It was a beautiful day in Kalm. The wind was blowing slightly, giving a cooling effect to those sitting in the sun. There were some white clouds drifting over the sky, forming odd patterns. An old man walked out from his store and looked to the sky. "What a beautiful day. I'll just watch my shop from outside today. Nobody's buying anything either way." The old man brought out a chair and some refreshments for himself before sitting down and letting the sun work miracles on his mood.

At the same time, a scientist came running out from the forest. He ran like he was chased by Satan himself, and when he reached Kalm he merely fell down on the ground. A woman walked to him and offered him some water. The scientist drank one mouthful before he began blabbering about a dragon made of trees.

"I saw it, it was a giant dragon, and it was made of trees. It was trying to bite me. It seemed to be very angry, and it was heading here. We need to do something. Call somebody. Get Shin-Ra here. Just do something. It's coming here."

As if it was trying to give the man some credibility, the ground started shaking slightly with a rhythm to it. The woman called another man over to her, and told him what the young scientist had told her. The man quickly went over to some other men, and they walked around to spread the information.

“DIE! DIE! DIE! DIE!” Red mist and dark objects flew up from the merciless beatdown below. “DIE! DIE! DIE TWICE! I’M GONNA KILL THE SHIT OUTTA YOU!” More red liquid hit the ground, and upon closer look one could see that the dark objects were watermelon seeds. “DIE! DIE! DIE!” The red liquid also turned around to be watermelon juice. Nex, the Moogle Mage, stood over a caved in watermelon, holding a sticky dripping Iron Staff. The red dripping Moogle glanced over at the small child, and held out his hand. “Pay up, punk,” The kid let out a long sigh, and handed him a few gil.

“Don’t make bets with me, I TOLD you that I could break that watermelon. What do I look like, some kind of loser?” He pocketed the gil, and then jumped into a fountain of some kind. A moment later, he climbed out, dripping wet, but clean. He put his staff on his back, and then slowly floated up into the air, about four feet, and then began to go to his left. This punk kid ran up to him, tripped, screaming about some dragon of some sort. The kid got up and started yelling at the Moogle.

“YO MR FLYING CAT! THERE’S THIS BIG YELLOW PURPLE DRAGON AND IT’S GONNA BURN MY VILLAGE DOWN HELP ME!” The Moogle bitch smacked the kid, who ran away crying, and then Nex floated about forty feet into the air. Not seeing any dragon, he let out a sigh, but still remained at that spot, watching.

The calm wind that blew through the town of Kalm swirled around him as he stood outside it, resting there as he did not wish to enter the town, knowing he had to hide his face and wands if he did so, as he was sure the villagers would try and drive him out if he did not. So he sighed, and stayed outside the town, hidden in the shadows of a building on the edge of it, letting the shadows hide him from site as he watched it all around him and frowned. He was glad for the peace and quiet for the short time he was here, but he found he was growing restless as well.

That was when his cold ice bleu eyes turned and saw the scientist running into the village, and he raised a slight eyebrow at the sight, watching as the man seemed in quite a as he reached the building where he was hiding. He shifted a bit in the shadows, shifting and turning, drawing himself further into the shadows as he noticed a woman moving near him. He watched as the woman offered him water, glad the
mans presence provided enough of a distraction that he was able to continue hiding without being spotted.

As he heard what the man said, his eyes slowly widened a bit, and he glanced out toward the way he had come, as if he would be able to see it, and frowned slowly, his eyes narrowing as he did so. He cursed himself for the fact that he had left his armor where he was staying, having decided to go without the leather on this day, not thinking he would end up needing it. Thankfully he had not left his blade as well, crossed his mind as the ground started shaking. He stayed in the shadows, pulling himself into them as well as he could, trusting the trench coat to hide him as he looked out toward the shaking.

His hand reached up to lightly grasp the hilt of his black blade, his fingers slowly wrapping around the grip as he stared. He didn’t draw it yet, but he figured the time would come soon enough. Even if he cared nothing for these villagers, and he didn’t, he knew if the dragon attacked everyone here would be in danger including himself. Plus, it could be quite the challenge, and challenges… challenges were always something he enjoyed. He just hoped that he wasn’t he only one who would fight the monster, if he was, he wouldn’t be stupid, and would just end up running. That’s why he would wait to see who else showed up.

