CHAPTER 14: "HIGH SCHOOL NEVER ENDS"

LIVE FROM THE RAGAN-BROWN FIELD HOUSE - GREENSBORO, NC

AUGUST 31st, 2017

The show begins with a replay of all the FORCE events from the CWC East Coast and Worldwide. We get video of Carli Davis and Team FORCE winning the big tag team match, Beer Beer Ayano and Zabrina Masters becoming Tag Team Champions, Hope Cassidy defending her United States Championship, Brooklyn Light walking out still FORCE Champion, and finally Adalynn Duncan and Hutch Lanahan’s classic match.

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Small blasts of pyro welcome us to Greensboro. Patrick Carson welcomes us to the show. Zach Taylor-Smith and the new play by play commentator run down the events and preview the main event. “All of the Lights” By Kanye West hits and here comes Adalynn Duncan flanked by David Sinclair. She taunts, kisses, and obnoxiously displays the Mid-Atlantic Championship as she strolls to the ring. Microphone in hand, she clears her throat before speaking.

She tells us that nobody should be surprised she is still champion. Hutch Lanahan was good “but he is no diamond and I am the diamond of FORCE”. She talks about how she won the poll on Twitter and everyone knows she is the MVP so as the MVP she welcomes anybody who thinks they can go one on one with the champion...non title of course. She tells David Sinclair that she wants to prove she can do it all by herself since so many believe people he is the key to her victories. She orders Sinclair to the back. She drops the microphone and readies herself in the ring.

The crowd is ancy with anticipation. Suddenly, the lights go out. “Blackhands” By Castle hits. A massive ovation welcomes Artemis Kaiser as she makes her way to the ring. Adalynn’s eyes grow big. “Holy shit” chants from the fans now as Artemis enters the ring.

ARTEMIS KAISER VS. ADALYNN DUNCAN

Adalynn Duncan peers into the eyes of Artemis Kaiser, unsure of what to make of her. Artemis stands patiently still. Her manager Alice Van Dyne remains on the outside. The bell sounds and Adalynn arrogantly steps forward and begins to run her mouth to Artemis. The Last Empress takes most of it until Adalynn slaps her face hard. Artemis unleashes a flurry of elbows. This backs Adalynn up into the corner where Artemis is able to unleash HATE PARADE. The combination devastates Adalynn. Massive Falcon Punch and Adalynn is down. Artemis covers but the Mid-Atlantic Champion kicks out.

Chestbuster from Artemis. Adalynn rolls out of the ring and heads up the aisle, clearly over this match. Artemis follows suit and drags her back by the hair. The move allows Adalynn to hit an eye poke. Adalynn follows it up with a parade of forearms. Snap Suplex on the outside of Adalynn. She rolls Artemis is and covers but Artemis kicks out at two. Adalynn smartly goes right for a side headlock and screams for Artemis to kick out. This only aggravates Artemis more, who gets back to one knee. She is then able to snapmare Adalynn over and then level her with a huge running single leg dropkick to the back of the head. Artemis then connects with a huge double foot stomp. She pins but Adalynn kicks out at two.

Adalynn gains some momentum as Artemis picks her up. She is able to counter a clothesline with a short arm of her own. “Ho Be Gone!” connects and Artemis drops to one knee. True Validation! The move is hit perfectly and Adalynn covers but again, Artemis is able to break the pin this time by getting a foot on the ropes. Adalynn’s face tells the story. She picks Artemis up by the hair and is screaming at her that this is her house. No Doubt! Adalynn goes for the ripcord roaring elbow but Artemis ducks. She comes back with her own Roaring Elbow - The First Crusade connects. She follows it up with The Second Crusade. She covers Adalynn..1….2...3! Artemis Kaiser picks up the win!

PATRICK CARSON:
“Artemis Kaiser answered the call and I don’t think Adalynn Duncan was ready!!”

ZACH TAYLOR-SMITH:
“The perfect record for Adalynn Duncan is no more.!”

