mPhone Description: The most advanced type of communication available. Not only is it a cellular phone, it can connect to the internet to watch videos, check e-mail, play downloaded music, and download apps to make it more efficient and fun. It also includes a high-level camera and video recording function. It has enough memory in it to hold up to 100,000 pictures, hold up to 72 hours of video recordings, and hold up to 25,000 songs Weight: 0 Effect: For all your Cell Phone needs Cost: None Alright, I don't know what to do about this, but I'm wanting Lini to get an updated cell-phone. Sooo...I'm guess I'm asking if this is acceptable, or if I need to spend some money on this or something. |

Spy-bots Description: Tiny robots that can be placed on a person, either manually or by being shot out of a gun. Once on a target, the tangle themselves in whatever fibers (clothes, hair, skin) that they can, and stay there until their power dies. Spy-bots mostly consist of tiny microphones and video cameras that can send audio and video information. Weight: 1 Effect: Allows J to learn of things that happen in threads that the character the Spy-bots are in. Last MO/10 threads before their power dies and they fall off. Cannot be destroyed or removed unless targets base MO is higher then J's by x2. Cost: ? Gil for a set of 10. Alright, here's an interesting idea I've been toying with. Time to rip it to shreds everyone. |

I think having it be MO/10 won't work. MO is a stat that you can increase, so what if you plant the bot when you had 50 MO, then increase it to 70? Do the bots somehow know to stay longer then? I think it'd be best to just have it be a static value. I'd recommend 7 threads. As for the being removed/destroyed thing, I think that should be changed a bit. Maybe something to the effect of, "Bots cannot be noticed unless the user's base MO is equal to that of J. Once the bots have been noticed however, they can be removed easily." Also, someone with Enhanced Touch should be able to feel them easier...maybe they can sense them if their MO is at least 50% of J's or something. Just ideas. Incorporate them as you will. |

If they're on clothes, though, I don't think the Enhanced Touch would pick them up. Sight, however, would easily. hmmm.... So long as it is understood that they cannot inflict any sort of damage, then I'm okay with the basic construction. As for the Gil... 1,500 for 10 sound okay? |

Edited in the "No Damage" part. Intended to put that in, but forgot. And 1,500 is kinda expensive, but whatever. Not a lot of people I really need to tag. |

Mega Description: An alteration on the Mini spell brought about by the Transform Materia. Instead of shrinking the target, this one makes them grow larger, hitting a size of 34 feet. The increase in size also brings out an increase in abilities, including magic abilities if a higher cost is paid. Looks like the Mini spell, except its spiraling red energy instead of purple. Requirements: Transform Materia, 50 Magic, 80 Casting Effect: Makes the target grow in size. Mega doubles the targets melee damage, and doubles the targets magic damage if the higher cost is paid. Mega lasts for 5 posts. Cost: A lot MP for Mega. A lot + X more MP for Mega with Magic increasing capabilities. Moogle Description: An alteration on the Toad spell brought about by the Transform Materia. Instead of turning the target into a Toad, it turns the target into a Moogle. Looks like the Toad spell, except its spiraling white energy instead of purple. Requirements: Transform Materia, 100 Magic, 150 Casting. Effect: If the spell hits, the target is transformed into a Moogle. This effect lasts for 5 posts. If transformed, the targets Traits are changed to those of the Moogle race for the duration of the spell. In addition, all Race-related abilities are locked during the duration of the spell. Standard Transform accuracy and effect required to meet for resistance UNLESS the caster is a Moogle. In that case, the user's Magic > Opponents Spirit/2 is the new resistance formula. Cost: A lot MP. Two new techs up. You can tell what new Materia I was excited for. <_< >_> :D |

Mega should require 1,000 AP and 45 MP for the standard effect. 20 additional MP to boost Magic. And it can only be cast on one target at a time. Once it wears off of one, then it can be cast again. Moogle will need between 1,700 and 2,000 AP. Cost will be roughly 85 MP, since it's changing a race. One target at a time. Unless someone else has better suggestions, anyways. EDIT: Multiple targets are allowed only when linked to an All Materia. Rawr. Edited by Takeru, Sep 1 2009, 10:08 PM.

Armor Master Description: When one has enough physical strength and endurance, one can wear more then three pieces of armor. Requirements: 100 Strength, 100 Endurance. Effect: At 100 Strength and Endurance, the user can have a 4th armor spot. This continues to increase by one armor piece for every 100 points they have in Strength and Endurance (i.e. a 5th at 200 each, a 6th at 300 each etc.) Cost: None. New ability up for review. Should be rather straightforward. |

I despise PC controlling customs, but here goes my unbiased opinion on it. I have a feeling that Cloud or someone else may want a similar custom. Allies of the victim(s) may also try breaking J's hold over the character(s). Include that the effect can be negated if someone neither confused nor berserk opposes her and their (Spirit + Intelligence)*0.5 is higher than her (Spirit + Intelligence)*0.5.

If they're confused or berserk, they have no control over themselves, so it would be hard to take that non-existent control from them. It also would stop working as soon as the status effect ended. Influence Description: With great power, comes great responsibility to abuse that power. With this tech, J can exert her influence over those who have no power over themselves. Requirements: Mastermind, 100 Spirit, 100 Intelligence Effect: If someone becomes confused or enters a berserk status, they may not attack J. She may also order them to attack who or what she pleases. This effect ends once the target is no longer confused of berserk. This can only be used on confused or berserk targets. In the event that another person is attempting to control the same target, J will maintain control if her (Spirit+Int)/2 is higher then the other attempted controllers (Spirit+Int)/2. Cost: None. dunno if there needs to be a resistance factor, since the targets have no control over themselves in that state. Edited by Bag o Bones, Sep 18 2009, 08:12 PM.

I can see confused status and would fully approve it but Berserk status doesn't have one attacking their own allies ever does it? That being said I think for berserk only their should be some sort of resistance. |

Confused is that you forget who your friends and foes are, and you lose your weapon, and can't operate machinery. Beserk is you can't use items, Materia, and focusing techs/abilities. You can only use regular attacks and attacking limit breaks. Also, you are unable to tell friend from foe, and just attack whoever is nearby. |
