Pending Traits Pending Abilities Name: Pyrokinetic Level V Description: Requirements: Pyrokinetic Levels I-IV, Spirit 300 Effect: Cost: Pending Limit Breaks Pending Techniques Pending Items --- Approved Traits Pyrokinetic Appearance: Eye color is now a Dark Red color, also the natural hair color of the bearer of this trait is lightened considerably. Personality: Varies Background: Varies Traits: Name: Pyrokinetic Description: Pyrokinesis is the innate ability to manipulate and control fire through force of will at the cost of one's 'spiritual energy' in this case, MP. It also has forever crippled him from utilizing materia. Effect: Allows for pyrokinetic abilities and traits. Each of the ascending abilities for pyrokinesis (level I,II,III,IV,V) are requirements of their successor, therefore they will eventually take up all five of his ability slots. He cannot use materia in any shape or form. Requirements: None Cost: None Name: Pyrokinetic Body Description: Being the Pyrokinetic that he is, Vincent is immune to fire damage. However, this also renders him extremely vulnerable to fire's 'natural predator' water. Effect: Vincent is immune to fire damage. Damage taken by water based abilities though is multiplied by x3. Requirements: Pyrokinetic Cost: None Approved Abilities Name: Pyrokinetic Level I Description: Although unsure if its a natural mutation or the result of an experiment Vincent is a Pyrokinetic of the highest level, ultimately capable of huge feats of firepower. If only the peace loving boy would use it. In his infant stages of power he has only been able to manifest fire in simple ways and shape it in simple forms. Requirements: Pyrokinetic, Spirit 25 Effect: Able to shape flames into simple geometric shapes. Can only control flames that take up a maximum space of 3 cubic feet (aka a 3 foot by 3 foot by 3 foot cube). Shaping and controlling a flame takes up all his concentration. Also able to manifest a fireball that can take up a maximum of a 6 inch cube (roughly larger than a baseball). The Fireball has a speed of (spirit+intelligence)/2 and deals (magic damage/2) damage. He may only manifest 1 fireball per post. Cost: 5 mp to shape a flame, 1/post to maintain the shape. 2 mp to manifest a 'Fireball' Name: Pyrokinetic Level II Description: Vincent has grown stronger in the use of his Pyrokinesis. Now able to control and manifest larger amounts of fire. Along with this he has learned how to agument his physical attacks with fire. Requirements: Pyrokinetic Level I, Spirit 50 Effect: Control flame size increases to 6 cubic feet as well as shape it into more complex (semi-realistic) shapes. The Fireballs size increases to 1 cubic foot (roughly a basketball size). Speed remains the same, damage is increased to straight Magic damage. He may manifest 1 full sized fireball or two softball sized fireballs/post. He can now add 1/3 Magic damage to his attacks by igniting his hands, feet, shins, elbows etc. only set at a time (both fists, both feet). Cost: Same as Level I, Full Sized fireball is 4 mp, agumenting his hands costs an initial 3 and then 1 mp/post. Name: Pyrokinetic Level III Description: Vincent has grown even stronger in the use of his Pyrokinesis. His ability to control and manifest fire continues to grow along with his new agumentative powers. Now he has learned to access a form of 'cure' magic through his fire, creating a white flame that heals instead of harms. Requirements: Pyrokinetic Level I and II, Spirit 100 Effect: Control flame size increases to 12 cubic feet as well as shape it into more complex (realistic) shapes, lions and humans for example. Fireball size increases to 3 Cubic feet, roughly the size of a wrecking ball, speed increases to (spirit+intelligence), damage increases to Magic x 1.5. He may manifest 1 full, 2 medium and 4 small now. Agumentation damage increased to 1/2 Magic damage, he still can only agument one set of bodyparts. White fire appears on his hands, healing damage by (spirit+intelligence)/2 on contact. Holding his hands there extends the effect. Cost: As PK II, however, full sized fireball is now 8 mp, agumentation is increased to init 4 and 2/post. Healing is an initial 5 and 2/post. Name: Pyrokinetic Level IV Description: Vincent has nearly ended his growth in the use of Pyrokinesis, His ability to control, manifest, cure and agument with fire grows. He has now learned how to utilize flame to heat the air around him and grant him flight. Requirements: Pyrokinetic Levels I-III, Spirit 200 Effect: Control flame size increases to 24 cubic feet as well as shape it into very complex shapes, along with making the flames change color, he can now make them appear almost as firey copies of himself. Fireball size increases to 6 cubic feet, speed increases to (spirit+intelligence)x1.5 damage increases to (Magic x 2). He may manifest 1 full, 2 large, 4 medium and 8 small now. Agumentation damage has increased to (magic) damage. He can agument two sets of limbs. Healing increases to (spirit+intelligence) on contact. He can now fly, increasing his relative dodge by (spirit+intelligence)/2 and does not need normal transportation to move across normally untraversable areas. Cost: As PK III, however, full sized fireball is now 16 mp, agumentation is increast to init 6 and 3/post. Healing is an initial 8 and 4/post. Flight is an initial 10 and 1/post. Approved Limit Breaks Name: Burst Fire [Limit Break Level 1A] Description: Vincent's ears lengthen like an elves growing about ten centimeters outward. He grows fangs and his pupils turn into those of a reptiles. He swings his arm and creates a short burst of fire that arcs toward his opponent. Requirements: Access to Limit Breaks, Pyrokinesis Effect: A single shot burst of fire damage dealing 1.5x his normal fireball damage. posted Deep 14, the motorcycle that the dynamic duo of Lini and Vinny escaped on, most of its parts survived the crash (the base and wheels) however our Tank and Engine will need to be repaired at the Gold Saucer (that'll cost 700 gil). I would like to get the frame and wheels approved for now though. |

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.

I don't think there's anything wrong with what's completely described and pending approval for the Pyrokinesis set. +1/2 approval for PK (Fire) up to level 4. However, I do have some reservations about the limit break, it being on the upper tier of level 1. At 1.4x I would have semi-approved it immediately. If some of the other staff members thinks it's okay at 1.5x, then I'll finish it up at that, if need be. |

I'll give the final approval for the Pyrokinesis set but, like Kurisu said. The limit break is to strong for a level 1. Most level ones are 1.2x-1.3x in strength and 1.4x, which Murei proposed, is pushing it. 1.5x is just way to strong for a level one. |

I realized that after looking at it again, my apologies,
