Pending Abilities Pending Techniques Pending Limit Breaks Pending Traits Partial Immortality Description: Reinfeld are part immortal because of their masters blood., because of this they can be very difficult to kill……….However there are certain ways…… Requirements: Become a Reinfeld Effect: Regenerate health be ¼ your magic stat per post but take 2X damage for fire based attacks. Cost: None Blood ties Description: While they don’t have to drink blood Reinfeld can tell when blood is near and where it is as well as hear it pumping through its owners veins, the process of becoming also twists their mind and makes them harder to control at the cost of their own mind. Requirements: Become a Reinfeld Effect: User can't be snuck up on by non mechanical enemies and can resist mind control techniques if the person using the technique has less than half the users MP but has to pay 1.25X the magic cost when casting spells. Enemies may sneak up if they have at least twice the agility of the user. Cost: None Hunters Eyes Description: Reinfeld have superior eyesight that allows them to see better at night and more accurate with fire arms. However it also makes them more sensitive in bright light….. Requirements: Become a Reinfeld. Effect: User can see in complete darkness and gets a 1.25X bonus in the ranged weapon formula. However its also decreased by 1.25X if the user is in sunlight when attacking. Cost: None Creature of Blood Description: Reinfeld have undergone a transformation and have a much more efficient circulatory system than humans do and need less oxygen, this makes their body move more efficiently and easily allowing their muscle to build more easily then normal people as well as have Requirements: Become a Reinfeld Effect: User gets plus 20 to Agility Speed and Strength. Cost: None Dark Subject Description: Reinfeld seem to be naturally attuned to elemental magic but holy magic rejects the origins of their blood..... I'm counting this as like a ZOMGWTF major bonus-a median weakness. It's not too powerful though. Blood ties is fine. Hunter's eyes...instead of bright light, just make it sunshine. Yeah, sunshine. +40 to stats....okay.... dark subject is weird because Blood ties makes it 1.25% for spells but that cuts it in half for elemental spells... so... Pros 1/4 Magic stat per post reneration Can't be snuck up on by biological beings/no mind control...kinda Better eyesight in dark +20 Speed/agility 1/2 cost for elemental spells Cons 2x weakness to Fire and Holy 1.25 MP cost for spells Weakened eyesight in light ...yeah, explain to me how Blood Ties+Dark Subject works together. >___> |

Hmmm...1.25x damage...but 1.25 cost as well... I'll go ahead and 1/4 this. It seems balanced to me. Fire or Holy and you're down. WAAAAIT +90 total stats? >___> |

My gut says I am going to regret this because I don't like free passive heals but I'm going to approve these traits unless a mod has any objections to them. |

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.

Okay, so we have: [+] Passive Regeneration (Half of the Restore Materia's Regen spell in strength) [+] 60 Bonus Stats [+] Improved Senses (Perfect Sense, Night Vision) [+] Resistance to Mind Control [+] +25% Gun Accuracy in darkness [+/-] +25% Power and Cost to Spells [-] Day Blindness (-25% accuracy in daylight) [-] Double Damage Taken from Holy and Fire Hmm...Maybe have it so that a person CAN launch a sneak attack, but only if the sneaker has at least twice as much Agility as Chloe's Spirit or something like that. As I see it, there are three more positives than negatives at the moment, and the 'Cannot be snuck up on at all' bit seems a bit too hax. |

Since there are edits it technically needs a new approval, that and my approval only lasted if no one said something about it. You did so it was gone, either way I re-give my 1/2 approval since it has Kurisu's seal of approval and it is definitely approved. |

I can't speak for the Aussie but the way I take it is the move IS approved but if people start to complain you should take it to Cloud because hes really the end all when it comes to deciding if something can or can't be done. |