Description: [Hands: 1] This seems like a normal long black steel sword at first, the blade glittering a dark metallic color, though it has silver symbols up the center of the somewhat thin blade. The Cross-guard looks like dark demonic wings spread out wide, and the pommel holds a large black pearl in it that seems to absorb light around it, though it doesn’t really. The blade has a secret as well, in that with a flick of the wrist, it separates into separate sections, thing but strong steel threads connecting the now whip like blades, the steel wire sharp as well. (Steel Pulse Weapon).

There really wasn't much left for Chris to do at Midgar, aside from maybe filling up his Materia collection. At this point, he was quite capable of taking on some of the closer-by monsters in the area around Midgar and Kalm, so he could pretty freely go between to two towns as needed. Chris deicded to pack up a little bit better this time around, getting a couple of Potions before heading out.

The journey, while somewhat uneventful, was not completely so. As he got close to the town's gate, Chris noticed a slight tremor from the ground, indicating the proximity of something big. "Now...what the heck is causing the ground to shake like that?" Chris asked. One of the guards heard his query, and said, "Someone just passed by here in a hurry and mentioned something about a dragon. Perhaps that's it." To that, Chris replied, "Hmm...and it doesn't help that this town lost a few somewhat capable fighters. Guess I'll have to do something about this. I'm pretty sure everyone in town has already heard about it at this point."

Chris headed towards the center of town, and looked around to see if any familiar faces were found in the area. He managed to find a couple. Chris then saw one of the townspeople approach him. Chris was quick to react, saying, "If this is about the dragon, I know about it already. Everyone get ready, especially since we've recently lost a few fighters."

As some guests started arriving, the villagers of Kalm were getting more confident of fighting off the dragon. The scientist had started to calm down a little, and was now able to give more information on the dragon.

"As I was looking at some trees, this dragon just rose up. It snapped at me once before turning around once. Then it started walking in this direction. I just started running, and was able to outrun it. It doesn't seem to be very fast, but I'm guessing that it's strong. It's probably fueled by nature itself."

A man had climbed up to the highest point in Kalm, and was looking out towards the forest to get a better look at the dragon. As a mighty roar shredded the air, he could see the head of the dragon amongst the green of the forest. It was a wooden color, but the man didn't see much more than that before the dragon roared again, making the man loose his grip and falling down.

If the man is caught, he will tell the villagers that the dragon is less than a kilometer away, and that it's gigantic.

"You buy many for good price?" the foreigner asked.

"No," Tso Lan said plainly. "I don't want any."

"You buy!" the foreigner persisted. Tso Lan shook his head, which only continued to confuse the poor man before him. Tso Lan had tried to reason with him but his language skills were worse than pathetic. He had tried to decipher the tiny man's own language when he went on a long tangent of inane babble but it was too hurried and dirty sounding to understand, let alone assign a meaning. Tso Lan had even tried to pass off the conversation like he would with a child, using exaggerated hand gestures and speaking both loudly and slowly, which simply resulted in the man getting even more excited on the prospect that Tso Lan was at all interested in buying anything from his various assortment of bullets. Tso Lan had tried showing him his spear a while back but decided against it. Tso Lan knew his luck, and his luck would have deemed it hilarious that the man thought he was threatening him and called the town guards to save him. The conversation went on for a few more moments before Tso Lan finally threw his hands up in disgust and walked away from the chattering monkey of a foreigner. He had been allowed a small bit of shore leave before reporting for duty in Kalm. He had been sent here for some random assignment concerning a package that needed delivery, but that was still several hours off.

