Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.
Not really, Gali. It's basically adding Spirit to Speed in terms of calculations. The only difference is that there's no 'overshoot penalty' for when Speed exceeds Agility.

This version of Aura of Darkness is approved.

It would mean he drains using the normal formula (damage done, max'd out by his spirit stat). I put that one some I think cause his LB drains half damage from an attack (and uses spirit as base damage so weaker than normal drain), and a tech that doesn't drain at all.

Technique:
Dark Iaijutsu
Description: Due to the connection that has been formed with his blade as it has become corrupted by his darkness and even resonates completely in tune with his dark spirit, he can almost feel it at all times. He can pull on this dark connection as he draws his blade to attack, and it makes it seem as if the blade flies from the sheath, as eager to shed blood as he is to feed. This hunger from them both causes him to be able to unsheathe and attack with the blade with unholy speed as the blade hungers for life.
Requirements: 70 Spirit, 70 Speed, 70 Agility, 70 Weapon Skill, Dark Blade, Resonation of Darkness
Effect: When attacking by drawing the blade from its sheath, add [(speed+spirit)/2] to damage before any other calculations.
Cost: 0

Technique:
Injection of Darkness
Description: Through long use, and familiarity with the darkness he has learned to draw on his dark spirit to power attacks and abilities others would consider magical, though not without cost to himself as it weakens him whenever he does this, and he cannot do it often.
Effect: Add [Spirit] to MP (lasts until MP depleted or end of thread). Can only be used once every 5 posts.
Cost: 10% Max Hp

LB:
Level 1, Slot 2
Corruption Blade
Description: Channeling the corrupting powers of darkness into his blade, he can cause a status effect effect on the opponent that depends on where the corruption to their body takes place, however this is at the cost of some damage.
Effect: Does 1/2 normal damage, however causes a status effect depending on where he aimed. Must specify specifically where he is aiming in the post. Also they are slightly weaker than stated in status effects. If partially dodged the target decides what status effect they are hit by instead.
Face: Inflicts Blind (3 posts)
Throat: Inflicts Silence (4 posts)
Chest: Inflicts Poison (8 Posts)
Arms: Inflicts Stun (2 posts)
Legs: Inflicts Slow (20% speed reduction, 3 posts)



LB:
Level 2, Slot 1
Scion of Darkness
Description: He draws on the darkness deep inside of him, pulling all of his dark power out into the open, becoming surrounded by a dark aura that seems to radiate hatred and malice for all living things from him, powering him up greatly when he is in dire straights but not without its own type of cost.
Requirements: Limit Gauge 50% or higher
Effect: Heals him by 50% of his HP, and raises strength, speed, and agility by 25% (this does not increase maximum HP). He only drains half the normal amount of health while this lasts though as the rest goes to powering it. Also, while active, his limit gauge does not refill. Lasts until his HP is > 1, or he turns it off, however has a cost.
Cost: Lose 6% of max HP per post.

Note: Quoting the rule that says LB's can cost HP to be more powerful:

Dark Taijutsu gets my +1/4

Include that the HP spent does not fill your limit break gauge and I'll have no problems with Dark Injection.

Corruption Blade could inflict full damage I think, but I'll gve it +1/4 in its present form.

Scion of Darkness is rather powerful even with a cost. Just my opinion, but I won't actually judge it just yet.

Dark Iaijutsu is good.

Injection of Darkness, just do as Gali said here (HP spent doesn't add to the Limit Gauge) for an approval. That and by looking at it, it's probably an ability as it is, since it's not based off anything, which is one of the requirements of a technique.

Corruption Blade is good as it is.

Scion of Darkness...Hmm...Right now, it comes when the recovered HP is used up to be +25% to three stats for eight turns. Maybe have the HP recovery decreased to 40% and I'll approve it.

Edits made (assume they are approved now and placed appropriately).

Edit (For Injection, I have seen other techs which are based off nothing, however edited it slightly so its based of dark inclination, aka using his evil to power dark moves/techs/etc which is mostly what that trait is for). Also added requirements which were missing.

Technique:

I just realized that there was a small, but potentially gamebreaking typo in the Scion of Darkness limit break: The cutoff point is said as Greater Than 1 HP, rather than the probably intended Less Than 1.

New Technique for approval.

