Gaian Ring of Earth
Description: Gifted by the spirit of the earth this ring allows minor control over earth, but when combined with its four brothers can summon Gaia's greatest hero.
Requirements: Bestowed by the spirit of the planet.
Effect: Allows the user to control and shape the land around them. Earth moves at a speed of magic, and costs 2 MP a turn to control. When Captain Planet is summoned using the earth ring the casters Spirit becomes his Sprit and Endurance stats.
Cost: 2 per turn. For power 5 per turn for Summon.

Name: Mind Meld (needs better name)
Description: After much training of the mind you have unlocked your latten psychic potential. You can now influence the minds of others and use your new found abilities to hear thoughts.
Requirements: 50 Intelligence, 50 Spirit, Sephiroth Clone
Effect: Lets you read people’s minds if their (Intelligence + Spirit)/2 < your (Intelligence +Spirit)/2, the number’s are rounded down. If your (Intelligence +Spirit)/2 is at least twice as much you can influence their actions and control them. You can also be used to communicate with others via telepathy.
Cost: 25 MP per post used.

Something I was thinking about having. Seph and Kadaj both showed forms of ESP so I figured why not.

Note: This is for much later on. My stats aren't near high enough for this right now.

Sixth Sense approved. But be aware the only thoughts you can hear are the ones they actually post. You cannot make up their thoughts or predict their actions because of this. If their character actually thinks out, "I'm going to punch him in the head" then yes, you can. XD

Reverse Rebirth [Limit Break Level 1]
Description: By conquering your fear of death you unlock the power to fight it. Kamina grows a wing and places his gun to his head. He pulls the trigger and a green energy flows through his body. This energy heals his wounds instead of killing him.
Requirements: Limit Break Level 1 Access, a ranged weapon
Effect: Heals HP by ¼ total MP stat. If the number isn’t whole round down.
Cost: None

Basically he shoots himself in the head and gets HP back.

Name: Clothes Power
Description: Are you cold, naked, just came out of the crater created when your alien mother crashed landed on the planet millennia ago? Well lucky for you can create clothes out of nothing. Because your just that awesome.
Requirements: Descendent of Jenova (i.e. Sephiroth, Genesis, or Angeal Clone, or FE with Jenova Cells)
Effect: You can materialize clothes out of thin air. These new duds have no real value but to look cool. They don’t count as armor and as such don’t provide any extra protection. You can change how they look during a thread but it will cost MP. When you use the ability your current attire turns into a black mist and then reforms in the style that you want it.
Cost: 2 MP to change mid thread.

lol, Cloud showed me the trailer for Advent Children Complete, I saw Kadaj do this and decided I wanted that power. :D

This command must be within reason, meaning that he can’t tell them to kill themselves (unless in a death match and his average is more than 100% theirs) or make them give up an equipped item or weapon. He can make them reveal information or attack someone nearby. Kamina can’t use this ability on the same person twice in one thread. When using the ability Kamina’s eyes glow a brighter green.
Effect 2: Can force shop keepers to sale him items.
Cost: 10 MP per use.

Description: [Hands: One] A simple Shotgun with the barrel cut down. It has two short barrels that each shoot out one slug at a time. The gun must be reloaded after each shot.

1/2 for the Shotgun but question for Drunken Boxing. Shouldn't that have something to do with hand to hand combat as boxing uses your fists and not a weapon?

I second what Gin says about the Drunken Boxing. Also, I think the endurance should be higher to deal with the negative effects that Alcohol can have on the body's health.

Shotgun fully approved.

Mind control's a touchy topic, so I'll think on it.

I agree with the above dudes about the Drunken Boxing and Weapon. So those are fine.

Thoughts on Dominance: Difficult, but it needs to be further limited. I've compiled this for you.

This needs more Negatives, or less positives. Not to mention the positives are fairly huge compared to the negative. You can only give-up and be beaten once in a thread :P tell a person to do that once is enough.

Then there are the requirements: "Requirements: 40 Spirit, 40 Intelligence, Sixth Sense, Quest for Dominance" which are actually lower than some peoples' ability to simply fly. They've had requirements of 200 MP, and etc. to give you a standard.

The biggest qualm I have though is the lack of time restriction, considering he could be all, "You are blind/my minion for eternity." Say somebody had 30 Spirit and 30 Intelligence, all your character would need is 31 Spirit and 31 Intelligence against theres to do exactly that. I'm guessing those two stats will be specialised in as well.

Though don't get me wrong.

I'm not against the actual idea though, just how it is presented at the moment, and I like your creativity even if it were based on Lelouch from Code Geass. His power had more negatives though, so I'd start using them.

Possible Negatives:
- Only able to used on a person once - ever. Give a bit of risk and strategy to something this good.

- Eye contact.

- Time or distance restraints.

- Maybe detailing it further?

...

Int+Spirit > opponents = Commands that don't conflict with the person - like having them tell you information.

[Int+Spirit]*1.5 > opponents = Commands that can conlict with the person a little - like having them flee, or give you their weapon.

[Int+Spirit]*2 > opponents = Commands that can conflict with the person a lot - like having them attack friends, beat random people up, etc.

[Int+Spirit]*3 > opponents = Killing people, and suicide. Auto-kill powers are a big ask, so I'm suggesting this one very lightly.

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
It should be the other way around with the numbers, Kenny. The multipliers should be on the opponent's end of the opposing check.

I'm pretty sure since it causes one action, it should last long enough for the action to be carried out. That is, one turn.

Of course, Eye contact is almost a given.

So it requires Eye contact
It can't work on Machines (Or the machine parts of a person. So if a Cyborg had a robot legs, you couldn't control their legs).
And in a DM your Spirit + Int has to be double theirs to be able to kill them?

If so, this isn't THAT bad. Just put it in that you have to be focusing on that entirely the entire time. If you do anything else or are hit, your concentration breaks.

If that's all included, I give my approval.

Effect 4: Machines and machine parts are immune to this technique. Any android or cyborg part is unaffected. The attack can also be blocked by some kind of eye covering such as sunglasses and cannot be transmitted through a video screen.
Cost: 10 MP per use.