Tso Lan tugged irritably on his SOLDIER uniform. He much preferred his costume but the company made it a point that he wasn't to wear anything but his uniform while on public missions. As far as Tso Lan could tell this was just a publicity stunt to make people look up to Shin-Ra every time a SOLDIER did a good job. It never worked; nothing worthwhile ever happened. Tso Lan walked towards the center of town, ready to pick up his package and get on his way back to Midgar when he noticed something strange. A scientist was running into town, waving his arms around and screaming about something. He ran up the wall as he yelled. Tso Lan looked at him and decided that he was a nut and turned to walk towards the gate. That's when the roar echoed across the landscape, making Tso Lan's body shake. He turned his head to look towards the frantic man again. As it turned out, there was something to worry about after all. Rumors began to spread from the people about some kind of dragon, a dragon born from the earth itself. Tso Lan pulled his spear from its holster and gave it a practice swing to get used to the weight.

"Okay, Shin-Ra," Tso Lan said aloud. "I'm, on the job."

In addition, the spear glows with a faint black aura that cools the very air around it. His corruption wounded the planet terribly and it took many years to heal and seal the evil. In the end, the planet sealed the man's evil into his weapon, Di Gazmagog. It is said that a man will one day come to reclaim the weapon and purge the evil, but that is only a legend.

As Nex remained forty feet in the air, he felt a little tired, but he would manage. He flew up about forty more feet, and then squinted so he could see anything in the surrounding trees. Then, he saw it. The head of the dragon. It looked wooden, which was odd. Who would build a wooden dragon? It really didn’t even make sense. The Moogle let out a sigh, and then tried to measure the distance between the dragon’s head and where the town started. It wouldn’t take long for the Dragon to start wreaking havoc on Kalm. The Moogle cursed, and then floated down to the ground.

He put his staff on his back, and then thought for a moment. What could they do against a wooden dragon? Fire would seem to be the best bet…although electricity would probably work too. The Moogle slowly began to walk in the direction of the Dragon, hoping to intercept it before it started to take lives and cause destruction. All he could really hope for was that more warriors who were in the area happened to be doing the same thing. He wasn’t sure if he could take a dragon all by himself.

Except for that one time when he killed that three headed dragon. That was cool.

The man who had seen the dragon fell down and hit the ground pretty hard, slamming his head into the ground. This rendered him unconscious, and he wasn't able to convey the message that the dragon was less than a kilometer away. A small child looked at the man, and then brought some other children with him. The children heaved the man onto a sheet of fabric, and got him to the doctor. They had seen the man fall, but as they were children, they couldn't help him. They had hoped somebody would have saved him, but nobody did.

Just as the children had gotten the man inside the doctor's house, a new and fiercer roar came, scaring the children. The ground stated shaking harder, and the dragon was now speeding up on it's way towards Kalm. If nobody stopped it, it would reach Kalm within a minute.

Instructions

You must get to the Dragon before my next post. I will wait for everybody to post once more before posting, but the norm is 3 posts per 1 of mine. The dragon is still at top condition. Go get that Dragon!

Chris heard a deafening roar, indicating that something big, mean, and nasty was pretty much at the town's gates. Chris looked around, and saw which way it was coming from. Chris rushed towards that direction, as there wasn't a moment to spare. Once he got there, he saw just how big, mean, and nasty the dragon was. "Hoo boy...maybe being the first to engage it wasn't the best idea after all." Chris thought to himself, "Now...what should I do here? Should I try to get on its back while the others, if there are any others, have its attention?"

Chris decided to try to talk down the dragon, futile as it sounds, at least to keep it busy until reinforcements arrived. "I know full well that we won't be able to communicate with each other very well, but...what brings you here, anyway?" Chris asked, "If you've come here seeking to stir up some chaos, then a fight it shall be. However, if you've come searching for something, maybe I can help look for it." Chris kept his spear in one hand, but not in a particularly combat-ready position. In his other, he pulled out his cell phone, setting up the voice recorder to get a recording of the dragon. Chris would probably have some purpose for it. For now, however, he was just stalling out for reinforcements to come.

Angeles woke up as the ground suddenly shook, causing her to roll off of the old couch in the small square of an alley. She stood up quickly causing her to be dizzy but more or less ready for anything, or so she thought. She pulled her hair back and tied it with a crimson ribbon, grabbed her trench coat and sword and squeezed out of the long narrow opening out into the street. She slipped on of the sleeves of her coat on and rushed across the street to an elderly man and asked, “what’s going on!?”