Dark Shield
Description: He realizes there is darkness inside of him, manifesting itself in his very soul and strengthening every one of his attacks with its power. He has also learned how to pull more of that darkness forth by channeling it through his body, and has seen that it can effect things outside of himself as it turned his blade black. Realizing this and realizing he has another source of energy besides his own body, he came up with this technique, which expends his magical energies to pull the darkness from his body and force it into a shield around his form, so he is surrounded by a bubble of very dark violet, almost black, color.
Requirements: 50 Spirit, Dark Inclination, Darkness Falls, Dark Blade
Effect: Blocks his [Spirit] stat in damage. Lasts until it is broken. Shield absorbs dark damage, increasing the amount of damage the shield can take before breaking by the amount of dark damage done. If his [Spirit + alignment below 50] is greater than his opponents [Spirit + alignment above 50] the shield is immune to holy damage. Can pay the cost multiple times in one usage to create a stronger shield.
Cost: 10 MP

Note: By alignment below and above 50 I mean this:
If I have 50 spirit, and 0% alignment, and my opponent has 50 spirit and 70% alignment it would be my [spirit (50) + alignment below 50 (50)] or [100] vs the opponents [Spirit (50) + alignment above 50 (20)] or [70]. Since my value is higher the shield would be immune to holy damage from them.

Actually restoring my HP from draining isn't as easy as you think. I can only do around 100 damage a hit, and drain a max of 50 health per hit right now, however, with armor, blocking, barriers, defensive abilities... I most likely wont hit for more than 20-30 a hit, if that.

How about if I added: Can cast up to [Spirit/10] times per cast, but the cost increases by 50% each cast rounded up. So to cast it 3x at once would be 10 MP for the first, 15 MP the second, 23 MP the third for a total of 48 MP.

Description: This is a black crystalline bracelet three finger widths thick, that has been carved to look like many feathers grouped together.

Effect: Makes anything held in that hand weigh 1 pound, though this does not affect the weight of materia if they are in a weapon held in that hand.
Cost: 1000 gil

Dark Gauntlet
Description: This is a gauntlet made of black steet. Attached to the wrist section is what looked like a shield that goes up the the arm, almost flush with it, and a little bit wider, and slightly curved to cover part of the sides of the arm its on as well. It has a darkness materia slotted into the single materia slot in the center of the shield part.
Weight: 1
Strength/Durability: 4
Materia Slots: O
Material: Steel
Ability: When the darkness materia is slotted on the shield part, it can't be used to cast darkness, however the dark power inside of it makes it so the gauntlet is completely immune to holy damage.
Cost: 3050 Gil

New Technique:

However, I think there should be a limit to items that can be taken by Seduction. I think maybe something like "an item of his choice up to 500 gil value" or so.

Winged Demon of Darkness
Description: Drath, completing the journey to becoming completely evil, has gained the aura of the dark one. However, due to him not just being evil, but being connected to darkness and able to harness and control its power, he has done the same with this aura. His control over his own darkness has allowed him to force the aura to manifest a pair of large wings made of pure dark energy that spring forth from the back of it, allowing him to fly in and out of battle.
Requirements: 0% Alignment, 120 Spirit, 120 Agility, 120 Speed.
Effect: All the effects of the dark one except 10% float, plus allows him to fly at 70% of his speed. Replaces The Dark One.
Cost: 0


TO GAL:
Steal [Steal; Mug : 0 AP] Level 1
Description: [1,000 AP Level 2] Steal is a materia that grants one the knowledge of the thief. This Materia will allow one to steal gil or items from a PC character. You can steal things they are not using or wielding.... but if you're lucky enough you might just get something useful.
Requirements: None
Effect: If your Agility + Speed is higher than theirs you can steal 5% of their Gil or an item they are not wielding or using that they brought with them. If you lose the fight or are KO'd everything stolen will be returned.
Cost: None

The part that needs looked at is in bold.

However, I meant to add that if they ever KO you in a fight (that thread or future thread) they can get the item back. So edited that in:

Come up with a better way of explaining how he convinces to steal from someone he is fighting. Good characters would never accept his help even if the promise was valid unless they too decided to give into becoming evil.

Include that if he is defeated in battle or KO’d the victim may reclaim whatever it is he stole from them.

Umm... the alignment part is the explanation for how, if their alignment and will are stronger than his he can't convince them. It't not permanent, its basically hypnotizing them with his will, but it only works if their will AND alignment is lower than his, since it has to do with dark powers.

Its not meant to be used in fights. There are threads that aren't fights. Or he could use it on someone before they fought, or after him and someone else fight monsters together, he uses it on them, etc. It's meant to be used outside battle, which should be obvious. Also, read the edited version >>.

And don't even talk about explanations.

Spell checked, and um, I'm not adding that until a mod says so mostly because I have seen other flying abilities that don't limit it like that.

Approved, I have a similar ability to this that was ok. Do note that the way its written that you fly slower then you run which I think is what you were going for.

Effect: If Draths [Spirit] is higher than his opponents [Spirit] then any attack made using this technique ignores any damage reduction from anything other than endurance, blocking, or armor.
