out by spreading himself too thin. While his focus is on other companies, mine is here in Legacy in Japan. My match might have came later than Mark’s, but he still has way more fatigue than me because of his ridiculous schedule. And you know what? I'm not this kinda guy you want to be fatigued against. I've been training to fight me whole life and Mark Storm has no bloody clue what he's in for.
Abigail nods as Dom finishes up his answer before she hits him with a second question.
Abigail Adams: Speaking of fighting your whole life, you've made I known that you grew up in Thailand, learning Muay Thai?
Dom Wolfe: I did and that's one of the reasons I'm better than the rest. I'm not just a wrestler, I'm a specialist in the art of Muay Thai. I'm not your average outsider wrestling in Japan. I'm used to this environment because I've been in Asia the majority of me life.
He nods confidently.
Dom Wolfe: I've showed it in two matches so far here in Legacy that I'm the guy to lead this place. I'm the one who's going to take this territory to its greatest heights and most of all, I've showed that I belong here. This tournament? It's mine for the taking and as for Mark Storm? He's not your hero and he's definitely not mine. After tonight though, I'll be the hero of Legacy and all of Japan. Wait and see, love.
Dom gives Abigail a wink before walking away from the scene and it cuts out.

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - QUARTER FINAL MATCH SIX MARK STORM vs. DOM WOLFE
Storm and Wolfe begin the match, as expected, with a collar-elbow tie up, Storm hits a nice waist lock takedown, but Wolfe sits out of it and locks in his own waist lock, but Storm manages to wriggle to the ropes, which forces Wolfe to break the hold. Both men go back to the middle of the ring, with “Storm” chants travelling throughout the arena, which causes Wolfe to flip off the fans. Both men once again lock in a collar-elbow tie up, Storm transitions into a headlock, and then quickly transitions again into a hammerlock, but Wolfe counters with a hammerlock of his own, and hits a waist lock takedown, again, causing Storm to fight his way to the ropes in order to break the hold. Another lock up, this time Storm getting in a headlock takeover, not releasing the hold, trying to wear down Wolfe. Wolfe manages to force Storm to get to his feet, and Wolfe hits a few right hands into the abdomen of Storm. Wolfe walks Storm over to the ropes, Storm breaks the hold and hits a shoulder block, Storm bounces of the ropes, leap frogs over Wolfe, Wolfe gets back to his feet and attempts an arm drag, but Storm counters it into an arm drag of his own, taking down Wolfe. Storm makes his way over to a downed Wolfe, but Wolfe kicks him right in the jaw, followed by another hard kick. Wolfe gets back to his feet and hits an arm drag of his own, and another quick arm drag! Both men are on their feet, Storm nods at Wolfe, showing some sort of respect, but Wolfe just shrugs him off. Another lock up, this time Wolfe gets the upper hand with a side headlock takedown, which gets Storm into a pinning position, and Wolfe can only find a one count. Storm rolls him over, but Wolfe rolls back into the headlock on the count of one. This sequence happens again, but as Wolfe rolls back into the headlock, Storm forces him to get back to his feet and begins hitting him with rights into the midsection. Storm hits Wolfe coming off the ropes in a move we saw a few moments ago, taking Wolfe down with a shoulder block. The sequence nearly plays out exactly like before, however, instead of the leap frog, Storm manages to somehow turn it into a cover, getting a quick two count, and Storm now hits a stiff forearm smash! A nice knife edge chop by Storm, who then Irish whips Wolfe to the other side of the ring – which sees Storm attempt a back drop, but Wolfe counters and clotheslines Storm and himself out of the ring! Wolfe grabs Storm and drives him back first into the barricade! He turns to the referee, who is at five, and tells him to “piss off” before going back to work on Storm, who has quickly recovered and hits Wolfe with a combination of strikes, followed by a discus lariat! He rolls back into the ring, the referee, not wanting to end this on a count out, has stopped counting. Storm is getting crowd pumped up, he bounces off the ropes, comes back and attempts a suicide dive, but Wolfe caught him in mid-air with a superkick! The crowd are going fucking nuts! Chants of “holy shit” start to break out. The referee on a slow count is at three – Wolfe gets to his feet and rolls Storm into the ring. Wolfe picks him up and hits a right hand, which causes a dazed Storm to retaliate with a right of his own, but Wolfe blocks it and hits an inverted backbreaker, he goes for the cover but Storm kicks out, barely before the three count! Wolfe looks to be in disbelief. Wolfe drags Storm to his feet, but Storm counters with an inside cradle, he gets a two count, and Wolfe rolls it into a pin fall of his own - this sequence continues until both men get back their feet. Wolfe bounces off the ropes and attempts a bicycle kick, but Storm ducks out of the way – he runs towards the ropes that Wolfe came from and springboards off them, and he hits the “Storm Search!” He quickly hooks the leg, but Wolfe kicks out at two and three quarters! Now Storm is the one who is in disbelief! Storm makes his way over to the turnbuckles and begins his slow ascent to the top rope, meanwhile Wolfe has slowly started to show signs of movement. Storm jumps from the top rope, with what appears to be a double axe handle, but Wolfe moves slightly forward, avoiding the move and hits Storm with a Pele kick! What a counter! Wolfe sits in the corner and howls, we know what happens next, he runs for “The Wolfe’s Howl”, but Storm counters with a “Storm Strike!” He has the cover….and he gets the three count! What an amazing contest between two evenly matched competitors! Winner: Mark Storm (Time: 17:52)