She then heard a roar and looked down the street where the old man was looking and without waiting for her answer took off running, slipping on the other sleeve and just holding her ninjato in her hands. She burst through the gates and looked around, her bright green serpentine eyes scanning around for signs of what was causing the disturbance. The ground was shaking more violently now, causing the Shinra logo dangling from a chain in her ear to sway back and forth like a pendulum painfully out of time with its dirge.

Finding nothing she began running towards the fields away from the roads and stopped when she suddenly saw the dragon. She had seen dragons a few times in her life as a Turk but never had she seen one made completely out of trees. What more, there was a person standing right in front of it doing nothing. Her pupils slitted in her horror of the man’s situation and her voice suddenly burst out of her chest, “what do you think you are doing!?”

SOLDIER was supposed to be a law abiding organization that people could look up to and aspire to be like. From little children who wanted to grow up and join them to everyday civilians, SOLDIER was supposed to set an example of action and power, decisiveness in difficult situations and victory through impossible odds. With this know, one could easily understand why Tso Lan was so irritated when he suddenly realized that whatever this thing was was coming at Kalm with all the intention of destroying it unless somebody tried to stop it. After this, to add only insult to injury, Tso Lan had, in fact, been one of the last people to move against this threat. Even the moogle named Nex, who Tso Lan was very unhappy to see had departed Kalm to face the wrath of the beast. This made Tso Lan look worse than bad, and this simply would not do. With a sigh in his heart and no plans to speak of, Tso Lan joined in the action and ran out of Kalms gate and across the planes to meet his advesary.

A knot in his stomach hardened when Tso Lan looked upon the beast as it let out a ferocious roar. This was not going to be easy to deal with. A quick scan of the field and the memories of the town told Tso Lan that there were five people actively trying to do something. Well... four people and Nex, which almost constituted five. They were going to have to work together to deal with this, but that didn't mean that people were going to rally to Tso Lan's call at the drop of a hat. All he could was try to give direction and hope he didn't die. From the look of things, everybody was gathering at the edge of the trees before facing the beast. Tso Lan furrowed his brow at this. The dragon was walking towards Kalm. Why wasn't it flying? When one considered all the creatures in the world it became apparent that most are only suited to live on the earth, the water or the sky. It was a fifty fifty chance with this dragon, and the fact that it was walking sealed that in Tso Lan's head. With that, a plan was born. The others didn't have to follow Tso Lan, but he certainly hoped they listened to his advice. He soon reached the treeline and was holding his spear at the ready.

"Listen up!" he shouted at the top of his lungs. He didn't know if anybody could hear him, but it was worth a shot. "Go for the legs! Bring it down!" After that, Tso Lan prepared to run into the forest when he realized one simple yet crucial fact. He didn't know the whereabouts of the others in this situation, so he was technically on his own. While he was confident in his capabilities as a mage, he could only assume that this this thing could eat him alive without second thought. With that in mind, Tso Lan waited at the forest's edge until he had a better idea of what was going on. Until then, the dragon would simply have to wait.

OOC: Oops.. posted without realizin Pigge did, so we'll just say I missed seeing him cause of focus on the dragon, and Seenter I don't think is even suppose to be in the thread so didn't mention him since I'm not sure yet

He heard the roar of the dragon over the forest, and he stared out toward the fields, just calmly waiting, gathering himself for the battle ahead. Challenge, some sense of fighting the monster he really was by helping, preservation of his own life? The reason he was taking this battle was a mystery, probably as much to him as any who saw him in it. He knew he would participate in it though, for whatever reason. He could hear the battle calling to him, calling him on towards it. The dragon was getting closer, and he was ready to face it.

He had eyes for no one else on the field now, only for the forest the dragon was coming from, each shaking step bringing it closer and closer. He was focused on it, utterly and completely. Slowly his hand grasped around the hilt of the blade drew it from his back, the ringing of steel sounding like a bell from him as the sword left its sheath, and was brought down to glint in the sun of the day as he held it crosswise in front of his chest. His ice blue eyes continued staring over the top of it toward the direction the dragon was coming from.