Sinclair rushes to the ring and checks on Adalynn who looks out cold. Artemis’s hand is raised in victory. She is joined by Alice Van Dyne in the ring who looks pleased with the outcome of the match. We get a couple replays of the outcome. Artemis smirks into the camera and we fade.

WINNER: ARTEMIS KAISER (10:09)

The camera operator is chasing down Artemis Kaiser has she walks through the halls. He is asking her if she has any words about what just happened and what her intentions are in FORCE. She simply slams the locker room door in their face.

Aleksandr Orlov and Charisma Taylors are backstage with Erica Ryan. She asks them about what happened at East Coast. Taylors talks first. He says that it was a fluke. Everyone knows that they are the team to beat in the Tag Division and that they just need to communicate better as a team. Orlov responds saying that if certain people listened better none of it would have happened. But “The past is the past”. Charisma then says that he is a born leader and he will lead his team to victory. Orlov doesn’t look happy about what was said. The two leave and we fade.

BLASIAN VS. ORLOV & TAYLORS

The brand new Tag Team Champions of Beer Beer Ayano & Zabrina Masters, now known as Blasian, stand across the ring from Aleksandr Orlov and THE Charisma Taylors. Taylors and Orlov still look a bit uneasy as partners, stemming from what happened at CWC East Coast. The bell sounds. Zabrina starts for her team. Starting for the other is Orlov. Zabrina puts up a good fight early on, able to wrestle Orlov to the mat with a hip toss into a side headlock but Orlov quickly takes advantage having the upperhand in the technical wrestling department. He forces her into a rear naked choke but Beer Beer is in to break the hold. Orlov tags out and in comes Charisma who hits a nice side suplex.

Charisma Taylors locks in a headlock but Zabrina urges the fans on and she quickly escapes the hold. Zabrina leaps and tags in Beer Beer! The enigmatic Ayano is on fire and connects with a big dropkick to Taylors. She drops him with a massive DDT and then plants him with a big splash. She covers but he kicks out. Taylors goes to tag out but Orlov drops off the apron.

Orlov walks up the ramp and leaves. Taylors is all alone. GLAM GO ROUND! The move from Beer Beer takes him down. She tags in Zabrina. ZAB ATTACK~! She covers and Blasian pick up the victory, although in a bit of a controversial fashion.

PATRICK CARSON:
“Orlov left Taylors high and dry there...”

ZACH TAYLOR-SMITH:
“Regardless, The new champs still looked impressive!”

WINNER: BLASIAN (6:11)

”I need a doctor!” screams David Sinclair as we open to see Adalynn Duncan backstage holding her head in pain. She is rambling on about how Artemis caught her off guard and that she is still the best. “Where is my belt!? Where is my title belt?!” she screams. Sinclair has it and hands it over. Britain Jade walks past them and smiles. “What are you looking at? Huh?” yells Adalynn. Britain says that Karma finally caught up to her and she is just admiring the scene in front of her. Adalynn tells Sinclair to make her leave. Britain tells her to “hold onto that championship for as long as you can because it’s going to be mine soon”. She leaves and Adalynn looks a bit shook.

Eavan Maloney is backstage getting ready for her match. The Pure Championship sits in her locker behind her. Michael Kelly walks in. Eavan asks if she can help him and mentions she is busy preparing for a match. He says he won’t be long but mentions who he is. He wishes her good luck tonight but that she is going to need more than luck when she meets him in the ring. He wants that Pure Championship and it doesn’t matter if it is her or Gregg Peake. Eavan snickers and says that this isn’t Liberty Pro. People have to earn their title chances and says that he should focus on Heidi and Chloe DuPont. On cue, the two walk into the scene. Heidi says that she overheard him saying he wants a title match. Well, once she beats him she will set her sights on the belt. Chloe says she is ready to earn her shot and if that means going through them she will. Michael walks out angrily. Heidi and Chloe both look at the title and leave.

