Name: Unnatural Flight
Description: Two Black wing implants were put into Riku’s back, looking identical to those of a clone (except there are two of them). They do not contract into Riku’s body, so he would be able to fly whenever he wants. However, wings alone could not possible grant him flight; he needs a magical prowess to stay afloat.
Requirements: 200 MP; have two wings
Effect:
Pros: Grants Riku complete flight
Cons: He automatically starts flying in hostility, and will be given the sleep status effect if his MP is reduced to 0 during that time.
Cost: 5 MP per post

Name: One with the Wind
Description: Once Riku was given wings, they subjected Riku’s body to many wind related situations until when Riku flew, the wind started to have an unnatural pick up. However, this wind is created without Riku’s volition and thus drains his MP by a large amount.
Requirements: Unnatural Flight
Effect:
Pros: When flying, the wind will pick up heavily in Riku’s favor; +10% dodge rating.
Cons: Riku has no volition of the wind starting; if Riku drops to 0 MP while flying, he will have the sleep status effect.
Cost: 5 MP

Name: MP Slack
Description: After realizing that Riku could only stay conscious while floating for a pitiful amount of time, they decided to go all out and make it so that his MP cost wasn’t so great. This had a much unexpected side effect, in a way that when casting certain spells, his body released a little too much energy.
Requirements: Failed Experiment; Be Riku
Effect:
Pros: Riku’s MP consumption related to “One with the Wind” and “Unnatural Flight” is reduced to zero.
Cons: When using offensive, MP costing Materia, Riku spends doubled MP with no gain.
Cost: none

Name: Magical Anomaly
Description: After Riku’s experimentation, he gained an extremely large bonus to his magical properties. However, his defenses for them went tunneling down. This left him helpless when put against magical attacks.
Requirements: Failed Experiment; Be Riku
Effect:
Pros: Riku starts with +45 Magic
Cons: Riku’s spirit stat no longer reduces damage received.
Cost: None


Name: One with Nature
Description: Because of Riku’s partial inability to stop flying, he was further probed until he started showing more severe reactions towards Materia. His body seemed to be more in tuned with nature and started to start ‘accepting’ harmful magic as if it were helpful. This came with good and bad side effects.
Requirements: Failed Experiment; Be Riku
Effect:
Pros: When healed with Restore Materia, its effects on Riku are increased by 50%. When casting Aero, its damage is doubled.
Cons: All magical damage received is increased by 75% (with the exception of wind related damage)
Cost: None

Seems pretty good to me. I think I'll give them 1/4 approval. The cons seem to be bad enough to counterweight the pros.