Suddenly the wooden monstrosity, that behemoth of a wooden nature, came crashing out of the forest and toward the town of Kalm, like a tidal wave racing toward a beach. And like that tidal wave if it reached the town it would break over it in a flurry of devastation that would leave the town ruined and many of the people dead. One of those people it could possibly leave dead would be himself. It was too late for him to run now, with the monster before him, and so he would face it with everything he had.

He took a step away from the shadows, calm easy steps carrying him out into the field of battle where he would meet the dragon. Others raced by him, one of them recognized as a man he had met here a short time ago, a spear and fire wielder. Fire would be an asset against that beast of trees. As he stepped further from the building he saw a woman run out onto the field as well, and he tilted his head to the side as he heard her yell at Christophe, asking him what he was doing just standing there. And he glanced up and saw Nex... the moogle he had met, flying above.

His calm pace soon took him close enough that both of them would be able to hear his soft voice as he spoke just loudly enough for them to hear over the roar of that wooden tidal wave racing towards them, and the tremors it was causing in the ground.

“Move to different sides of it, confuse it, each of us will attack from a different direction, making it choose only one of us at a time.”

He called out to them, hoping they would follow the idea. The thing, for its size, could not be all that agile, and by the roaring it most likely wasn’t all that smart either, just a beast with little more intelligent than the forestry it resembled. As he continued on, he let his calm steps become faster, taking him past the woman and toward the dragon, running at half of his normal speed as he stared right at it, wondering if it would meet his ice blue gaze as he did so, and yelled to the woman there as he passed her.

“Take the Left!” he called to her, before he was coming up Christophe. “Go Right!” he yelled at him, then looked up. "Get behind it!" he yelled at Nex, though it wouldn’t matter whether they listened.

Either way he would continue forward, until he was within ten feet of the dragon, and his arm suddenly snapped forward, wrist flicking. The black blade flashed cimmerian for a moment, as it elongated, aimed to strike the dragon at the closest spot, probably right across the snout unless it was high up in the air, which if it was, somewhere on the closest leg or chest. Whether it hit or not he would attempt to immediately leap backwards away from the dragon as he prepared for anything else it would bring. It wasn’t his style to wait, and so he had jumped straight into the battle.

Angeles growled then turned as someone else ran past her, "and where do you thin you're going!?" She growled and started running after the two men approaching the dragon. However, she stopped and turned when she heard someone yelling, “the legs?” Angeles turned and looked at the dragon. It made sense to her then, but for one thing. Turning back around she yelled, “good plan, but how!?”

Then someone else passed her and yelled out other commands. God how embarrassing was that? Her, an ex-turk, one of highest rank, was taking orders from a Soldier, and a civilian. She grumbled under her breath, “right, go left, attack the legs, one at a time. Got it,” her brow furrowed as she ran towards the dragon’s left flank, drawing the death whisper, her trench coat flapping behind her. Who were these people? And what on earth was that!? She stopped dead at the sight of what appeared to be a flying white plushie with purple bat wings and a red ball floating before its face.

Angeles decided not to bother with what the thing was at the moment and focused on the dragon. Fire. They needed to burn it. She had no material though. She growled and held her sword at the ready.

“Gah…how long is this going to take?” Nex was getting bored. Walking sucked. So, he floated up into the air and began to float in the direction of the dragon. He began to breathe heavily, flying as fast as he could. He had no idea whether or not the dragon began to reign terror onto the small town, or there was already a band of warriors there defending the small town against the large wooden creature. The Moogle was hoping it was the latter, mostly because if there wasn’t already a band of warriors, he’d be the only one there and that dragon would probably kick his ass.

Anyways.

As he made it onto the scene, he noticed that yes, there already was a band of warriors there. What sucked was that the Dragon was there as well. Nex grabbed his staff, and then flew up into the air, about twenty or thirty feet. It was at that moment that some guy- wait a second, what the fuck? Was that that same guy who had killed those sentry? And hey, was that Chris! Holy shit, cool, he actually KNEW some people here. It would make killing the dragon that much easier.