CHRISTINE W/ SUE YORK VS. BRITAIN JADE

Sue York and her client Christine stare down Britain Jade. Britain looks poised and ready for a fight. The bell sounds and she shoots right at Christine, trying to take her down from the legs but Christine simply lifts a knee and knocks the wind out of the challenger. Christine is able to toss Jade to the mat and she goes right to work. Comfortably, she wrestles Britain into a straightjacket before locking in a crossface. For what seems like a straight minute, Britain is stuck, close to giving up but she fights through the pain.

Britain pulls herself to the ropes. She pulls herself all the way to the floor. Christine is forced to break the hold as they both land with a thud. Jade is up but she stumbles right back into the way of Christine. Christine drops Jade with a massive DD on the outside. She rolls Britain back into the ring and goes for the pin but Britain kicks out. Christine picks up Jade and tries for suplex but Jade knees her in the temple. Britain on the offense now. Jade chops away at her opponent and then delivers a massive running one hand bulldog. Christine is back to her feet but Britain drops her with a spear! She covers but Christine kicks out. Wait a minute…It’s David Sinclair and Adalynn Duncan!

Jade watches at the two march down to the ring. Christine takes advantage of the distraction and locks in a triangle choke! Britain almost taps but uses her muscles to pick up Christine and toss her with a buckle bomb! David Sinclair jumps up on the apron and distracts the referee! Adalynn Duncan is in and drops Britain with the Mid-Atlantic Championship. She drags Christine and throws her on top of Jade. She rolls back out and watches as the referee turns and counts the three.

PATRICK CARSON:
“Damnit, god damnit! Adalynn Duncan just cost Britain Jade the match.”

ZACH TAYLOR-SMITH:
“Adalynn might have lost earlier tonight but once again, it seems the ‘MVP’ is going to be the talk of the fans once again.”

Adalynn poses with the Mid-Atlantic Championship as Britain starts to realize what happened. Christine looks pissed about how things went down but Sue tells her that a win's a win. The entire scene is a bit chaotic but Jade is justifiably pissed in the ring.

WINNER: CHRISTINE (9:54)

Ricky and Karair are in a sitdown interview setting. Ricky says what happened at CWC East was bullshit. He says that there must be some kind of conspiracy against them becoming Tag Team Champions. They are not there this week but requested this time to put the division on notice. They’re going to see a new side of Death’s Dragons. Karari says nothing will spot them from getting what they deserve, the Tag Team Championships.

Hope Cassidy is in the office of Alexis Terry. Jacob Alvarez says Alexis is sick and she won’t be here tonight but that she left Jacob in charge. Hope says that she is happy she could represent FORCE and retain her United States Championship at Worldwide but she wants a rematch for the Mid-Atlantic Championship. Jacob says he understands her wanting a rematch and he will look into setting that up when Alexis returns next week. He says that next week she will face Brooklyn Light in the main event.

Brooklyn Light walks in with the FORCE Championship. She says she is happy to be facing Hope. “Looks like the two best FORCE has to offer go one on one” says Brooklyn. Hope tells her it will be an honor.

HEIDI VS. CHLOE DUPONT VS. MICHAEL KELLY

The three wrestlers circle the ring and try to sniff out who will make the first move. As they continue to do so, the two smaller women in the match look at one another and nod before taking off with a double dropkick to send Michael Kelly out of the ring. The alliance is short lived as Heidi charges at Chloe DuPoint and rolls her up! DuPoint kicks out before a count, but that doesn't stop Heidi from trying a second roll up that gets a two count. The third time might be the charm as Heidi tries yet again, but this time Chloe is ready as she rolls through it and pops up with a superkick! But before DuPoint can capitalize on anything, Kelly slides back into the ring for a snap German suplex!

As the match progresses on, none of the wrestlers have managed to get a strong swing of momentum, never able to keep someone down long enough to focus on the other. Chloe DuPoint manages to lock in a camel clutch on Michael Kelly, but it wasn't much longer before Heidi came in with a dropkick that broke up the submission hold. Heidi keeps her pace with a springboard moonsault that connects with Kelly and she hooks the leg, but Michael kicks out at two. As Michael starts to recover, Heidi tries catching him with her shining triangle, but Kelly holds on and lifts her up! Kelly walks over to the corner and drops Heidi's head against the turnbuckle, forcing her to let go. DuPoint goes at Kelly, trying for a basement dropkick, but Michael sidesteps it and hits an elbow drop on Chloe.

