REBELLION PRO VOLUME 6: BARROOM BRAWL

LIVE FROM THE STARK BALLROOM – MANCHESTER, ENGLAND
THURSDAY – AUGUST 31, 2017

MAIN EVENT: 30-MINUTE NO DQ IRON MAN MATCH
Arcane vs. Noelle Charpentier

War. The only word to describe the rivalry that’s been raging on for weeks ever since Arcane and Noelle Charpentier first encountered one another in a REBELLION Pro ring. They’ve both encountered their ups and downs with one another, but all was supposed to come to an end at Volume 5 in their Last Wrestler Standing match. After Charpentier drove her elbow through Arcane, neither wrestler moved an inch until the ring crew had to come and pick them up after the match was ruled a draw. Giving their all with each match, there will be one last match to determine who is the better wrestler between the two. A 30-Minute Iron Man match with a No DQ stipulation attached to it. REBELLION Pro promoter Richard Olayinka has declared that if there’s a tie, the match will continue in sudden death to prevent another draw. It’s almost guaranteed that this match will be more brutal than their last as the added pressure of a time limit will push Arcane and Charpentier to their absolute limits. When the clock hits zero, who will be the true victor?

MOLOKO PLUS CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Caspian Kace vs. Dante Cutler
Kicking off the first ever Moloko Plus Championship Series will be fan favourites Caspian Kace and Dante Cutler. The Series will end in a 6-way elimination match to determine the next #1 contender for the REBELLION Championship. Caspian Kace had the contendership within his grasp at the CWC Transatlantic show, but a low blow from Ryan Callaghan put an end to his weekend. Promised a spot in this Series, Caspian will go above and beyond to show he belongs in the championship scene. With another opportunity in front of him, Kace won’t go down without a fight. But with the promising rookie Dante Cutler in front of him, it’s going to be far from an easy challenge despite his inexperience. Though one has to be weary of the always lingering threat of 3 Ring Barney that may haunt Dante, but if anything, he’s shown that he’s fearless when it comes to the newly crowned CWC Trios Champions. Will distractions outside of the ring muddy the mind of Dante Cutler or can he show the world he’s not your ordinary rookie?

MOLOKO PLUS CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Leopold Godfrey vs. Rosaline Davies
Wrestling is often a game of momentum and heading into this one, it’d be fair to say Leopold and Rosaline are on equal playing fields. While Leopold may have picked up an impressive albeit tainted victory against Ben Haskell at Volume 5, he wasn’t as successful at CWC Transatlantic. Adversity has never stopped the Enlightened One before and he’ll have the leg up against rookie Rosaline Davies. At Volume 5, Rosaline couldn’t quite put away Caspian Kace or Ethan Williams in their triple threat match. Having put so much into that match only for it to slip away has no doubt taken its toll on Davies’ mind, but with a chance at being crowned the #1 contender for the REBELLION Championship in front of her, Rosaline knows that the path to redemption starts here. But will Leopold Godfrey prove to be too large of an obstacle for her to overcome? Or will an upset from Rosaline be a sight to BEHOLD?

MOLOKO PLUS CHAMPIONSHIP SERIES
Ben Haskell vs. Leon Babula
The Ultimate Gentleman vs. The Ultimate American. A spot of tea vs. a bottle of whiskey. Closed fists vs. a loaded gun. Two men who are complete opposites will meet for the same prize. Becoming the REBELLION Champion would no doubt give credit to Leon Babula’s claims as being the greatest wrestler in all of the world. It’s a mission he’s hellbent on achieving no matter the costs. A win at Volume 5 followed by a tough loss at the Transatlantic event will put Babula in the spotlight as he’ll need to regain his steam. Perhaps no better opportunity to do so than by beating Ben Haskell. His night at Volume 5 was put away with a cheap shot and a strange encounter afterwards. But now that’s all in the past and the REBELLION Championship is Haskell’s future or so he hopes. Shutting up the arrogant Babula would do wonders for the man from The Morrison Hotel, but will Leon’s gunpowder be enough to blow up Haskell’s dreams?

NON-TITLE MATCH
Holly Chainsaw © vs. Luna Baby
Fresh off a title defence at Night 2 of CWC Worldwide against Ryan Callaghan, Holly Chainsaw won’t be getting the week off as she’s pitted against one third of the CWC Trios Champions. Luna Baby, along with the rest of 3 Ring Barney, proved that they are far from a carny act in the wrestling world. They proved they belong with everyone else and now Luna gets to further those proofs with a chance at beating the REBELLION Champion. The stock of 3 Ring Barney is on the rise and the trio are a legitimate threat everywhere they go. Though, it’s a proven fact that the undefeated Holly Chainsaw fears no challengers. Even if it is a clown. As brutal as 3 Ring Barney can be, Chainsaw can match their intensity pound-for-pound. The uncertainty of what 3 Ring Barney might do in this match is something Chainsaw should keep in the back of her mind as she prepares for this fight. Another factor to consider in this match is if Chainsaw will take Baby lightly due to it being a non-title match? Or will the champion continue to prove why she reigns supreme in REBELLION?

Craig Anderson vs. Royston Popplewell
It would appear as if everyone in REBELLION Pro has had their run-in with 3 Ring Barney in some shape or form as Craig Anderson steps up to take on the strongman mime Royston Popplewell. Anderson’s debut in REBELLION Pro was spoiled by 3 Ring Barney leader Chester Roosevelt and he took part in a bitter loss as he teamed up with Adam Wolfe and Dante Cutler at Volume 5 to bring down 3 Ring Barney. Beating Popplewell may not ease those wounds for Anderson, but it sure won’t hurt as he looks to make up for lost time. Making 3 Ring Barney pay for their actions is as good a way as any to bounce back, but Popplewell is a brutal competitor to be matched up against. He doesn’t say much as he lets his wrestling do all the speaking. As well as letting Chester and Luna speak for him. With the recent success of picking up the Trios Championship, Popplewell will be stepping into this match with a fortune in his corner. It’ll be an uphill battle for Craig Anderson, but will Royston Popplewell push him right back down the mountain?

Adam Wolfe, Ethan Williams & Quinn Castillo vs. Archie O’Hara, Cleopatra Dagger & Ryan Callaghan
The other six competitors in the Moloko Plus Championship Series team up in a hodgepodge trios match. Suffering their own setbacks, Adam Wolfe and Ethan Williams will fight tooth and nail to swing some momentum into their corner before their Series matches. The undefeated Quinn Castillo will look to lead her team to another victory as she looks across the ring at a man she’s got bad blood with: Archie O’Hara. And things aren’t exactly ideal for O’Hara as rivals Cleopatra Dagger and Ryan Callaghan will be forced to work with one another. Callaghan suffered the biggest blow out of the six as he fell short of capturing the REBELLION Championship in an amazing match at Night 2 of CWC Worldwide. With a lot of the line, which team will earn some added confidence heading into their matches next week?

The Camden Kids vs. Cicely Anne Thorn & Thomas Berry
They’re loud, brash, arrogant, cocky, and just about every other bad adjective you can find in the dictionary, but Joey Malone and Louis Connor don’t really care what anyone has to say about them. The Londoners known as The Camden Kids make their debut at Volume 6 taking on best friends Cicely Anne Thorn and Thomas Berry in this opening contest. Things might not be going in Thorn’s and Berry’s favor as of late, but together they always pose a threat to any team. Now they’ll be looking to spoil the debut of The Camden Kids, but the Pride of London will no doubt be determined to make their mark in their first match here in REBELLION Pro.