“DON’T WORRY CIVILLIANS, THE VALIANT MOOGLE MAGE IS HERE!” At that moment, the Moogle dove down, and hovered behind the dragon, as Drath said. Then, at that moment, he swung his staff, shouting, THUNDER, and an electric ball of energy hurled itself at the dragon.

So far it only appeared that one person had heard his command and nobody seemed to recognize him. That strange man who had rushed headlong into battle had gleefully neglected to provide Tso Lan with instruction, leaving him to fiddle around with his own devices. Tso Lan had yelled his message out and had no other brilliant ideas to share. With that done, Tso Lan came to the realization that the creature would crush him with the most brilliant of ease in close combat. Therefore, the smartest thing for him to do was to get the hell out of the way, preferably far away. At first, this seemed odd, but the more Tso Lan thought about this the more it seemed to be a good idea. Tso Lan was useless as a close fighter, but he could definitely be of use as an observer. With this, Tso Lan did what con only be described as turning around and running away as fast as he could from the battle.

A few dozen seconds later, Tso Lan was a comfortable distance away. Tso Lan stopped and turned to face the great beast again. Most of the others were still in the forest, going towards their targets in their own way. Tso Lan, on the other hand, decided to make himself useful in a different way. This thing was basically a plant so ice spells probably wouldn't do anything to it. Then again, Tso Lan didn't have anything else, so he pointed his spear at what passed as eyes and went to work.

"Blizzard!" Tso Lan shouted. His fingers tingled as the magic welled up in Di Gazmagog and shot out at the dragon. Tso Lan silently hoped that this bought the others time.

Reinforcements did arrive in a hurry. Two familiar faces, two not. Drathmar quickly ordered to surround the dragon, with Chris being assigned to go to the right. Chris was just as quick to do so, swiftly pocketing his phone and rushing to the dragon's side. As he did so, two of the others, Nex and one of the newcomers each threw a spell at the dragon, Thunder and Blizzard, respectively. The magnitude of those two spells made it obvious that they were both better at Magic than he was. All Chris had going for him was a decent amount of physical force and the foresight of bringing a couple of potions with him.

Chris decided to keep just far enough to keep out of reach of the dragon, to see how it reacted to having the spells thrown at it. Chris wasn't sure whether to advance right away, or to hold back to see if they stood any of a chance. Chris decided to throw caution into the wind and dash at the dragon, ramming his spear into the monster's leg. Perhaps in the confusion, the dragon would have trouble reacting.

As the dragon was attacked by Drathmar and the attack hit it's front leg, it reared back on the hind legs. This was quite an amazing sight, as the dragon now stood 100 meters high. As it landed again, the head was kept higher than before, and at the approximate hight of 20 meters.

Almost at the same time as it landed, it was hit by a lightning-attack. This caused sparks to erupt all along the body of the dragon, and the dragonsprayed a jet of water towards Nex.

It didn't take long before the dragon was attacked again, this time a freezing spell that made the right front leg of the beast freeze. The dragon clawed at the frozen leg, and suddenly jumped up before almost attacking the ground. This made the ice around it's leg shatter and a small earthquake followed, dealing damage to the enemies nearby.

Just before the earthquake erupted from underneath the dragon, it was stabbed by a spear. This made the dragon roar louder than before, possibly damaging the eardrums of the people nearby. The dragon also started to move backwards a little, giving a whole new sound as it's legs hit the ground.

The dragon seemed to have two eyes, but in reality it had more than 30. These eyes were so small and well hidden in the bark, which was the dragon's skin. They were however closed most of the time, as not to give the dragon a headache.

Just outside of the field of battle was a little feline-like woman. She was about 1 meter tall, but she had sharp claws as fingernails. She watched the battle between the dragon and the defenders of Kalm with interest. "I might have to do something if this keeps up..."

You can't do this

You can't RP that your character sees the feline-like woman. Not before she is actually visible to you. That means I need to post that she walks into the open or something.
Stats of the dragon and damage
including formulas
Drathmar attack: 49-15=34
Nex attack: 48-20=28 | 28*1,5=42
Tso Lan attack: 50-20=30
Chris attack: 39-15=24

Total damage: 120

HP: 1880/2000
MP 982/1000

Damage to people on the ground(excluding Tso Lan on base of distance): 30
Damage to Nex: 30
All is base damage. Endurance and armor lower the damage.

i'm sorry, I'm in a hurry

EDIT: I re-worked it a little to get more story.