Kelly is the first one who manages to get control of the match after sending Heidi over the top rope and focusing on DuPoint. A stiff forearm strike puts Chloe flat on her back and Michael easily lifts her back up into a torture rack position. It looks like he's going for his inverted GTS, but DuPoint breaks free and gets down for her forward Russian legsweep! She hooks the legs and Michael kicks out at two. She sets Michael back up and looks like she's going for the move she calls Paris, but Heidi comes in with a running neckbreaker! DuPoint goes down and she brings Kelly down with a DDT in the process. Heidi rolls Chloe out of the ring and goes for a cover on Michael, but another kick out!

It looks like Heidi is trying to put a finish to the match as she puts Kelly in a seated position and hits her superkick known as Mass Effect right on him! One! Two! But just before the three count, Chloe breaks up the pin! DuPoint grabs a handful of Heidi's hair and hits a facebuster! A pin attempt, but Heidi just kicks out! About to pick Heidi back up, Chloe gets caught in a wrist lock from Michael and he pulls her in for The Beheading! The headbutt drops DuPoint to the canvas, but Kelly isn't finished as he lifts her up and hits Desti-Knee! The stalling suplex lungblower puts Chloe right on the mat! Kelly rolls Heidi out of the ring and quickly hooks Chloe's legs for the three count.

PATRICK CARSON:
“Welp, the new kids in school showed up tonight. Congrats to Michael Kelly!”

WINNER: MICHAEL KELLY  (12:14)

Carli Davis is walking towards the ring when Theo Campbell steps in front of her. The two share a stare before Theo speaks up. He tells Carli that tonight is important to him because he can right the wrong - he can show people that he should have faced Brooklyn at Worldwide. Carli tells him that she doesn’t really care about any of that noise. She just wants to wrestle and keep moving up the ladder. People keep telling her that she got lucky at CWC East Coast but there was no luck in her being the sole survivor for Team Force. Theo waves off the comment and says he would have been there with her if he had his mind right and wasn’t focused on looking ahead to his next title chance. He then extends his hand. “May the best wrestler win tonight”. Cue Jacob Alvarez. He says he has a message from Alexis Terry.

“The winner tonight will be next in line for a shot at the FORCE Championship”. Carli smiles and then shakes the hand of Theo, though Theo looks much more focused now.

THEO CAMPBELL VS. CARLI DAVIS

This match had nothing but mutual respect on the hands of both competitors as they shook in the middle of the ring before the bell sounded. The Ragan Brown Fieldhouse was nearly unhinged with support being sent out to both Carli and Theo to start this match off. Carli and Theo meet up in the middle of the ring quickly tying up. Theo with his size and strength advantage is able to power Carli down to the mat. Theo works a strong technical style, keeping Davis grounded and wrenched into various rest holds. The crowd picks up a bit cheering for Carli as she is eventually able to muster up enough strength to work herself to her feet. Throwing a series of sharp elbow shots to the gut of Theo.

Campbell breaks his grasp over Davis. Carli then quickly whips around for a lighting fast roundhouse kick that floors Campbell! The next few sequences of the match see Carli starting to tee off on Theo. She drives a quick knee into the man’s gut, doubling him over. She then wraps around his head for an Implant DDT! Davis goes for the cover however Theo is able to kick out at two and keep himself alive. Davis starts to call for the Force Pro fans to get loud as she senses the end of this match coming soon. However, Theo was able to use that distraction to take Carli down with a clothesline from hell! The blow is so big it brings a collective gasp from the FORCE fans.

