The below link is just to a fun little shooting game ^^ http://img453.imageshack.us/my.php?image=badguys7lc.swf As for the dual, it shall take place in this topic. We will choose the character that we will be using, what we are BOTH aware of or are able to find and have them roleplay against eachother, the winner will be chosen by writing talent. As I am having trouble finding my writing grasp, all I need is some competition to rise myself to the top. So we shall challenge eachother with our skills clashing, the titanic roleplay battle between us! Then, once this one is complete, we shall reveal it to the world and get ratings! =D I will choose Grey, because I find the guy is just dark and challenging, almost the darker version of Suuji, but with ALOT more personality. Your choice? |

OOC: WOO! Go tafe! ... >.> Well, I shall set the scene in West City! My writing shall do the rest! IC: "An unknown, a full moon, a low fog and an eerie quiet. The four elements, a true night of terror and darkness, this night was one of these nights. A night where things would go bump and maybe a few children would wake in fear, as the nasty explosions and growling noises got louder. They would run to their parents, siblings or maybe another care-giver, only to find a vague sense of safeness and comfort. For these comforts were not enough to fill the hole, a hole where they could sense a wrong in this world, a growing wrong, for demonic forces would rise from these wrong's and make claim to this planet, destroy it and waste it to the abyss of nothing...". A schoff was echoing through the dark street, his voice being traced on top of a large skyscraper. "Feh.." Another noise from the shadowing figure that perched so lazily on the building came again, a cloak being made out of the shape and it's hooded head hiding the man's face from view. "Fear... Silly flesh and bones, what do they know of fear? For them to think a piece of liturature would actually strike true fear is just another given claim of their obvious stupidity and needless creativity.". The voice that came from this hood was deep and arrogant, the way he spoke was excellent, his proverbial abilities rather respectable. He held a book in his hand, his slightly long fingers holding it in an eccentric fashion what most would deem to be, well, eccentric. He was holding it over his head, upside down, the true strange part of this action was that his hood would of undouptedly hindered his vision. This seemed to not stop him from reading it though, but as if that mattered now, his wrist flicked quickly to the right and the book was let go. It was gone, just like most things that fell into the darkness. He got up slowly, stretching and then the figure was gone, jumping from his position to another and then another. He was looking for something, but he did not know what, he always was looking for something, but it was nothing. So meaningless his existence had become, but he could not admit it, not to himself and certainly not to anybody else. He thought quickly, he had to, what was he looking for? It was then that he had made up his mind, he was searching to lay to rest at the fact you need not liturature to strike fear, but only power amoung those lower then you. Amazingly, these lower beings that were to Grey, was everybody. Nobody seemed to have the proficiency or mind to earn his respect, nor would they ever, he saw it as though nobody had done so and nobody would. It was pure logic and a stubborn mind that had brang his decision on the issue. It was then that he had jumped from building to building, he had finally arrived to his desired destination, Central Park of West City. The park was high on crime, it was also high on complete idiots who thought they could challenge these criminals and just walts on in and not get attacked because they thought nobody would dare jump them. How foolish. Though, Grey was about to do the same. No. The difference was simple, the people that ussually entered done so by pure ignorance, he was going to for sport. It wasn't as if he was truly creating potential trouble for himself really, the human's of this planet, well, the magority of them, were completely defenseless against him except for their army and technology. If a taser was used on Grey anyway, it would simply have minimal effect on him. The most damage he could expect from these primape bong smokers was them poking a joint in his eye while lit. It would still be farely unimpressive though, since his lense wasn't organic. How he would enjoy tormenting these thug's, and anybody else for that matter. It was then that a cry for help could be heard, this time from a male voice. It wasn't entirely unexpected, as Grey would expect a male to enter the park at night more-so then a female. Well, atleast the statistic's said so. Though, it was completely plausable that the supposed man he was hearing was actually a woman stuffed with steroids. He chuckled at his own joke, how he found the whole drug inventing of these human's truly amazing and stupid, that they would actually