Techniques Name: After Image
Description: A colored after image follows the user as they move around, giving the effect that he/she has a colored outline to their body. The color is associated with the element they have equiped, if multiple then the highest level element. It not only gives the user an eerie look to him/her, but the image also makes it hard to actually hit the user. The image increases depending on the level of the Materia used (Fire, Fira, Firaga).
Requirements: Last Haste, Reflex, Element Materia (Fire, Water, Ice, etc.)
Effect: Increases the effect of Reflex by 5% for every level to the element Materia (5%, 10%, 15%)
Cost: 5 per post per level of Materia (5, 10, 15)

Name: Geyser
Description: The user channels magic from both an Earth Materia and a Water Materia into his hand and slams it down on the ground. The earth magic creates a tunnel that's controled by the user to a point within the technique's range, the 'target point'. The the water magic surges into the tunnel, gathering momentum and rocks till it hits the target point. It then errupts from the ground, slamming both water and stones into whatever is above the target point.
Requirements: Water Materia, Earth Materia, Casting equal to double the needed to cast the magic
Effect: Creates a combination magic attack of Water and Earth. Can only be done in equal amounts (Fissure and Water, Fissara and Watera, or Fissaga and Wataga).
Cost: MP for both magic used

Name: Volcano
Description: The user channels magic from both an Earth Materia and a Fire Materia into his hand and slams it down on the ground. The earth magic creates a tunnel that's controled by the user to a point within the technique's range, the 'target point'. The the magic magic surges into the tunnel, gathering momentum and rocks till it hits the target point. The rocks gather heat and melt to make a 'volcano effect. It then errupts from the ground, slamming both fire and molten rocks into whatever is above the target point.
Requirements: Fire Materia, Earth Materia, Casting equal to double the needed to cast the magic
Effect: Creates a combination magic attack of Fire and Earth. Can only be done in equal amounts (Fissure and Fire, Fissara and Fira, or Fissaga and Firaga).
Cost: MP for both magic used

Name: Thunder Flash
Description: The user coats a smooth metallic surface with electricity from a Thunder Materia. At the user's command the lightning discharges in a bright flash, causing anyone that sees the flash to be Blind from 1-5 posts depending on the Thunder.
Requirements: A smooth metal, like a shield or a sword; Lightning Materia
Effect: Causes Blind when using Thunder(Blind 1 Post), Thundara(Blind 3 Post), Thundaga(Blind 5 Post).
Cost: 6MP, 12MP, 24MP respectively.

Approved Limit Breaks
Name: Dual Shield [Limit Break Level 1]
Description: Chris holds his shield in his left hand and spins it quickly. Energy flowing from the shield surrounds Chris, then flows into his right hand and takes the form of a second shield made of pure energy. Chris is then able to wield both shields as if both were real, without the penalty for dual wielding. The second shield can be thrown from a distance, but loses power until it disappears after 20ft. Lasts for 1 post.
Requirements: Must have 1 shield in left hand and nothing in right.
Effect: Dual wield shields for 1 post without penalties.
Cost: None


Name: Shield Boost [Limit Break Level 1]
Description: Chris holds his shield in his left hand, holding it above his head. He spins the shield quickly, as energy flows downward over his body. The energy rests on his skin, sticking to it and giving him a temporary boost in his abilities.
Requirements: Must have a shield.
Effect: Gives Chris a 5% increase in all of his stats for 2 posts.
Cost: None

Name: Five Survive [Limit Break Level 4]
Description: Chris places his shield on the ground, forcing energy into it that splits into five seperate directions. From these energies an exact copy of Chris emerges from the ground. The copies have all of Chris's stats except for two things. They don't have Chris's HP, and each has a different magical effect that also affects Chris. The clones don't fight, but infact try to avoid getting hit and stay within 20ft. of Chris. Last for 3 posts, unless killed. And each clone has to be killed seperately for that particular effect to end.
Barrier Copy- This clone only has 100 HP and the spell Barrier cast on it. As long as this clone lives, Chris also has the effect of Barrier.
MBarrier Copy- This clone only has 100 HP and the spell MBarrier cast on it. As long as this clone lives, Chris also has the effect of MBarrier.
Haste Clone- This clone only has 100 HP and the spell Hastaga cast on it. As long as this clone lives, Chris also has the effect of Hastaga.
Regen Clone- This clone only has 1000 HP and the spell Regen cast on it. As long as this clone lives, Chris also has the effect of Regen.
Reflect Clone- This clone only has 100 HP and the spell Reflect cast on it. As long as this clone lives, Chris also has the effect of Reflect. Also, any magic that targets all enemies (All or a magic attack that hits all but can be reflected) will target this clone first. As a reaction, all clones will have a temporary Reflect cast on them before the spell hits. Magic that targets single creatures still hit the clones normally.
Requirements: Must have a shield.
Effect: Gives Chris 5 seperate magic effects unless the clones are killed for 3 posts.
Cost: None

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
When a Limit Break is used, the entire Limit gauge is used up, regardless of whatever percentage you're at and the level of the limit.

Ya, that's what I was meaning with the Limit Breaks. Since the minimum requirement for a Level 1 Limit Break is 30%, I figured the cost would be 30% of the gauge. There was no instruction on what the Limit Break outline should be.

It states that you use your whole LB gauge when you use a limit break. Put "none" as the cost.
LB are usually cost-free. Or rather, I haven't seen any with much cost.
