The damage is a good aspect, but I think it needs an MP cost as well. Maybe 8 MP to activate it, since you stipulated that while you can use it again to eliminate the ailment, you only get the boost once. |

Because he takes damage each time he activates it, I only gave it a 5 MP cost. |

New LB The Double Deuce! [Limit Break Level 2] Description: Moe jumps above his opponent and brings both fists down onto their shoulders for a highly damaging and debilitating attack. Effect: Deals Strength*1.8 in damage. If the hit is successful, the target cannot wield weapons, deliver punches, or use their arms for two posts. Cost: None Edit: I decided to update Moe's personality. His current one does not accurately reflect the personality I have him express in my current threads. Please replace his current personality with the following. Allow me to phrase this delicately…read the fucking history first! This section will still be here when you’re done… …Well, if you’re done with that and finished with getting your jollies off on net porn, you can read the crap I put together below. Unless you prefer cleaning the gunk off your groin in the shower before pretending to pay me any attention, which I highly advise you do… …Okay, are you finally ready? Good, you may now continue reading the semi-relevant content of Moe’s character sheet. Moe has changed a lot since his first day spent among other humans. He has learned many of life’s important lessons. He has learned how to resolve his problems properly through violence. He knows that the shiny objects in his shiny object collection is actually money he can use to buy important stuff like chocolate ice cream and other delicious treats. His time spent in civilization has also relieved him of his fear and original shyness toward strangers. He has become quite impulsive and adventurous at the expense of the lives of random innocent bystanders. Despite all of these new and exciting changes, he has yet to attain any noticeable social skills (He often exposes himself indecently in public). In fact, Moe has remained pretty much the same immature boy he was when he first encountered other humans. He’s almost always smiling even in his sleep and seems to have a disturbingly endless supply of cheer. He’s just as excitable, unfocused, and forgetful as ever. Whether or not he understands anything said to him, he almost always ignores half of it because something else usually catches his limited interest. He simply cannot focus on more than one thing at a time and cannot focus on any one thing for more than a few minutes. To this day, he continues to hate bathing. Anyone who forces him into cleaning up will live to regret it providing they manage to survive Moe’s punishment. He does everything he can to remain filthy; he sleeps in garbage, sometimes plays in garbage, and often eats food he finds in trashcans. Do not mistake him for a grouch or someone evil, however. Despite his outward appearance, he is pure of heart and still has much to learn. Edited by Galileo, Aug 18 2009, 03:03 AM.

Another tech request and thanks, Gin. System Restore Description: Moe knows enough about operating machines as well as crashing them to know how to get one going in the event of a mechanical malfunction. Requirements: 50 Machine Operation, 25 Intellience, and must own at least one machine. Be Moe. Effect: If a machine Moe is operating stops functioning for any reason other than complete loss of HP, he can reactivate it. This technique also restores 10% of the machine’s base HP. Cost: None Edited by Galileo, Aug 19 2009, 01:47 AM.

I would suggest adding an Intelligence requirement too, since it has to do with his knowledge of machines. And if you add that I would think you'd be able to lower the MO requirement. |

I'm actually going to approve this too. Nex has a similar thing that removes silence on him for slightly higher reqs but characters can have more HP then Machines so this is a bigger debuff for them. |

Thanks again, Gin. That just leaves my current Limit Break request for now. Can anyone give me feedback on it or even approve it? Edit: No one has updated Moe's personality yet. Can someone please do that for me as well? Edited by Galileo, Aug 19 2009, 02:52 PM.

As this system isn't my specialty, I just need to ask if limit breaks are unavoidable. Cause that seems like a REALLY powerful effect. |

Damage-based limit breaks have the accuracy of normal attacks. With mine, the accuracy would be Moe's (Hand to Hand + Speed)*0.5 |

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
|
The Limit Break is fine, but for the machine, the 'bonus 20' HP counts towards weight like any other HP. This would bring your machine over its capacity. |

Alright, edited M.A.M.M.A. but...according to the information you just gave me, the Kupo Craft's weight should be 12/10 at the moment. I decided to go ahead and edit it as well. Here's the update, took 20 away from speed, but I request a 200 Gil refund (Cost of the 20 extra speed I'm removing) for the error made.

The new machine should be good. As for the other one...I'll let someone else do that, mostly because I can't be arsed to right now.