create a drug that made their species at risk of death and create genetalia shrinkage. "Truly sad that is...". He jumped quickly from the skyscraper, completing one rotating front flip before landing in a crouched position. He stood up, his cloak flapping endlessly to the wind, the yelling and commotion still being heard by Grey who took his time. He walked steadily along the path, finally finding himself watching a normal theft as the man was being tied down by four druggies who were rummaging through his pockets, obviously wanting some extra money so they could buy some more... sweet nectar? His hood flapped backwards, uncovering and revealing his face to the world. Now this would be true fear, for true fear was to be in the presents of a man who had the power to kill you. For power was fear, and fear was power. A gross cycle but undouptedly true. It was then that one of the four actually spotted him, Grey being completely unimpressed at their speed to recognise him. The druggies let go of the man and one had pulled out his wallet, before they all made a runner in the opposite direction. It wasn't fear of him, but law. How he hated imputent emotion, he wanted to be feared, not what he could do, but who he was. He pushed off from the path and chased after the men, in seconds catching up to all of them and quickly hitting each one in a pressure point at their temple. His accuracy was deathly, the four completely out cold as they dropped to the ground within a few seconds. Grey quickly walked to the one who had taken the man's wallet and after a second glance he took it from the guys hand, pocketing it himself. He wasn't foolish, he may as well take what he could. As was the way of life, you dominate one, and you own them and all their posessions. It was his logic. The man who was robbed was still having trouble getting up after the attack, seeming to be still in shock from what had happened and not even giving any notice to what Grey had just done. It was when he was beginning to get up with the help of leaning on a tree, that Grey had arrived as he threw the men he had knocked out to the ground before him. He stared at them in awe and wonder, with slight fear but nothing major to the liking of Grey. "You should... Call the police..." Grey said coldly in his deep tone, the man still looking at the thug's to him, over and over before shaking his head and nodding. "I... don't have a cell phone?" The man said, his speech still slightly shaken. Grey looked to the thug's who were still out, then leaning down to pull a phone out of one their pockets and then passing it to the man. "Er, right.", the man looked slightly confused, but still dialed the police as was the proper thing to do, "I, er, hello. Well, I am at the north end of West Cities Central Park and... Yes, a theft... No, I am alright... No... Yes... Yes... Okay, but... They hanged up... Atleast they'll be here soon." The man sighed as his breathing was becomming normal again. Grey had to chuckle, the man looking up in confusion towards Grey as he had just noticed that he was wearing something quite irregular... a hooded cloak? Grey's smirk didn't leave his face though, his eyes looking carefully over the man. "Well, my name is Henry and yo-!". Henry, as the man was named, had been interupted by Grey's quick movement to kick one of the knockedout thug's up in the air and in the side of the tree that Henry had been leaning on. "I wonder..." The word's of Grey were softly spoken from his moving lips, his leg rising as he quickly smashed his knee to the side of the instantly killed thug's head and making the entire thing explode of blood and gore onto Henry and making his breathing become erratic. True fear, exactly what Grey wanted to see. Now the question. "Do you fear what I am able to do..." He slowly said as he kicked up another thug over his head and onto the tree just above Henry before the same grousome death was dealt. More blood was spilt over Henry. "Or... Do you fear who I am?". "I, I, I... I...". Two of the last remaining men were kicked up simultaniously and then their head's met with powerful force as it was all an inch from Henry's own face. The blood, the smell of death, the sound of an erratic heart beat. It was beginning to make Grey giddy as he was performing this little experiment and finding out more about human's and their emotions. "No answer? Well... I guess your no help then, well... Goodbye.". Simple. Grey had said goodbye and that was his way at saying, Henry was dead as far as he was concerned, his uses were met. It was like the rest, a strike to the head with a knee, and his entire face caved and his brain was crushed. Blood and gore, like the rest. He saw fear, it had taught him that human's either had bravery or they didn't, making them a diverse species in the eyes of Grey. He had learned little, but it was still fun. He most likely had family... Grey chuckled again, he wondered how sadness affected families and if he should pay Henry's family a visit to tell the news. For any matter, his business was dealt with and he began to walk away from the god forsaken West City Central Park... |

