Question: If I had some kind of wings strapped to my back with jets and the like (meaning I can fly and stuff), would this ability let me travel between continents with no fuel loss? I know it sounds rediculous. but if you're exempt from travel threads, wouldn't that mean that you wouldn't have to pay for gas?

It will be released in the second set of Materia I make.

Also, note that the wings strapped to your back would allow you to glide for a short distance. But beyond that, nothing.

My character is currently trying to buy machine parts to build Mechanical wings. You wouldn't need that ability to fly continent to continent with a machine. But every thread you do that allows you to skip a travel thread uses up one threads worth of fuel.

they're questions that I just think need to be clarified :P

So, I I could 'float', and I got tailwind, could I just get enhanced flight? Meaning I could just float on over to wherever I wanted?



anyways, for something that actually pertains to me:

Say I had a blade in each hand, and only ONE of them had a jump materia it its slot. Now, when I use that Jump materia to go really high, I assume that I can only throw the blade WITH the jump materia to get the +20% dmg. My question, is whether or not my other weapon would get the same bonus.

If you know all three abilities you would no longer need to do Travel threads.

But that means you'd have three slots for your abilities tied to that.

Both weapons would get the damage. The Materia passes the skill onto you not just the weapon. So it is you that are going through with the technique by obtaining the knowledge from the Materia.