MATCH SEVEN KENJI MASARU vs. SAINO ŌJI
The match begins, and Kenji Masaru is straight at SaiNo Ōji. He wants revenge for the unprovoked attack last week, and SaiNo actually welcomes him to try. The two charge at each other, each with a point to prove. The match starts off, seemingly like a turn-based fighting game. Kenji impresses with a springboard stunner, but SaiNo responds with an equally impressive springboard cutter. Multiple Pele kicks connect - to both men. With no general structure to the bout so far, the action spills to the outside. Kenji hits yet another Pele kick, which downs SaiNo. With the referee counting as though his life depends on it, Kenji rolls back into the ring at the count of twelve. As SaiNo reaches his feet, Kenji leaps through the ropes and takes him down with a suicide dive. After connecting, he turns to the crowd and hypes them up. He picks SaiNo up and rolls him into the ring, but before he can climb back into the ring himself, SaiNo is quick to react and kicks him back down to the floor outside. He then climbs to the top rope, taking off and connecting with a diving missile dropkick. This time, it is him rolling Kenji into the ring. He goes for the pin attempt, but Kenji kicks out at one. SaiNo goes to the top again to connect with a diving double foot stomp. Kenji rolls out of the ring, which causes SaiNo to land on his feet and roll through. Kenji springobards off the ropes for a springboard stunner, but at the last moment, SaiNo stuns him with a Pele kick. The crowd jump up in excitement and shout “OOHHHHHH”, the spot taking them by surprise. SaiNo goes for the cover. 1...2...NO! Kenji is able to roll his shoulder up in time. The match continues, with SaiNo trying to target Kenji’s throat. It works, for the most part. He drops Kenji with a rope hung neckbreaker, before going up top again. He tries for the diving double foot stomp again, and this time it is successful. He goes for the cover once more. 1...2…! Again, Kenji kicks out! SaiNo continues to beat away at Kenji, intent on punishing him. A tornado DDT follows, and before long he has Kenji in the corner. From here, he delivers several kicks in quick succession. Kenji staggers forwards, which leaves him vulnerable. SaiNo slips in behind him for his “Kao Rippa” finisher, but he isn’t quite able to lock it in. Kenji slips free of the hold, and manages to roll SaiNo into a pinning position. 1...2...3! It’s over, and neither Kenji Masaru nor SaiNo Ōji can believe it. Winner: Kenji Masaru (Time: 13:21)
After the match, SaiNo goes to attack Kenji in frustration, but he’s able to get out of dodge quickly enough. Somehow, Kenji Masaru is leaving tonight with the victory, just as it seemed as though he was going to be leaving with a loss.

LEGACY OF THE GAIJINS - SEMI FINAL MATCH EIGHT ESSENCE vs. MARK STORM
The match begins, with both competitors showing clear signs of tiredness. This is the third match of the night for both competitors, so it’s no surprise that they go for a rather lazy collar-and-elbow to start things off. Mark Storm uses his size to his advantage, gaining the upper hand. A combination of strikes follows, which is followed by a discus lariat. He follows this up with a gutwrench powerbomb. In the early stages, Mark Storm completely dominates Essence. She struggles to get any momentum going, and Mark Storm capitalises on this. He connects with “Storm Search”, a springboard cutter. He goes for the pin attempt. 1..2! Essence kicks out easily, still with plenty of fight left. But Mark Storm still very much remains in control, confirmed when he transitions from a butterfly suplex into an armbar. Essence fights out of the hold, but Mark Strom is right back on her again. He goes for another gutwrench powerbomb, but Essence manages to slip out of it. This creates a small opening for her to get back into the match, and she takes it. Mark Storm turns around, and she hits him with a European uppercut. He immediately comes back at her, but she drops him with discus elbow smash. Having fought her way back into the match, Essence makes sure that she makes the most of her momentum. She locks Mark Storm into a Boston crab, and he’s in it for quite some time until he can pull himself towards the bottom rope. While Mark did not tap, there is clearly some damage done from the hold. He pulls himself to his feet to shake off the pain, but Essence immediately charges at her. He sidesteps out of the way, causing her to run chest first into the ropes. She staggers backwards and turns around, which Mark Storm takes as his opportunity to connect with a tombstone piledriver. He goes for the cover again. 1...2...NO! Essence kicks out, and Mark Storm sits up surprised. He picks her up and tries for his “Storm Strike” finisher, but Essence is able to counter it. In return, she tries for her bicycle kick finisher. But Mark Storm ducks out of the way, and Essence stumbles forwards. She turns around and walks into Mark Storm, who lifts her up onto his shoulders. He lifts up his knee, but just before he can drop Essence’s head onto it, she slips out of his grasp. She takes him down with a double knee lift, and with him down on the floor, she locks in her arm trap seated cloverleaf finisher. Mark Storm fights for as long as he can, but by this point he is absolutely exhausted. When Essence increases the pressure by yanking back further, he immediately taps out. Winner: Essence (Time: 13:21)
Essence gets up, realising that she has successfully won three matches in one night to reach next week’s final. Mark Storm, clearly showing signs of fatigue, gets to his feet. He shakes Essence’s hand, and the two share a quick embrace. He raises her arm into the air, before congratulating her on her victory. He rolls out of the ring to allow her to celebrate. Next week, Essence will be competing for the crown of Legacy of the Gaijins, AND the Gaijin Championship! The screen then fades into a video package hyping the Rising Sun Championship match, showing the journey that both men have been on so far.

Winner: Hirokai Yokoza (Time: 38:55)
The referee helps Hirokai to his feet and hands him the Rising Sun Championship. Yuri stands up on his own accord, and both men receive a standing ovation from the paying spectators. Yuri exits the ring, but keeps looking back at Hirokai as he makes his way backstage. Hirokai celebrates with the Championship - his Championship - as the show fades out.