What is that? ....It’s nothing. No, there it is. Blood...that sweet, succulent sensation that tingles the senses when fresh gouts are spilt. Where is it? ...over there. Another being was out tonight not much dissimilar from Grey. Though this one was more, to gently put it, horrific. Shifting some bulky mass to the direction in which the pungent odour came from, it raised a flared nose to the air. Slowly it sampled, twitching with anticipation drawing in the ripe texture and essence of what danced across the wind currents. Like a highway, it leads to the freshly lain corpses soaked with blood. This creature now had its destination...but would it follow? The kill was already made there was no need to scavenge. But that blood is so tempting...No, alright. A bellowed snuff awkwardly cut the dead silence of the night and for fleeting seconds, an unsettled ambiance waved across the darkened alley. Eventually it died down and all was calm again. The slight murmur of a mouse taking a chance across the ground was all that was left. Looking about ignoring the tempting allure of the blood beyond the beast wonder on, shifting through the shadows. It was a particularly cold night tonight anyone in their right mind would be nestled snuggly in their beds dreaming of pleasant things, like hunting small animals, or tearing an ogre limb from limb, what fun! Shifting through the various darkness that the convenient street lighting provided the giant figure lurked on, rummaging through rubbish inquisitively. Such items it had never seen before, what exactly was a Twinkie anyway? Choom, “Grmm?” Letum jerked his head upwards and to the left, eyes wide and looking almost he had been caught doing something wrong and he knew it. He was just in time to spot a strangely shaped metal animal disappearing floating around the corner. In a moment of lapsed concentration, the were-beast had let his guard down not noticing the anomaly until it went past. Letting the rubbish he had been munching on drop from his mouth Letum discarded the bin in his hands. The metal cylinder crashed noisily to the ground disgorging its contents all over the ground. Gently pawing his way out onto the hard black river scraps of litter still falling from an inquisitive face and blood red eyes lost of benevolence Letum on all fours came to a halt in the centre of this wide manifestation. For a time he half stood their hunched over his ‘secondary’ arms independently examining the coarse surface below. Just when his thoughts were just starting to wander from the strange creature past a noise from behind stirred him to present consciousness. Nothing but blinding light! Letum stood there paralysed from the dazzling glare, what is happening? I must move...yes, but where? Noise? There is noise!? There same rushing of air noise mixed with mechanical buzzing grew louder and louder the light masking the bad things approach. There was no possible way to tell where it was coming from, the Onikage was stuck in his place about to be attacked but something of this new world, what and end. Letum went to run off to the side but by the looks of it, the bad thing was coming from that way so he turned to go the other way, again halted by thoughts of doubt. Suddenly, the lights dipped the creature was looking at something else maybe it had fallen over. Attack...yes attack now! Dropping his head down in an abrupt jerking motion as the large abomination took off, bounding towards the momentarily disabled bad thing. Lunging forwards arms outstretched with hide legs kicking off Letum continued to run, forelegs clutched the ground with fervent vigour all notion of it being a nasty smelling river of gooey black forgotten. It seemed at this point in time the were-beast had the upper hand in attack but almost in the same second the bad thing looked away, it snapped back piercing Letum with an unholy blaze of radiance. This luminosity once again jarred the beast’s movements forcing him to come to a halt and definitely argue with himself on whether to run or keep attacking. A few spasmodic hops from flee to fight soon presented the wily abomination with a solution...jump, yes. With this split second conclusion, Letum found himself drifting through the air just on knife’s edge with the powerful beam of paralysis. But that was ok, he no longer suffered the nasty ailment. The creature continued on as if he hadn’t been there at all...how vicious were these new world animals? Eventually landing back on the ground beneath, he laboriously heaved a grunt of relief. All over now ...a chance was given to realise the entire surrounds expansive, a simple city block bathed in a wash of darkness. Automatic lighting provided some solace in this time of twilight but only in tiny compact pockets that still appeared to be straining against the overpowering black. Choom, What? Again!? ...no, it couldn’t. Warily the beast would look now for the sound that approached, all of his fur shimmered gently in the wind that just suddenly