@ Jingasa: Why do you think it should use Libra? It's just something that can show me information I have already gathered. It can't sense anything. It just lays a graphical layer over the real world. It's very limited in that matter. It can't say that the guy in the middle of the crows has a weapon in his anal cavity. And it most certainly can't say that the person is weak to this and that. But if I had Libra, I could store a lot information about a person. Then the visor would recognize the person and bring the information up with a slight glance. It's like a very advanced PDA or something. It can only show information that has beens stored in the storage device. @ Gin: Damn, I would really like to have at least a suggestion on how much it should cost. But thanks for 1/4-approving my Techs. And Enhanced sight enhances your ability to see things. Also seeing things moving slightly slower.

If I had to suggest a price I'd say around the same at Libra Materia or so. As for the Enhanced sight, you already got my approval, don't yell at me! *cries in a fetal position* |

I didn't yell. You yell if you use "!". I did not use "!", but "." But what if I say a price of 300? (libra is 200) Is that acceptable? EDIT: Scan Visor Description: A special visor that gives the user a graphical interface laid on top of the world. It is connected to a small computing device as big as an Iphone. The device is a link to a database where it stores information about places, buildings and people. This information can then be accessed through the visor. It can be controlled by eye movements as well as voice commands. The voice commands are only valid if they match a profile in the computing device. The visor allows zooming to a maximum of 12X, and it can take pictures and video. The visor updates with a frequency of 1200 images per second. Effect: Shows information in a graphical interface laid on top of the world. Can help spot people or things. Can zoom in on objects and take pictures/video Weight: 5 Cost: 400? I think I need new approval. The 1200 images per sec is quite a big amount. makes me able to tape myself doing things and then review what I could do better. And it makes it so I can study my opponents moves and find a way to counter that next time. Think about looking at it frame by frame... And I made it so that I have almost unlimited space for info and videos/pics. Edited by Takumi, Jan 14 2009, 11:23 PM.

1200 FPS seems a little excessive. The normal Eye can only see I believe 60 FPS a second max so I would like to assume enhanced is 120 and your super enhanced is 240. 1200 is like, unreachable or so I'd think. Then again, I have no clue how accurate I am. |

you also have to realize that this is super advanced technology we're talking about... I would say that going past 600-700 is pushing it though. I don't even know what you'd do with anything moving at past 500 fps lol. |

I think I only approved the idea last time, 1/4 for scan visor 1/4 for your enhanced senses abilities (still don't see why you'd need to spend mp though, seeing as though it's natural and such) |

Or could I have 1200 FPS if I made the price a little higher. Say, 400 Gil? Thanks for the approvals. Enhanced Sight: 1/2 approval (I'll make the requirement a little higher, but that doesn't withdraw the approval, does it?) Enhanced Hearing:1/2 approval (I'll make the requirement a little higher, but that doesn't withdraw the approval, does it?) Scan visor: Riku said 1/4, but I want to get it fully developed before I put anything here. Going to eat breakfast... *goes to eat breakfast* |

Increase the weight by 1-2, and I'ma fine with you having 1200 fps if you gotta have it my reasoning: it's like having a pc and a laptop. Laptop's aren't nearly as fast or high tech, but they are light. If you have more ram, the weight goes up. right? Edited by Final Riku, Jan 14 2009, 11:17 PM.

I just want to point out, no matter how fast something is you can only see something as fast as your eyes are. Even with 1200 FPS goggles, your eyes would only see it as if it was going at 240 (My thoughts on the Super Enhanced Eyesight) so its really pointless. I say Cloud needs to say something on the goggles. |

I'm going to post a new version of it for review. I'll have people give comments on that one. Discard the current one. And I know that I can't see it going 1200 FPS, but I could take it frame by frame after filming |

Scan Visor Description: A special visor that gives the user a graphical interface laid on top of the world. It also gathers information about what it can see. People can be scanned by Libra to add that information, IF the AP of Libra is higher than their HP. The visor will try to create a profile with fighting style and such on each person it sees, but the profile isn't updated while the person isn't analyzed. This means that the visor can't tell that a guy has trained in hand to hand if he only used a gun the last time he was seen by the visor. The visor is connected to a computing device that processes all the information from the visor and also controls the graphical interface. The information is saved to a database in Leo's apartment, and can be accessed through the visor. The visor can react to eye movements and voice-commands, but only if the voice fits an accepted profile. The visor can zoom in to 12X and the update frequency of the visor is 1200 FPS. The visor can take pictures and shoot video. Contains: Libra materia (see Libra for info on info gathered from that) Requirements: Machine Operation 20, Intelligence 20 Effect: Shows information in a graphical interface laid on top of the world. Can help spot people or things. Can zoom in on objects and take pictures/video Weight: 5 (including Libra) Cost: ???

New LB. (loosely based off Cloud's LB) Name: Instant Flash [Limit Break Level 1](nr. 2) Description: It is basically a way to teleport. A bright flash emmits from Leo, and he disappears from that place. Leo then appears somewhere else in another flash. This is instant. Fun Fact: Leo can only teleport as far as (MAX MP/5) meters, and he can only teleport to a place he has seen himself. (He CANNOT teleport to a place he has seen on a picture, for example. He cannot teleport behind a wall if he hasn't seen what's behind there.) Requirements: LB Gage 30%, Magic 50, Speed 50 Effect: Leo teleports to another place instantly. He can only teleport (Max MP/5) meters Cost: N/A |
