Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
That kinda goes against the originally posted research that the 'legal' citizens are the ones being punished.

Did... you just compare Illegal immigrants to rapists and murderers?

It's our own fault that Illegal immigrants are here in the first place. We are providing them with the opportunity to come here, we are hiring them and paying them money for their services.

We brought them over here in the first place many many years ago during World War II. We brought MANY mexican workers into the country to work on things while our soldiers were at war (It was a LONG war).

Since then, they just kept coming, many never left.

So to compare them to rapists or murderers is extreme. Especially since they have only been seizing an opportunity to survive in this world.

If I were provided such an opportunity to survive when I had none, I would take it as well.

I don't blame them, I blame those who hire and provide the opportunity.

The illegals don't bring families isn't always true...A common move is to come over while pregnant, near birth, and give birth to a child in America. therefore the child is legal, but the rest of the family isn't. But the government cannot make the child leave since he or she is legal, and cannot make the family leave and orphan the child.

Guy’s hate to burst the bubble of the illegal’s right to our government resources but they get them and a lot of them already have them. believe me I have lived in three of the states that have been highly impacted by this. California, Nevada, and god for bid Arizona. California has been hit probably the hardest, the illegal immigrants in California have been given rights to government benefits. Not to mention I happen to know several illegal immigrant Families that are on said welfare in California. How do I know they are Illegal? They have outright told me <.< My mother works with them all day in an IHOP, and she is very close friends with them. Not to mention I worked in the same IHOP.

Fact of the matter is there are ‘Illegal’ families here, going to school, probably along the same lines max stated (they call them Anchor Babies.) Where they have legal documentation because they are legal, and which the government gives the whole family access to government aid. For if, they only gave it only for the single legal child it would leave the parents in a poor state to care for said child. Don’t make since? Well I can’t simplify it any better this is the government here people when was the last time the government really made since >.>

Now as for calling them criminals, that is going a bit far <.< they are no more a criminal as the next person. (Aside from the certain illegal’s that are escaping to America to escape the laws they broke in Mexico.) They just want a fair chance to give their families what they see us having on a daily basis, while it just so happens that it is doing so in a way that isn’t legally right and I cant fault them for that seeing as I don’t know what I would do in their place. The problem however is that they are here taking jobs away from the documented people of America.

However, here is a bit of the problem.
There are over 22,000,000 estimated Illegal immigrants in America.
Say, just half of those Illegal Immigrants have 2nd jobs that is 33,000,000 jobs off the market, not to mention 33,000,000 jobs not paying the proper taxes.

Now most people I usually see stating they have no problem with them are people that really have no clue of the impact this issue has in the states in which it is happening most. In all truth, this problem is one of the major contributors to our pathetic economy right now and shouldn‘t be taken lightly. For the reason that they don’t pay their proper taxes which means we pick up the slack. Then there are some of the illegal Immigrants that are taking up our government supplied benefits, which we pay for with our taxes. Then the thing that fucked up the most is that Cloud is right, it is our fault for paying them to do it all, we did start the entire thing and we just keep fanning the flames, and we can’t just fault them for wanting to come here and take what we are handing them.

But the thing is we need to find a happy medium, if that happens to be giving the bastards amnesty that would create a big boost into our governments funds. And would show more than 75% of the Illegal immigrants that the American dream doesn’t come cheap as now 30% of their money gets taken away with the proper amount of taxes they should have been paying all along. Then most of them would make to much for them to qualify for government benefits, opening them up for those that really do. Biggest thing is at that point, we would need to crack down hard on our boarders, and on the employers that want to hire UN-documented workers as they also receive a blow to the face, as they now have to pay the workers what they deserve as documented workers.

Alternatively, we can just round them all up and toss the back over the boarder, and have the now over 9.7% of unemployed pick up the slack of about a good 15% of our current workforce just disappears. Which honestly I don’t see a good outcome for that for in the transition period many of the business wouldn’t be able to run properly and it would throw us into further un-stabilization.

So all in all give them all amnesty, or attack the ones that are doing the employing. Not the people that are more or less just accepting our hospitality.

Well, look on the bright side: Your illegal immigrants are still better than ours.

You have to deal with the Mexicans that comes to take advantage of your government.

We have to deal with the Americans that come to take advantage of ours. :P

Yep. Everyone is 'dirty' when they're on your border.

I agree with bones who I feel has been ignored : We should be looking for a solution. I believe most people can agree that deportation is something that is a little improbable. Something less improbable would be to stop employers from hiring illegal immigrants. If we get rid of the reason they are coming here illegally then the flow would stop.

That is only one possible solution that I have heard suggested, another such one would be to register the current illegals here as citizens and reinforce the borders.

Honestly though, I hardly think that Illegal immigration is the issue to be debating currently seeing as how whats in the both houses of Congress at the moment.

Tough immigration policy has always been an issue since it was first introduced, riddled with racism and prejudice.

For example, Australia's original immigration policy was, "The All-White Australia Policy." America immigrated ('imported') Africans to be slaves.

The system is based on so much discrimination to begin with, and all the other bullcrap that followed after was just interjected political nonsense and tape.

Being in the immigrants shoes is easier than being in a politicians shoes, where you have a family or person wanting to seek safety in another country - choosing the one that is the easiest to cross. Politicans shoes is, "Money, money, money.... resources!" I like to think of people a little more than economics.