cast itself onto the land giving Letum and ethereal visage hinting to where he hailed from. The mane so comfortably perched around his neck ruffled slightly and flopped lethargically across his face veiling his disease on the current situation. Yes, another...oh no. Yet another creature approached hoping to claim the were-beast’s life, but what was this? This one was different...it had no beam of paralysis. This was perfect, now Letum would be able to fight back...what a savage place this was constantly having to fend for yourself. This time he merely waited for the bad thing to come close enough, lazily and half animatronically his right arm was raised above his head. A few metres more and the animal was close enough to strike, hefting his tree-like arm like a club Letum embedded it in the bonnet of the hover car. Ouch! This things skin was tough. Despite the unexpected pain, Letum now felt coursing up his arm the vehicle stopped dead in its tracks, well the front half anyway. Not complying with the forces that be at the front the back end of the floating junk pile kept going ending up somersaulting completely over the front half and continuing onto sail right over Letum’s head. This inevitably caused the front half to slip out from under the brutish arm and follow closely behind its rear. The noises that erupted into the night air were amazing and intense, crumpling metal, sparks flying everywhere, cracking tar and concrete, everything. A large toothy snarl spread ecstatically across the were-beast’s snout at this moment, bellowing out a tremendous howl he leapt onto the belly of this broken bad thing. Then beating at it a little like an enraged gorilla he began to tear junks out of it by making slashing moments with the razor sharp claws protruding from his fingertips. Yes...die, feast, no more attacking me...die. Letum between various outbursts of growling and dismantling the wreckage he began to enjoy himself, this was much more fun than dislocating limbs from ogres. Letum was going to enjoy his stay here... |

((Oh, it's on! I see your going to pull out the big guns now... So I guess I will have to aswell =P )) The loud struggle that the beat was emersing himself in was nothing comparable to what Grey was doing, he was simply walking through the park, at another end to the one he had mercilessly killed five men at. Calm, silent, he followed the path and passed the sprinklers that were turned on automatically at this time, pausing to look to his side and gaze up at the lights of the city that surrounded such a small 'natural' part. The light's reacted with the lights, a small rainbow being created for the hooded figures hidden eyes to glare upon. So he did, staring to that of a pointless and unfocused sight, sounds of a car finally arriving. He looked to the other side, the car-lot. A police car had pulled up, it's lights off... How foolish, that they would consider this event so small. Although... Grey smiled under his hood, feeling that this homocide that they would be unlucky to find would n doupt rack completely irrelevent in the long run of life. That was limited on a second thought, their pointless and trivial lives of plainly living would soon be ended and then be put to better uses. All in due time. He stared blankly to the police car, watching in slow motion the two officers coming out and their door's shutting after them. One spotted him, the other one talking of useless babble before noticing Grey also and both of them simultaniously putting one hand to their gun holders. "How... Quaint..." What a nice police run city he was in, so old fashioned that they would need try and scare him. Show him who was boss and that he should watch what he did and what he said, that maybe he was dangerous and that if he moved too fast for them that they would shoot him down. "Sad... and dillusional...". Grey was smart though, he stopped abruptedly and watched as the two officer's came closer to his position. Walking so smugly as though the fleshy bodies weren't so easily broken by him, and that they felt so safe being equipped with projectile metal pallets. Useless. "Sir. If we could just see your ID?" One of the officer's spoke, by his diognostic tests of the two, it was the older one. He studied both of their faces, both portraying confusion and looking him over. He knew why, it was so easily to observe their eyes movement and focus, looking over his clothing choices. A dark hooded cloak, the stench of mystery or crazy night man was coming off him like a bad smell. Grey chuckled, the older one seeming to grown. "Sir, if you could please come with us to give your a breathaliser test...". Grey had to chuckle again, this time much more deeper and melevolant. As he thought more deeply on the issue, more idea's were coming to mind, twisted thoughts of how he could make these men suffer for their ignorants. They would pay, not right away, he wanted to play with them for a bit. "Offecer, I wash *hic* juss goin home now *hic*" Grey was going to have some fun with these imputent men, first he would