Pending Abilities Pending Traits Pending Limit Breaks --- Approved Abilities True Blue Leader Description: Captain Felix has always been able to captivate the attention of other people, even from a very young age. Over time, this passive ability has allowed him to gather a number of followers to him to help him in his endeavors. Requirements: 20 Intelligence, Be Captain Felix Effect: Compels people to listen to Captain Felix, but does not force them to agree with him. This allows him to attract NPC minions. Only effects people whose Intelligence is at least 10 lower than Felix's. Cost: None Fiery Pact of the Captain Description: Felix is the Captain of the Ouran Pirates, their leader. As such he has a special bond with every singe one of them. That bond has lead him to new heights of power for the cause of his crew. When his comrades are in danger his passion explodes into new levels of power. Requirements: Be Captain Felix, True Blue Leader, Intelligence 20. Effect: When a nearby (within eye-shot) PC member of the Ouran pirates' health is reduced by a total of 40% Felix gains a +5 Bonus to Strength, Speed and Endurance. This effect can only stack twice (maximum of +10). Cost: None Approved Traits Approved Limit Breaks Jolly Roger [Limit Break Level 1-A] Description: Felix focuses his Captain's will into his wrist-blade and executes two quick yet weak slashes. This cross slash is followed moments later by an explosion. Requirements: Limit Break Level 1 Access Effect: Adds (+30% of magic stat) to physical attack damage for one turn, the next post the point of impact 'bursts' dealing 1/3 the original damage. Cost: None Support Fire [Limit Break Level 1-B] Description: Felix calls for two of his lower level crewmates give him support fire. Requiremetns: Limit Break Level 1 Access (2) Effect: Two attacks at (30% of Magic stat) plus Felix's normal attack. These are both from either side of Felix. Cost: None |

LB#1: Hells no doing the math it has the potential to do an additional 166% damage....try again LB#2: do each of the crewmen do 1/3 of the magic stat and then Felix does his? that would be +66% right there so rephrase it please |

just to be clear 1/3 is 33.3~ so simply changing it to 30% is no big deal Which I might add is perfectly fair. 166% damage... where did you get that? Adding 30% of my magic stat is like +3... and the second one is the same... this is (since his magic stat is currently 10) +3 to felix's normal attack for each of them. so three attacks at +3. |

yeah atm. but potentially if Magic was equal to physical stats. the main issue is that you do it twice. if you do it once that's perfectly fine. |

Now that I understand what you mean by "twice" I feel comfortable with this technique. Two slashes doing a total of 30% of magic stat + one normal attack's damage. (so its more like two quick yet weak strikes) followed by residual energy bursting from the point of impact causing (i'll lower it for the sake of argument) 1/3 the original damage. So currently he would deal (with the stats on his sign up sheet) 33+11 or 44 damage. |

No, it does exactly what it says it does. Being a leader he is excellent at garnering the respect and understanding of people. Though some of his npc or pc crew mates don't agree with all his methods or his way of behaving they all carry a respect toward him that comes out as his authority as captain. (Think Luffy) He can't control people with this, he simply has a "way" with people. Plainly put, he attracts NPC minions, other PCs show some respect, most people are not completely hostile when they first meet him (exceptions include Shin-ra who are his sworn enemies).