Angeles watched as attacks began hitting the dragon left and right. When it reared up she shifted her blade to strike at its hind leg to see if she could topple it, however when it crashed back to the earth the ground shook violently and threw Angeles off balance. She stood up feeling a little bit of pain in her back but didn’t concern herself with it much. She grunted then twirled her sword in her hand and leapt towards the dragon, careful to dodge if it struck at her, and whirled around, slicing at the back of the dragon’s leg where the tendon would be. However this dragon was made out of wood, it probably didn’t have tendons.

Angeles moved backwards in a dance-like movement and held her sword defensively. The self proclaimed ‘moogle’ had been attacked by water when it threw a thunder spell at the dragon. Perhaps it was not best to attack the dragon if it had such an automated defense against magic. She couldn’t help but wish she had a fire material at the moment. She looked around to see if anyone else was injured.

“What we need is a freaking saw,” she mumbled, glaring at her blade, not because she hated her sword but because she was trying to think of what to do about the dragon. The city behind he was her home. She had been born and raised there, and was now the only place she felt truly safe from the hateful eyes of the world. Her serpentine eyes glared back at her in the sheen of the sword and she looked back up at the dragon and an old Turk saying popped into her head: if you don’t know if its armored, aim for the head. If its head is armored, go for the eyes.

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
Chris managed to get his attack in just before the dragon stomped on the ground hard, knocking him down by the seismic force, and let loose a roar that sounded like a mix of pain and anger, blowing him away. Chris was fortunate not to take the dragon's entire weight. THAT would have hurt. But still, his ears were ringing from the loud roar. "That wasn't TOO hard of a hit, but this will quickly add up." Chris said to himself, then looked to see who was fighting alongside him. He could only see one of the two that he hadn't met with before, the one who had launched the ice attack, but he could see that he also wielded spears. "If he has a heavier weapon than I do, then maybe it would be worth trading weapons for this battle." Chris thought to himself, "He can probably do more damage with Fire than Ice from the looks of things, and I can probably do more damage with a heavier weapon, so long as it's not so heavy that it slows my attack to the point where the dragon can get its big body out of the way."

Chris then composed himself and said out loud, "I wonder how well this thing can shake off someone that's climbed onto its back." Chris wasn't exactly in position to test this idea out, so he decided to just go for another stab. That's all Chris really could do at the moment, just keep the pressure up and hopefully it will fall before Chris does.

He smirked as his whip blade scored a hit against the wood of the dragon. It wasn’t a great hit, no, but it was a hit. Anything was good against this, and as long as they could keep chipping away at it they would be able to take it down, hopefully before they were all taken down themselves. He registered then that another man had said to go for the legs, and he agreed with him. If they could hit all four legs at once, it might bring the monstrous wooden construction down, at least for awhile. He needed for it to be brought down, because if it was, he was going to try and jump up on its back, with his decent speed and agility to match it, he figured he would be able to. He was deep in the battle now, using what he had been taught when he had been trained to fight by them… before he was deemed failed.

As the dragon reared up, he noticed the shot of water flying at Nex, and he hoped the moogle survived it. Not because he had care for him, but because if even one of them went down, it would make this battle a whole hell of a lot harder. He braced himself as the dragon came down, and tried jumping above the quaking of the ground as it came, but he was still knocked on his back, wincing as he fell to the ground and felt some bruises start forming. He didn’t take time to let that matter though as he quickly pushed himself back to his feet and readied himself to attack once more, yelling out as he stood.

“KEEP ATTACKING. TRY AND HIT ALL FOUR LEGS AT THE SAME TIME…”

He yelled out to the other, even tilting his head a bit so the man behind him could hear. He didn’t catch sight of him at all, though he had seen his ice attack hit the legs. He watched as Christophe and the woman he didn’t recognize attacked it again, and the legs being the only thing really reachable he noted they hit two of the legs, one at the back and one at the front, and he yelled out to Nex and the man behind him as he prepared for his own attack.