simply play the end of this stick and simulate being drunk, before he would end the fun and just, in plain english, ... beat them to the point of death, and make sure they are councious every second of it. How twisted his mind was, yes, first he beat them to a point where they couldn't move and were uncouncious, before stripping them of their clothing and sending them to the sprinklers, followed by pumping them with adrenaline and slowly kill both of them in front of eachother. As a final words, he would say something quite cruel and most assuringly irrelevent... "Maybe you should think before sleeping with my wife..." His lips moved and the sentence was said allowed, the two men pausing and both raising brows in confusion. Grey stared at them and chuckled, how he was quite enjoying this. They stared at him for a second, their faces becomming much more serious and cautious. It was sudden, but they had now spotted the blood that was over his cloak. "Oppse, how I forgot about that I do not know.". They both pulled out their guns, pointing them threatingly towards Grey. Grey automatically continued the game and put his hands at the back of his head, before beginning to drop to the ground. Play time was soon over. "On the ground now! Hands on where I can see them!" One of the officers went to the side, the other still facing his front. He didn't much like the younger one for not staring him in the face, how... disrespectful. He chuckles one last time. "I said put your hands where I can see them!". Grey knew this was to happen, he had 'foolishly' put his hands behind his head and lazily slid them downwards, without a second thought the police officers pulled the triggers they had been shaking to pull. Grey would not be so easily taken down though, his own potential being maximized as he would now show what he was waiting to pull. His own cards. A shot was fired, a second one easily following. Unexpectedly, both men's arms were redirected with careful kicks back to eachother, both shot with inscrutable accuracy. They fell to the ground, their eyes rolling to the back of their heads as the holes that appeared like a mirror on both trickled slightly with blood. Dead. Gone. Lost. So many word's to explain to the family of the loved ones that had died this way, how he wished he could be there just to observe their reactions and hopefully learn off them. It was sick really, what he wanted to learn, but he was learning none the less. He didn't forget about the blood though this time, instead the current that control his suit quickly pushing the liquid off with an invisible force. It was now time for more observation, he walked to the parking lot and passed the police car without a glance, somebody would soon find them in the morning... Most likely some children on their way to school. He was now at the side of the bustling road, so calm and watching the bright lights in an eerie calm. He would soon need to go back to his apartment and meet back with Bob and Lexa, they were getting too curious and asking endlessly about what he did. He was getting annoyed, luckily Christmas was coming soon and that would most likely keep them busy, while afterwards if he chose thier presents correctly, could bye him more time. Then he could put their proper jobs on the table and remind them non-stop, maybe the amount of information would make their head's too full that it would shut them up even. How he hated their voices now, he was finding his processes even lag when they spoke. That wasn't a good sign to a happy relationship to Grey, not a happy one at all. A thunderous noise was heard suddenly, Grey looking to the side by reflex and watching as what looked to be half a car spinning in mid-air towards him. "It appears another is having some fun... Not Bob... Not Lexa... Only one way to find out...". The scrapped piece flew at him, before Grey simply side-stepped as to let it hit a letter box and slowly come to a stop. The noises didn't end though, more noises of metal tearing apart were heard. Car's stopped and crashed, Grey walking relaxed and as calm as a daisy to the spot where the root of this commotion was going. Screaming was now heard, he hadn't even made four steps yet. He chuckled, feeling that some long view observation was needed first. So he silently pushed off from the ground and landed calmly on a building just over that of the hot spot. He looked down, his vision adjusting itself and coming in closer to make out what was going on. "Unexpected, but very intriguing. I will have to see what this thing does next..." Grey was perched on his bum, watching with a quirked brow at what looked to be a monster ripping apart a car. Obviously reason to the hysteria that was going on, a small smirk being the only sign of emotion coming from Grey though. He would observe this creature as to what it was able to do and what it would do, it's emotional restrictions and if possible, it's origins. Never had he seen such a being, and the being was not recorded in his data banks... Not even a species from another planet. Strange. |
