LEGACY 7 - STRONG STYLE ROLL-UP

LIVE FROM DIFFER ARIAKE, TOKYO, JAPAN
TUESDAY - AUGUST 1, 2017

Forgoing the regular show intro, the cameras cut to outside the arena where Mr. Blobby was providing friendly entertainment to the children of Tokyo. He walked around, greeting every family as they made their way into the arena. The young fans all had a smile on their face, as Mr. Blobby did his best to get them excited for the show.

The scene then cuts to the arena, where the show begins. There is a recap of the events from the entire Legacy of the Gaijins tournament, which ended with Essence picking up the huge victory over Sasori Saito in the final. Neither woman is booked tonight, but it is believed that Essence is going to be addressing the crowd tonight.

MATCH ONE
POLLY McPHERSON vs. AKIRA AKIYAMA

Polly wins in an even contest, with the “Polly Ivy.”

Winner: Polly McPherson (Time: 12:34)

After the match, the cameras cut to backstage where Mr. Blobby is entering the venue. He’s excitedly introducing himself to all the crew, most of whom seem creeped out. That is until Austin Craddock appears on the scene, and offers to show him around. As they leave the scene, Sasori Saito can be seen shaking her head in disgust.

MATCH TWO
BLAZING KISUKE vs. CHASE FUTRELL

Blazing KISUKE wins in a hotly contested match, after connecting with “BLAZING Elbow”

Winner: Blazing KISUKE (Time: 15:27)

The cameras rush to the hallway, where Mr. Blobby is lying on the floor. Chairs and tables have been moved from their natural positions, and it is clear that Mr. Blobby has been assaulted. Austin Craddock runs onto the scene and immediately places his head in his hands. His specially invited guest has been attacked by one of his employees, and he promises to find out who by next week. Before the scene closes, Sasori Saito can be seen with a satisfied grin on her face.

MATCH THREE
HIROTO vs. ZACK RICHARDS

Hiroto wins after a very lazy performance from Zack Richards, who looks as though he doesn’t care.

Winner: Hiroto (Time: 11:39)

Essence enters the ring with her newly won Gaijin Championship on her shoulder. She says how immensely proud he is to have been given the opportunity to compete in the Legacy of the Gaijins tournament, and that she promises to represent the gaijins in all of CWC Japan: Legacy with honour. She claims that she is looking forward to the next challenge, whoever that may be.

At this point, she is cut off by Aleks Berzins who claims that Essence is a terrible Champion. Essence laughs at Aleks, who points out that not only did Essence beat her a few weeks ago, but she did so with ease. Aleks frowns, as she tells Essence that she is in fact correct. Aleks recognises that she has been the joke of the roster, but that is all about to change. She announces that she isn’t alone in her journey any more, and introduces her new ‘associate’, Alisa Rutskaya.

Alisa says that for weeks she’s been sitting around patiently, but claims that she’s fed up of asking Austin Craddock for wins. Now she’s just going to take them. Together, her and Aleks are going to take over CWC Legacy: Japan, starting with the Gaijin Championship. Essence invites both women down to the ring to fight, but they refuse, claiming that they will only fight her when it suits them.

MATCH FOUR
KAZUKI vs. ASAHI WATANABE

KAZUKI wins with a very dominant performance, making quick work of his opponent.

Winner: KAZUKI (Time: 05:11)

Sasori Saito makes her way down to the ring, and she discusses how much of a shame it is that Mr. Blobby was attacked earlier tonight. She was really looking forward to meeting him, she adds in a sarcastic tone.

Adopting a more serious approach, she then goes on to explain how she is disgusted with the way things are run around here. She points out that it is a Japanese company, being run into the ground by foreigners with no respect for Japanese traditions.

She uses the Legacy of the Gaijins tournament as an example, pointing out that they had an entire tournament based around celebrating non-Japanese workers, and that she had to demand entry in the interest of justice. Then she claims that she had the odds stacked against her because Essence was allowed an entire week to recover while she had to compete in four matches in one night. Then, Sasori points out that when she figured out a way to remove Essence’s advantage, she was portrayed to be the bad one.

She says that she’s sick to death of Japanese wrestling being turned into one big joke, and that while she didn’t attack Mr. Blobby earlier, she wants to shake the hand of the person who did. If she needs to, she’s going to rid this company of the jokes, one gaijin at a time.

30 MINUTE TIME LIMIT
MAIN EVENT
HIROKAI YOKOZA vs. MARK STORM

Hirokai Yokoza wins after a really tight match. Mark Storm pushes Hirokai to the limit, almost putting him away. However, a Dom Wolfe appearance distracts Mark Storm, and an unbeknownst Hirokai is able to capitalise.

Winner: Hirokai Yokoza (Time: 25:54)

After the match, Mason Wolfe enters to give Hirokai Yokoza a round of applause. He then claims that since he claimed a huge victory over TADASHI last week, and seeing how there is no number one contender for the Rising Sun Championship at the moment, Hirokai should put the Championship on the line against him at CWC Worldwide. He suggests that there is nobody more deserving than “The Illustrious One”, and so it should just be made official.

Big Banter enters the fray, apologizing because he planned to be out sooner, but he was just finishing off his breakfast, which was just slightly bigger than he had anticipated. He does not agree with Mason’s claims that he’s the most deserving of a shot at the Rising Sun Championship, and instead offers Mason the opportunity to prove himself worthy of a Championship opportunity. In next week’s main event, he proposes Big Banter versus Mason Wolfe, with the winner going on to face Hirokai Yokoza at CWC Worldwide. Mason Wolfe accepts his challenge, saying that it will be a good warm up before his big Rising Sun Championship match. Hirokai raises the Championship above his head, as the three men switch their gazes between one another.

The scene fades out, but just before the show ends it displays an image of a gravestone on the screen, remembering the life of King’s Road Pro, who we sadly lost today.
