ok. you overdid it. May I suggest that you put "1 Hp is deducted from cost for every 30 Endurance. Then you get 0 HP cost at 150, and still start getting the deduction early.

What, you just made it so you need even more Endurance to get 0 HP cost... I would have approved it if it were 1 HP deducted per 30 Endurance. But I approve of them still now.

This is extremely useful in making single attacks, but takes a major toll on one’s body as well as only lets you attack in one direction while doing so. All attacks, techniques, and limit breaks involving jumping receive a +50% bonus to speed AND damage.
Requirements: (repeated) Legs of Dragoon, Speed Jump
Effect: Increases speed and damage by 50% while jumping (horizontally only). While doing this jump, one may only go in one direction. After utilizing this ability, Riku’s dodge and endurance is cut in half for the next post.
Cost: 10 HP per jump (At 100 endurance, 1 Hp is reduced from cost. At 200 endurance, there is no hp cost.

Effect: Causes slow effect to target for 2 posts. Slow effect is negated and Stop is caused for 1 post if it is raining. Damage = 25% physical damage + 25% magic damage. If it is raining, the attack does 50% magic damage.
Cost: cost of Ice Materia + 5 MP (5 MP cost does not apply if it is raining)

Name: Blind Strike
Description: Utilizing the technique “Status Attack”, Riku can use his Keyblade to cause Water damage by simply hitting his opponent with a Keyblade so long as the Water Materia is equipped. To create this strange force to go through his blade, Riku has to put a little energy into his attack unless it is raining. Seeing as though Riku is spraying water everywhere, this causes blind effect to target.
Requirements: One with the Keyblade (ability); Status Attack; Water Materia Equipped to said Keyblade; Strong Rain
Effect: Causes blind effect to target for 2 posts (3 if it is raining). Damage = 25% physical damage + 25% magic damage. If it is raining, the attack does 50% magic damage.
Cost: cost of Water Materia + 5 MP (5 MP cost does not apply if it is raining)


Status Attack
Description: Utilizing the mystical properties of the Keyblade, Riku is able to add elemental damage into his attacks. This ability however, does not cause any extra damage whatsoever. Unless combined with a technique, this ability has no effect at all. Because of the nature of this technique, Riku also needs to have at least 3 elemental related abilities.
Requirements: One with the Keyblade (ability); some kind of elemental Materia equipped; 3 elemental abilities (strong wind, summer heat, etc.);
Effect: Allows Riku’s physical attacks with a Keyblade to possess the properties of the Materia that he happens to be utilizing. (For example, if Riku had an ice Materia and hit his opponent with his Keyblade, they would feel colder).
Cost: None (techniques based off of this will have costs)

Actually, believe it or not, I had a grand total of ZERO requests on NSL lol, so I wouldn't know. Aaaannnd, I don't see any rule here saying that you can only have 3 at a time... Oh well, I reduced them down to this list:

Requirements: Limit Break Level 1 access; 2 weapons equipped
Effect: Causes the stun and confuse status effects. This attack only does 30% of normal damage, but its accuracy is increased by 50%

Leaping Leg Shot
Description: This Technique utilizes both Jump and Leg Shot Materias. As Riku throws down his keyblade using Jump, he has a chance of hitting his opponent in the leg, thus utilizing Leg Shot. However, the effects of each materia is cut in half.
Requirements: Same as Leg Shot and Jump; Leg Shot and Jump Materias;
Effect: Damage increase half of that of Jump. Agility decrease half of that of Leg Shot.
