Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
If it had blocked ally abilities as well, then I would have approved it as it was, However, it only blocks enemy abilities, so that's a bit one-sided there. Yeah. Either have it so that it DOES block ally abilities, or take Tak's suggestion and make it so that it can be defeated.

Purity
Description: Pure life energy flows through you and provides protection against the negative intentions of others.
Requirements: The Holy One and 300 HP.
Effect: Excluding HP and MP, the user’s stats, skills, dodge, and accuracy are immune to enemy effects aside from materia guided status ailments. An enemy cannot bypass or affect this ability or its effect with anything if their base HP is less than the base HP of the user.

Effect: Allows you to block an incoming attack be it magical or physical if your (Current Dodge + Hand to Hand)*0.75 is greater than 70% of the attacker's accuracy whenever this technique is used.

Self-Defensive Art: Resistance
Description: Your self-defense techniques have improved drastically. You can now redirect the force of your opponent’s attacks more effectively using a balance of skill, dexterity, speed, and power.
Requirements: 135 Strength, 135 Speed, 135 Agility, 135 Hand to Hand, Self-Defensive Art: Rejection, and The 4 Talents. Be Moe or taught by Moe.
Effect: When used, this technique increases the amount of damage you block by (Current Dodge + Hand to Hand)*0.5 if your base Strength, Speed, Agility, and Hand to Hand are equal.

I can see Rejection helping to block physical attacks and magic with a physical component (Earth, Water and Ice, mainly), but I fail to see how any sort of martial art could help you against Aero or Fire or Thunder.

The following was approved by Cloud. I figured if I could negate a spell with a custom, I could block its damage with a custom as well.

No, once more you try and make your LB way to powerful. What you have is a level three. Here is an example of Angeles Lvl 3 LB that is similar:

Notice how it does nothing but double her stats for two posts.

Yours Triples three stats (the only three that matter to your character), plus you ignore armor and endurance, which along with your other abilities makes it so that for that post it's hard to reduce any damage you do. And then the 100% part really puts it over the edge.

What you think is overpowered and what the mods and Cloud thinks is overpowered are two entirely different things. So, I am going to wait for an official opinion before I change it.

Gonna have to go with Drath on this one, actually. Tripling stats is easily Level 4, regardless of how many stats are effected. I recommend lowering it to 2x or...well, changing it entirely. Those are the options here, unfortunately.
