It's a combination of 2 materia. "Jump" and "Leg Shot"

cause it's a combo, the effects of both materia are cut in half.

For example, I use this leg jump thingy and hit my target. My damage is increased by 10% (1/2 of 20% of jump materia) and my opponent's agility is reduced by 1/8 (1/2 of 1/4 from leg shot).

There's really no point to this technique unless I end up throwing both of my keyblades down at the same time.

Dodging Twist
Description: By utilizing the Materia "Assault Twister" One can thrust oneself out of harms way. However, the fact that you just spun around half a dozen times in desperation just left you totally vulnerable to a follow up attack. Good luck with that.
Effect:
Pros: Riku uses Assault Twister to spin out of the way of danger aided with the speed and agility boost of the Materia.
Cons: After using this technique, Riku is dizzy and unable to dodge any attack for one post. Even though Riku may have used this technique to dodge something, he causes no damage. (I.E. Riku uses this to dodge a fireball and goes flying towards somebody. Riku causes no damage towards that person.)

Description: During Riku’s Clone transformation, scientists realized that he was becoming a bit more powerful than they were able to keep up with. To fix this, they attached limiters to his body that restrict his stats from reaching maximum. They are in the physical form of bands located on his waist ( 1 total), wrists (4 total), ankles (4 total), However, Riku quickly found out that he could break them by using magical energy of his own.
Requirements: Be Riku
Effect: Restricts Riku to 10% of his stats for every limiter.
e.x. with all limiters in tact, Riku operates at 10% of maximum stats
with 1 limiter broken, Riku operates at 20% maximum stats, etc. (until 100% of maximum stats is reached). Riku starts every thread with 9 of these. It costs 1 MP to break a limiter. Riku is the only one who can break a limiter. Riku is the only one that these limiters will work on. At the end of every thread, these simply reattach themselves to Riku.
Cost: None

Magical Clone
Description: After reaching a particular point of insanity, a clone gained the ability to put magical energy into his attacks much like the ability “MP Attack”. However, this is a bit different in the way that Sephiroth Clones can use pure MP to conjure destructive energy around their body. With this force, one can shoot raw magical energy out of their body. Sadly, this has hardly any real effect other than to look flashy as only a fool would use this technique over a spell.
Requirements: 100 MP ; Sephiroth Clone
Effect: This ability can be utilized in many ways, but the basic effect is that magical energy flows from one’s body and causes damage based on how much MP is spent. This effect is visual (it is not invisible) and its speed is equal to that of the user’s magic speed. In the unlikely event that more than one target (if any) is hit with this energy, then the damage is divided equally. The color of the magic is the OPPOSITE of one’s alignment aura (black for 100% white for 0%)
Spent MP = Extra damage
Cost: None

An example to how this would be used is:
Riku is being emo, and does the whole Super Sayain type deal where energy just blasts all around him. That’s basically what this is. This is basically an Epik effect, only because I doubt that I could do this without having an ability or having a cost to go with it.

No..: first off I think you're thinking about mp attack which is when you just put mp to cause extra damage. This ability lets me use raw mp as an attack. This is fairly retarded seeing as though using a spell would cause tons more damage for only like ten mp. Again I'm just being epik here :P

Cloud said I could do this, but some materia like Blast Wave would require me to have one of each in each of my weapons. I'll be asking Cloud about whether or not I will need to have a duplicate Materia on hand to do this as new ones come out.

Description: Riku goes out and does his stuff, and at the end of his thread, gets his armor upgraded. This way, he does not have to quest over and over for an entirely new set of equipment.
Effect: Upgrades riku's armor depending on the amount of Gill's worth earned in a thread.
Cost: Costs the same as buying the armor upgrade. Therefore, the Gill's worth earned in a thread can be used to upgrade Riku's armor.

(If this gets approved, I'll be planning on reusing this quest whenever I feel the need to improve my armor :P)

This would also include the ability to resist any command given to him by ANYBODY. Riku is able to fully resist for 1 post after the LB is finished. For every post after that, 80% of his (magic + speed)/2 is used in calculating whether or not he can still resist commands. ex. 1st post = (m+s)/2 --- 2nd = ((m+s)/2)*.8 --- 3rd = .8*(((m+s)/2)*.8) etc.
Cost: None

I don't quite like it even though it's a limit. Because god forbid, what If there is someone that's stronger than you, like Daze. You saying no matter how much stronger the factor is this can cancel it out? Let's get a second opinion on it.

edit - After being shown Angel's request and his limit I still have the same thoughts but you can't be denied or told it's not good for lvl 1 since boss has it for his number 1.

I give only 1/2 approval however. I want others opinions first.
