Too much speed and agility IMO. Should be speed=user's magic and agility should be the regular agility stat.

Well considering my overall growth is severely limited by those same factors, I merely consider this evening out the odds. Where you can toss 11 or 12 or 23 into a single stat to get a quick boost, I no longer have that luxury. So I create techs like this, which enable me to increase my abilities.

And really, this in combination with the flight speed will only make me marginally faster than with my normal speed + Hideko's Blessing.

Max land speed = 110 + 220 (Aeroga) = 330
Max air speed = 220 (Thundaga, which I can't even use yet) + 220 (Aeroga) = 440

Shinra flight boots already do this and allow you to double your speed in mid-air. I gotta agree with Gal, this is too much.

Unless, of course, you make it something like, spell cost*5000

330 Speed/2=115 (Damage with Momentum Shift)+110 Strength=225 Physical damge. (62 Naginata+330)/2=246 Accuracy.

The fact of the matter is you haven't evened anything out despite your claim. You're giving yourself more and more. You get a constant 50% boost in stats at no real cost. Your overall growth really isn't limited at this point considering at your supposed cost, Zander currently has +37 to all of his stats. 37*7=259 in practically free stats and every additional 14 you divide evenly among those stats gives you an additional 7 free stats not to mention the fact no one can do anything about it because you also have a little someting to maintain your little balance.

Jeez Gal, tell us how you really feel.

And let's just ignore the fact that if Zander gets hit by Slow/Stop/Stone/Freeze Ray/Mini/Toad, his balance is thrown off and he loses all boosts, which immediately drops him down to, like...Chris level.

No offense, Kurisu.

Hell, if someone creates a tech where they smack the opponent upside the head and lower their Intelligence by 1%, then that means I lose all boosts. So really, something like this is just giving me a bit of an edge to make up for the fact that I can go from decently strong (and only decently, since there are still roughly 5 PC characters that can beat me with ease) to wholly disappointing in the blink of an eye.

And the five, in case you're wondering?

1. Nex
2. Lini
3. J
4. Riku
5. Angeles possibly, and if not, then Angel.

Which isn't even factoring in Lex (Lini + Nex), which can beat any three characters on the board at once. J is on the list because aside from her bullets that cause Countdown to Petrification, she also has Ability Shot, which can negate Master of Self entirely if she so chooses. Riku is just ridiculous even after being gone for so long, and both Angeles and Angel have specific areas of expertise that make them quite dangerous.

So if Zander is broken, it's only because the circumstances demand it.

You're not going to need this anyway: You already can use Hideko's Blessing with the boots.

I checked the wording for Hideko's Blessing, and it increases my Speed stat by the spell's power. Since air speed is not governed by my Speed stat, Hideko's Blessing is rendered moot.

The Thunder Materia is necessary for the Shin-ra Flight Boots, which are necessary for flight, which is needed in order to use this technique.

If that's the case, then its redundant to mention Thunder Materia in this tech, as its required for use in one of the other requirements. In which case, I think an Endurance requirement would be necessary to handle such high speeds. Probably something in the high double/low triple digits.

Also, I may have just said that the Thunder Materia was redundant, but does the cost 1.6* go for both Aero and Thunder, or is it just Aero?
