Fancy Insoles Description: Can make every step you take tickle an onlooker’s fancy. How does it really work? Rumor has it that Fancy Footwork is required, whatever that means. Weight: 2 Effect: When user does a series of steps in place, the opponent can get confused on their very next post if their Intelligence is lower than wearer’s Agility. Cost: 500 Gil My Idea for an accessory. |

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.

Say that such a move renders the opponent(s) confused for one or two turns, and that it can only be used once per thread. |

It states in the move already that the opponent gets confusion on their very next post. And I don't want it as a one-time use, as what if someone says 'I didn't look at his feet' which is what they have to do for it to actually work. it isn't automatic. |

Getting too old for this shit.

I don't think this would work on people with high agility. |

At the very least, have a cooldown of at least three turns per use so that the opponent doesn't get locked out completely. (Since by default, Confusion lasts two turns. Without the cooldown (or an MP cost), anyone not immune (either by having more Int than your Agility, by an ability or accessory that prevents confusion, or by not seeing the moves due to blindness) can be taken down by alternating use of the shoes' special effect and any sort of attack.) |

Hmm, how long does the confusion last and what if the other person is blind or not looking at Axer's feet at the time? |

This is how the confusion would work with my item. They would only last 2 posts. And the problem with that idea of a person not looking at my feet? Most people would normally look at a persons whole body when they are fighting them. I really hope people don't god-mod and never look at my feet when thats mighty unbelievable unless your blind. If you blind, then you can't even see so its cool. |

Actually, people are taught NOT to look at someones body when fighting, but to look at their eyes, at least from what I've learned and from what friends who have taken martial arts have told me. |

Different styles teach different things. Gai can predict a person's movements by looking only at their feet. My teacher taught us to watch the body and legs but not the feet. Maybe you could make some sort of formula for how likely someone is to look at his feet. Or ask Cloud. |
