Effect: Transforms Kyosuke's Zanpaktou into a Scythe that has a Strength/Durability 1.5x as much as its original value.

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
I think he means 'Cost: One Post' as in the action requires the entire post to perform. This is for a fixed damage bonus for what appears to be the remainder of the thread. Even if it's a maximum of 21 points, I'm not sure I should let that one go as it is.

As usual Kurisu is right on the money, one thing that you all wouldn't know though is that with pretty much EVERY Ability/Technique I put up for approval they start as basic concepts. As basic concepts this means that I welcome and WANT other member opinions on them and how to make them acceptable. I put one post down for now because that will ALWAYS be a requirement but that doesn't mean it has to be the only requirement. So, yeah, chop chop get on with the ideas and suggestions!

Changed "The First Release" and Added "Release Training" For that Technique Tree as possible solutions to make it work.

I also created the Zanpaktou of which I'm not sure if this works. I'm changing what the weapon is but it will have the exact same stats as the lightsaber. Would I have to sell the lightsaber for 1/2 price and then buy this new weapon or would this work? Any suggestions are once again welcome and answers too.

It's essentially a 50%-ish Speed boost, or 25% to Speed, Agility, and weapon skills.

Maybe for two turns if it's a level one.

How about a 20% Increase for three turns then? Essentially that takes off 15% increases (5 to each stat you mentioned) for the extra turn or would that still be too much? 25% is really crazy and I decided that's to much for a level 1 when three stats are involved.
