ESP
Description: A two way circuit, null is aware of the presence of anyone close to him, but at the same time anyone he is aware of, is also aware of him. On both sides this is transmitted as a very strong feeling that something is watching you, so it often causes paranoia.
Requirements: Psychic
Effect: In a sphere of space around null with a radius of 5 metres, null is aware instinctively of everyone, and vice versa. Causes mental breakdowns if exposed to large crowds.
Cost:

Frail
Description:
The brain of a psychic takes up a lot of energy to sustain itself while performing its extra duties, this redirected energy leaves the body of the user thin and weak.
Requirements: Psychic
Effect: Body is always thin and small for the characters age, also their strength can never exceed 20.
Cost: None

Enhanced eyes
Description:
The brain is not the only organ affected by the experiments, the experiments nessesary mutate the cells in the eyes, rendering them useless unless the psychic uses some of their energy to activate them.
Requirements: Psychic
Effect: User has vivid purple eyes, the entire eyeball is purple. When activated or using psychic powers (ESP not included) these eyes glow purple. When they are activated the user can see in the dark and at double the distance of a normal human. When the eyes are not activated the psychic is blind, though they can still sense living things around them through ESP.
Cost: 2 per turn

Telekinesis
Description: The original goal of the experiments was to gift a human with the powers of telekinesis, this succeeded, allowing to user to manipulate the environment in a variety of ways.
Requirements:
Psychic.
Effect: Add the two skills Telekinesis and Psy Ball. When using these powers a purple glow like in the users eyes envelops the users whole body.
Telekinesis: The user can move objects near them, the area for this is a radius like with ESP, and the diameter is This Skill/10 metres. As long as all of the object fits in the sphere it can be moved, but not outside the sphere, unless it is being thrown. After 60 in this the user can move themselves, in effect flying.
Psy Ball: Psychic energy is gathered and concentrated between the users hands, a quick shot the size of a baseball can be fired from one hand with great speed. A more powerful football sized one required a few seconds charge time and both hands. The small Psy Ball is treated as a weapon with a strength of This Skill/5, while the large one is This Skill/2.
Cost: 2 mp to move something smaller than the user, 4 to move the user, 6 to move something bigger than the user. 8mp for a small Psy ball and 12 for a large one.

Hmmm the only problem I see is except for the STR disadvantage the others aren't so much disadvantages, they are just the fact that he can't hide. IMO thats not really enough of a disadvantage for the benefits, well mostly the eyes, ESP is fine. The eye thing drawing attention is basically just a repeat of the ESP disadvantage is what Im saying.

Edited the eyes, they still have the same benefits, but now they have a mp cost and when they aren't being used the psychic is blind.