Theo crawls over to make the cover. However, the air is brought back into the venue as Carli kicks out at the last possible second! Theo quickly brings Carli back to her feet looking to finish it off.  He moves to go for his Death Valley Driver. However, Carli nimbly slips out. She then connects with the T-Up! Which brings a sound round of cheers from the FORCE fans! She hooks Theo’s leg and gets the three count, and the victory in this highly contested match.

PATRICK CARSON:
“It was fast and furious but Carli Davis is able to escape with the win.”

ZACH TAYLOR-SMITH:
“Both competitors hit their best shots but Carli was able to be the better wrestler tonight. And with what we heard, this might make her next in line...”

Carli celebrates but the lights go out...

WINNER: CARLI DAVIS (8:00)

It’s Li Chen! Li Chen is in the ring once the lights flicker back on. She nails a big Thunderbolt on Carli Davis and looks down at her with a smirk. She has a microphone. She says that Brooklyn Light is a false prophet. She is not a real champion and that she isn’t finished with her by a longshot. We fade from the ring as the lights turn black again.

Gregg Peake is seen eating a SuperSONIC© Double Bacon Cheeseburger backstage. An agent informs him that his match is next. He quickly eats the rest and then looks into the camera. “I’m sponsored bitches!”

FORCE PRO PURE CHAMPIONSHIP
EAVAN MALONEY © VS. GREGG PEAKE

Gregg Peake, the former Pure Champion, makes his way to the ring. He is introduced and completely ignores the fans in attendance. He takes his corner and awaits his opponent. Eavan Maloney is out to a massive ovation. She holds the Pure Championship in the air as she climbs to the top rope. However, Gregg sees this as his chance and he attacks. He sends Eavan over the turnbuckle and to the floor. She lands shoulder first on the outside and is hurt bad. Gregg has her and rams her shoulder first into the guardrail. He picks her up and drops her shoulder first onto the ring steps. The referee hasn’t even rang the bell and he is trying desperately to gain control. Gregg connects with a snap suplex on the outside. He rolls her back in and quickly hooks the leg. The ref rings the bell and drops down to count but Eavan kicks out at the last second.

Gregg goes right back to work. He locks in a rear naked choke and begins to use his elbows to attack the face of Eavan. The ref steps in to order him to stop but he doesn’t. At the count of four, he stops with the elbows but this was enough of an opening for Eavan to roll free. She is back up but Gregg connects with an enziguri to the bad shoulder. Like an animal eyeing its prey, he strikes and locks in an armbar to the bad shoulder. “Ea-Van” chants from the crowd now. She yells out in pain but is able to maneuver herself towards the bottom rope and get her foot on the rope. He is forced to break the hold. Gregg taunts with the fans who begin to boo him loudly. He turns his focus back to Eavan. She is able to trip him with a drop toe hold. This is the momentum change she needed as Eavan springs to life.

Holding her shoulder, she connects with a dropkick to the side of the head. Eavan springs with some short arm clotheslines. She tosses him into the corner and connects with a back elbow into a running bulldog. She covers but Gregg kicks out at two. Eavan is on a bit of a roll. She sets Gregg up...THE GEAR! No! Gregg pushes her off the top rope and she falls back down. He flies off with a missile dropkick. It connects. He locks it in….Zooplastic Clutch! The bad shoulder and all, it looks like Eavan is about to give up but she rolls it into a pinning combination. His shoulders are down and Eavan almost picks up the victory.

Gregg is forced to break the hold. Back to their feet, they exchange right hands. Gregg grabs the bad arm and wrenches down hard on the shoulder, trying to pull it out of the socket. Eavan is hurt. Gregg goes for a piledriver but she back body drops him. Eavan backs into the corner. Gregg springs forward and tries for hit a running splash but she moves. She grabs his legs and drops him...THE EAVAN LOCK! She locks in the cloverleaf and Gregg is pulling his hair but he has to tap out!

She is handed the title belt and holds his close. With the victory in hand, she holds the belt up and celebrates as we get replays of how the match ended. With one final shot, Eavan holds the belt high - still Pure Champion.

WINNER: EAVAN MALONEY (13:19)