“MOOGLE HIT THE OTHER BACK LEG! ICE USER, HIT THE LEG ON MY SIDE! CHRISTOPHE AND YOU WOMAN, IF YOU CAN ATTACK YOUR LEGS AGAIN NOW!”

He hoped the ice user would be able to hear him, and the other two would be recovered enough to attack again so they could hit all at the same time, but if not hopefully they would be able to time it out on the next round of attack. He was yelling as loud as he could to try and get them to work together, knowing it was the only way they could survive. His will to live was causing him to try and bring himself out of this alive, and the best way he saw for him to come out aliv was for all of them to, and so he was directing them. Hoping the others listened to him he whipped his own sword around, still in its stretched out state, and whipped it at the front leg on the opposite side Christophe was on, to try and score as deep a hit as possible.

He hadn’t bothered checking the others out too closely yet, and hadn’t even caught a glimpse of the ice user. He only knew Nex and Christophe there, but he knew neither was associated with the company in his experience, so he assumed the others weren’t for now as well, and wasn’t really in any position to check anyway in the middle of the heated battle, that he was just hoping they all survived.

As Angeles tried to cut the hind leg of the dragon, a small jet of water sprayed out into a fine mist where she had hit. This seemed to prove that the dragon could in fact be hurt. The 'bleeding' stopped very quickly, and the wound was gone in seconds, now giving off the same look as the rest of the beast.

The dragon started swinging it's head from left to right and saw Chris trying to stab it again. The dragon tried to make the spear become stuck in it's legs, just to avoid getting poked any more by it. It also lifted it's leg and swung it back and forth. He was obviously trying to make the spear fly away, maybe with Chris hanging on to his spear.

The sound of Drathmar's voice disturbed the dragon slightly, and as it was hit by the whip-like sword of Drathmar it dashed forward 3 meters. It was trying to bite Drathmar's head off with it's teeth made of rocks.

Still watching, the feline-like woman muttered to herself: "Well, I think I'll just watch this for a while. It looks exciting. Maybe I can have some fun as well?" She quietly stroked her own thigh, making herself purr like a kitten. She was actually not wearing any clothes, just fur with the pattern like a tiger. Her tail went back and forth, and sometimes brushed her hair out of the way.

Angeles held up her arm against the spray of water and shook her head to get the liquid out of her eyes. Water. Honestly she was expecting it to bleed sap. But it was no matter. She looked around herself at the other people, one of which was again yelling orders. She didn’t heed this time however, she saw her chance as the dragon was distracted by the young man with the spear. She charged the dragon and leapt up, catching herself on the bend in its leg and digging her nails into the wood. She grimaced slightly but clambered up, stabbing her sword into its thigh to pull herself onto its back.

Once there she stabbed the sword into its back and held on tight as the thing suddenly took off forward nearly throwing her off its back. Angeles growled a curse under her breath then put the palm of her hand against the base of her hilt and tried to force the sword deeper into its back to try to get it off the charge.

In the distance of the forest, Tso Lan heard a noise that faintly resembled the buzzing of a gnat. He paused his ext attack and tried to listen to what was being said. A few seconds of ferocious battle cries and buzzing gnat sounds passed before Tso Lan gave up. There was simply too much distance between the two and too much background noise. If Tso Lan had been closer, it might have been different. Then again, judging by the looks of that last attack from the dragon Tso Lan had absolutely no desire to get up close and personal with this beast. Then again, it seemed that Ice wasn't particularly the best battle plan with this creature. Tso Lan cursed his luck in that he had nothing to make a fire with. If it were up to him, he would simply catch the forest on fire and let the demon burn to ash. The forest would grow back in the years to come, but the creature would be gone for good.

"Too bad I can't communicate with the people in the forest," Tso Lan commented, taking another worried glance at the dragon as it smashed the very landscape it seemed to be made of. With that, Tso Lan committed the idea to memory. If the situation called for it, he would find a way to make the fire work. Until then, Tso Lan raised his spear and cast Blizzard a second time, wondering if there was any way that they were going to live through this at all.

Attack is same as last time.
