Cloud Said I'm "Super Cool."
What do you mean by Rule-ish type form?

As I understand, he wants it posted in the Rules Section. Shows what I know.

Yes it is accepted, I just need to post it in the rules and go through and make sure there are not any mistakes I looked over. Although, knowing Will that is very unlikely to happen. But I always double-check.

Enough to get item control and then you're set. That's the only pre-requisite for a puppet user.

Self Puppetry [Focus]
Description/Seals: A skilled puppeteer must be able to continue the performance no matter what happens to their body. Utilizing the Object Control technique, the user subtly connects chakra strings to their own body, controlling their own body like they would a puppet. This requires all 10 strings to work, disabling puppet usage. This allows the user to continue fighting despite being numbed, poisoned, or otherwise physically incapacitated. It is almost impossible to determine if someone is using this technique, due to the invisibility of chakra strings, though obviously they would know something is amiss if the user can move a broken arm perfectly. Naturally, it takes a lot of willpower to forcibly move yourself while hurt.
Effect: Allows the user to continue fighting while disabled.
Requirements: 25 Willpower 45 Intellect 40 Ninja Skill
Cost: 3 Per Post

Add that on. Cloud was writing up a revised version of the rules for them, but he can just edit your puppetry rules post.

dumb question

What of the Yon clan? they have 4 arms and 20 chakra strings. do they get a bonus?

I think they should because logically speaking more strings mean more control, but if they do then we will see nothing but Yon puppeteers.

Interesting question, but it doesn't really matter seeing as no one has ever actually played a Yon clan member.

Cloud once gave special considerations to the Yon Clan with the Object Control Ability. This one's Endless' field.

Yes, Yon would be the ultimate puppeting clan. 10 strings = 1 puppet with full stats. 20 strings = 2 puppets with full stats. Like I said, creativity is key with puppets.

Of course that would also require double ninja skill(or whatever the system is now), as they would still need to be conscious of the two puppets and be able to control them equally well. Much as we are right/left handed, it's likely that a Yon clan member would also be top/bottom handed as well.

I believe a Yon member would be more efficiently used to control a very complex puppet, where the extra strings can control more complex features and movement.
