imbue magic - i think it's to wide spread. It can lead to a multitude of things. And the cost of mp may not need to be so high. I think it needs to be re-worked a bit more.

Shi-Cho Stance Description: After watching Dagast fighting with his Gunblade and Bushido Stance: Precision Skill, he figured out on his own how to properly wield a lightsaber in either one hand, like it was meant to be used, or in two hands which he had more skill with. Unfortunately he was unable to comprehend how Dagast was able to improve his accuracy so well in the stance but through training of his own, Kyosuke learned how to block lightning attacks with his lightsaber in this stance due to it being an energy based blade. Requirement: Tony's personal approval, Lightsaber, Thread with Dagast using a Lightsaber, Lightsaber, 20 Lightsaber Skill Positive Effects: Allowed Wielding of Lightsaber with two hands. Side Effects: For every 20 Lightsaber skill a level of lightning damage can be completely blocked, i.e. 20 for Bolt 1 level, 40 for Bolt 2 level, ect. Cost: None
Take out Tony’s personal Approval and the thread fighting with Dagast. We’ll be partners so it could be something you borrowed and modified from Dagast ya know? The problem I have is the low amount of skill it takes to completely block an attack. To be more accurate the jump from 20 40 weapon skill than the thunder to thundara is completely different. You only need 20 points to take it to next lvl as this states but thunder to thundara takes a lot of AP. I think it should be a combination of your total amount of Weapon Skill and Strength to see if you can block a magic attack completely. My opinion tho.

Stasis Sword Description: Using the Ice Materia in Kyosuke's sword, he slashes at his opponent to cause blocks of ice to rain down from above an opponents head onto them. Depending on the level of the Ice Materia usable, more blocks of ice will rain down. The freezing cold of the ice not only causes damage but can sometimes cause their body to stop. This move is only usable as if it was a Command Materia. Requirements: Ice Materia, Sword, 50 Weapon Skill, 50 Magic, 50 Strength Primary Effect: Does damage based on [(Basic Melee Attack) x (Ice Multiplier) / 2] x 1.5 Side Effect: On successful hit, body part touched by the attack is frozen and action cannot be preformed by it for 1 post per level of Ice Materia used ie 1 turn Ice, 2 turns Ice 2, ect. Cost: Lvl 1 costs Ice's cost, Lvl 2 costs Ice 2's cost, Lvl 3 costs Ice 3's cost.
Not sure bout this at all. Im not gonna touch it cause it's not to clear to me.

Side Effects: Can negate lightning elemental attacks with the requirement that Strength is the level of Casting required to cast the Materia and Lightsaber Skill is 2x the MP cost of the Materia. Ex, Thunder need 12 Lightsaber Skill, 10 Strength. Thundara needs 50 Strength and 24 Lightsaber Skill. Thundaga needs 100 Strength and 48 Lightsaber Skill. Cost: None
Thinking about it, Shi-Cho Stance was really OP before so using Tony's idea I revamped it in a way I think might be suitable.

I think you should look at the different AP level requirements of magic materia for thunder. Then base your need to negate the effects based off strength+weapon skill from there.

For the Chi-Cho stance, I would suggest that your ability to block lightning is based off (Lightsaber skill + Speed)/2. This shows if you can block it. If your block is higher than their Accuracy you could block completely.
To show if you reduce all the damage after blocking you would need to put your Strength against their Magic.
That is how I see that one.
Lightsaber: 1/4 approval
Stasis sword: I'm too tired to do this now. I'll take a look at it later.

Updated Costs of Shi-Cho Stance and Lightsaber is good as far as I know. As for Stasis Sword, I updated it quite a bit but still don't know if its quite ready yet.

What do you mean by Ice Multiplier? And is this a tech or ability?

