Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.

They were items but I like the idea of enchantments, maybe something I can attach to the sword one at a time? If I did this how much would they cost?

Weapon Enhancement Set Description: In order to make weapons more useful in battle without the assistance of Materia Shin-Ra developed several poisons that can be used to enchant them. Only one poison can be active at a time as a mixing of the poisons causes both effects to be negated. Requirement: Melee Weapon Effect: Enchants a weapon with a single poison. Poisons can only be changed during a thread as active poison carries over with each new thread. Changing of a poison takes an entire post and being attacked causes the user to need another post. Total Cost: 3000 Gil - Quote:

By hit I was referring to the accuracy calculation meaning [(Speed + Skill)/2]. The technique would change it to [(Speed + Agility + Skill)/2].

You're enhancements are approved, except for Stone. Stone actually needs a countdown or a resistance factor to it, since its as close as we get to a Death status effect.
and your techniques seem more like abilities, honestly. Do you have any sort of reasoning for why they're techniques?

Edited a bit to make them weaker and harder to use for fairness. As for why the two abilities I have are labeled techniques? If I said I have no fucking clue would you believe me since they are supposed to be abilities. That being said.....

Ok, you changed stone to confuse, but have them both listed.

(Ability) Wings of Light Description: Harnessing the pure light that radiates from his body Kyosuke creates wings of pure light that allow him to fly. While in this state the effects of "The Holy One" are temporarily disabled until the aura goes back to surrounding his body. Requirements: The Holy One, 100 Speed, 100 Agility Effect: Gives Kyosuke wings made of light that allow him to fly. Cost: None
(Technique) Gravity Field Description: Harnessing the power of Gravity Materia, Kyosuke creates a small anti-gravitational field around him. This field effects reduces the weight of anything he is wearing or wielding to a weight of 0. His body weight is not effected by this so he cannot jump any higher then usual, only run and attack without the weight of his weapons and armor weighing him down. Requirements: 50 Magic, Gravity Materia Effect: Reduces the weight of all armor and weapons to 0 while in effect and nullifies the effect of Gravity Materia when used on him. Cost: 5 MP Per Post
Finally Re-Edited Wings of Light into an ability and I had a new idea for Gravity Field which was already approved. I added that if someone cast Gravity on Kyosuke it would no longer effect him as long as that tech was in effect so I'm putting this version up for re-approval.

1/2 on the first thing
Second is okay but if someone uses Gravity on you if they have better magic then they win and it makes your stuff be heavy and whatnot.

I'd be willing to do that Boppy but the way I see it is this. Seeing as how gravity increases the weight of something by like 2x, I believe, it couldn't increase the weight of something that is already 0. That being said it would mean that Gravity literally couldn't work on Kyosuke when using this since 0 x 2 = 0.

I understand that but their gravity materia and magicks would make your gravity defense be like "woah" and then it would explode.

Just for the sake of furthering conversation I would like to point out that its not so much a defense as it is something that eliminates weight. At best all it would prevent my speed from dropping the 23 points it would due to my gear but that's all. The technique doesn't REALLY help me in battle other then that.

Two New Abilities up for approval
- Quote:
-
(Ability) Smash Description: While wielding a weapon that requires both his arms to fight with Kyosuke uses the strength in both of them to attack. As such the attack is twice as powerful as a normal attack since he has twice the force behind the attack. Requirements: 100 Strength, 50 Endurance, 2 Handed Weapon Effect: When Kyosuke preforms a Physical Attack his strength is doubled for that attack I.E. (Strength x2) + Weapon Strength = Physical Damage. Cost: None
(Ability) Ability Fusion Description: After training for extensive periods of time Kyosuke abilities have become like a basic instinct. As such he is able to combine these abilities into new stronger moves then they were alone. Requirements: 50 Intelligence Effect: Allows Kyosuke to Combine two abilities into one new ability. This Ability can only be used once and is unlearned after its effect takes place. The new Ability created from this fusion takes up two Ability slots, one for each of the original abilities, and both slots need to be sealed in order for the Ability to no longer work Cost: None
And an Old Ability being bumped

+1/4 to Gravity Field
I don't know hat you're trying to do with Ability Fusion so I won't touch that one.
-1/4 on Smash. It is overpowered in my opinion. No cost, no cooldown, no drawback, and only 150 in required stats for it.

I think I already did something with Gravity Field.
Ability Fusion is 1/2 approved.
And do you mean that Smash can only be used once, or once per post? What keeps it from being ongoing?