Thanks Bonsey. Stasis Sword is a technique and as for Ice Multiplier I mean Magic Damage. Edited it though because of the problem you pointed out.

ok
[(50 + 32 *assuming lightsaber*) + (50)
82 + 50 = 132
132/2 = 66
66*1.5 = 99 damage
hmmmm...
Equation works out, but up Weapon Skill to 75.
Lvl 1 costs Ice's cost, Lvl 2 costs Ice 2's cost, Lvl 3 costs Ice 3's cost.
For simplicity sake, make the cost 7 Mp for Ice 1, 14 Mp for Ice 2, and 27 Mp for Ice 3

This move is only usable once every three posts as if it was a Command Materia. Requirements: Ice Materia, Lightsaber, 75 Weapon Skill, 50 Magic, 50 Strength Primary Effect: Does damage based on [|(Basic Melee Attack) + (Basic Magic Attack)| / 2] x 1.5 Side Effect: On successful hit, body part touched by the attack is frozen and action cannot be preformed by it for 1 post per level of Ice Materia used ie 1 turn Ice, 2 turns Ice 2, ect. Cost: Lvl 1 costs 7 MP, Lvl 2 costs 14 MP, Lvl 3 costs 27 MP. Notes: If the person whom had this technique used on them has Fire Materia, they can completely dispel the freezing effect with the appropriate level of said Fire.
Edited to your suggestion Bones. Thanks for the help in developing this skill since I really needed help with it. Also sorry about the costs thing, I was just to lazy to look up the actual costs.

Thanks to Bone's help and the amazing spark of creativity I got from Drath by accident, I have new ideas =3.

Shinigami Uniform Description: The standard outfit of any full fledged Shinigami. It consists of a large white hakama, which some call a robe, on the inside with smaller black kimono on the outside. These two articles of clothing are held together by a white sash around the waste which is tied together in front as if it was a belt, which it serves the same purpose of. The outfit also includes a pair of straw sandals and tabi socks the Shinigami wears on their feet. Though this uniform looks like its a cloth materia, and flows in the wind like one too, it is actually as strong as the materia of granite making it hard to damage. Strength/Durability: 30 Materia Slots: None Material: Granite Weight: 10 Cost: 2160 Gil/108 Paragraphs
Captain's Haori Description: Among high ranking Shinigami, few of them with exceptional powers are bestowed upon the rank of Captain. To show they have obtained such a rank, the Shinigami in question are given white haori's with the number on them, usually representing what squad they are in charge of. This haori in particular has the number three written on the back of it inside of a black diamond that was drawn on. There are similar diamonds, alternating from big to small though still black, on the bottom of the haori. As with the Shinigami's uniform, this new addition to the outfit also flows freely with the wind and has the strength of an item made of granite. Strength/Durability: 30 Materia Slots: None Material: Granite Weight: 10 Cost: 2160 Gil/108 Paragraphs
Sun Fang Sever [Limit Break Level 1] Description: Raising his weapon into the air, Kyosuke shouts the name of his limit break where as he then slashes in any direction. Assuming that his target is his enemy, what else would he use it on, it travels in a straight line towards them. The attack is not very wide but it is tall making it easier to dodge then jump over. The color of the attack is directly proportional to that of Kyosuke's weapon and if the weapon has no special color or a weapon its red. Requirements: Limit Break Level 1 Access Effect: A large, vertical attack that does 125% normal damage and travels in the direction Kyosuke released the attack. Cost: None
That's right, I went there. <3

You're a full Mod now Tony, you get 1 whole Approval Point. :P
Given the work involved for the clothing/armor...sure. Approved for both.
As for the Limit Break...how far can it travel, exactly? Just a general range would be good.

Thats a good question you ask Takeru. I was GOING to do it today since I didn't except it to be examined so soon, that and I'm not very good with math or numbers but I was thinking in the ball-park of a few feet, maybe 5-15?

I would make it something variable, like magic in feet or for a real shinigami feel spirit in feet or one of those divided by 2, in feet or yards, most likely feet.
