Pending Items/Weapon Effects Crystalline Seal Description: [Assesory] The form of Crystalline Armor in a magically sealed form for easy portability, and quick access. A Black Crystal Wrist Band on the Wielders Left arm, and when activated instantly reverts into the armor in a blue flash. Weight: 2 Effect: Takes the place for Crystalline Armor, meaning the armor does not have to be with the wielder at the beginning of the thread. However, this assesory decreases the Armor’s mass by a substantial amount to make it more portable and covert. The weight of the armor is nullified and replaced with the accessories weight. (and Vice versa) The speed of the armor materialization is the users magic stat/2, so if an attack is 20% faster that that the damage is taken at full. Cost: 500 Gil ---

He has found away to bring his dragon wings out at will sustaining them with his magical essence. Requirements: Intelligence: 30, Endurance: 30, Magic: 30 Effect: Allows use of dragons wings outside of limit breaks. Also allows flight for as long as Dragons wings are active. Cost: 5 MP per post Approved TechniquesSeiryoku Description: [Technique] Dragonic Aura an ability that boosts the users strength and speed, and is highly dangerous when used in conjunction. However, the effects can be greatly lessened by drawing out only half of those abilities. Through the use of Seiryoku Ryuu can boost his strength alone without the major side effects. Nevertheless the power is slightly reduced. During the time it is in effect Ryuu is enveloped by a flaming red aura, and his eyes glow bright red. While this ability is convenient it is nearly impossible to use the Dragonic Aura, or the Sokuryoku abilities together effectively. Requirements: Magic: 40, Intelligence: 40, Strength: 40, Dragonic Hybrid Experiment. Effect: Boosts Ryuu’s strength Stat by 30%. Dragonic Aura, Seiryoku and Sokuryoku cannot be used together. Zero Grip Description: The ancient ninja art where one focuses their energy to their hands/feet to allow themselves to grasp onto virtually flat surfaces. It is actually a skill used to be used to teach one how to manifest, and control their energy. However, this skill was lost from the use of machines, and isn't really widely known. Requirements: 20 Magic, 20 Intelligence, 20 Strength. Effect: Focuses energy to allow one to cling to the walls using there hands and feet. Cost: 5 MP per post. Dragon's Nova Description: Once Ryuu learned to control his energies he found he could tap into the Dragonic powers locked inside him, and create a blazing fireball between both hands. However this move could be quite draining. Requirements: 50 Magic, 50 Intelligence. Effect: This ability requires both hands and as such the user must store any weapons taking up either hand. Leaving the user without a weapon for the turn this technique is used. The power of this ability is (magic+intelligence)/2 and the speed is mesured solely by the magic stat. The ability creates a single fireball roughly 1x1 in diameter. Cost: 20 MP Dragonic Regeneration [LV1. LV2, LV3.] Description: [Technique] Using the Dragonic energies natural healing capabilities, one can harness it and use it to heal ones own wounds as well as someone else. Requirements: LV1 - 10 Magic, 10 Intelligence; LV2 - 60 Magic, 60 Intelligence; LV3 - 110 Magic, 110 Intelligence. Effect: Restore Magic stat to target for LV1; Restore Magic X 1.5 to target for LV2; Restore Magic Stat X2.2 for LV3. This technique cannot be used while Dragonic Aura is in effect. Cost: 6MP for LV1, 12MP for LV2, 30 MP for LV3. Dragon Fist Description: [Technique] An art passed on by Kuatsu to Ryuu; requires the use crystal gauntlets while the strengthening elements of the Dragonic energies are in effect. By channeling more power through the gauntlets can extend the aura past the gauntlets to allow more damage during the moment of impact. Requirements: Gauntlet Armor made from Crystal or Diamond equipped, Dragonic Enchantment in effect, 50 Hand to Hand. Effect: By using more MP per attack allows the dragonic power to do more damage during Hand to Hand combat. The durability of the Gauntlet armor is not taken into account during damage as it has to be considered armor, and the dragonic enchantment has to be in effect to use this ability. Cost: 2MP per attack. Added to the cost of the Dragonic Energy. Degradation Description: [Technique] Ryuu’s Dragonic energy without question is destructive, the energy disrupts almost anything it comes in contact with and breaks their molecular bond degrading it to something similar to sand which in this case couldn‘t be reformed unless some other means were used. Requirements: 20 Magic, 20 intelligents, Be a Dragonic Hybrid Effect: Allows Ryuu to degrade any still object into a sand like material. However, this cannot be used on other people, their weapons, or armor. Cost: Ninja Utility Pouch Description: A small pouch that straps on either to the left or right thigh, and is capable of holding a few small items. Enchanted with a few Ninja spells, this pouch weight nearly nothing. However, the poutch’s enchantments react violently when in contact with anything that has any form of mystical effect. Weight: 1 Effect: Capable of holding five Items while making them weigh 0. Any item/assesory/weapon with any form of magical effect are destroyed once placed inside. Cost: 1000 Gil Mach Fist Description: [Technique] When it comes down to speed many Martial Artists agree it play’s an essential part in any form of combat. However, Ryuu has taken it to heart basing many of his abilities on it, and can effectively turn his speed into power. While this is true it also has its limits seeing as he has to be in motion for the power to be sufficient. Requirements: Hand to Hand: 70 Speed: 70 Effect: If Ryuu succeeds in making physical contact with an attack while in motion his Speed/2 is added to the damage. Shin-Ra X-39 Sunglasses V-1 Description: A basic pair of sunglasses designed by Shin-Ra that have a basic wireless headset adapted into the frame. However, Shin-Ra decided to try out new tech to make them more use full in the battle field, s well as something that can pass as a pair of sunglasses. So they have polymorph lens that refracts normally unseen spectrums of light into something visible. There are three basic featured available. 1st: night vision an electrical current runs though the lens causing it to glow bright green in the dark, but makes vision capable in dark areas. 2nd: Infrared Vision, pretty much the same thing happens except the lenses glow red which allows vision in dusty are misty terrains. 3rd: the final option allows the magnification of area’s that are off to the distance. However, contact with water can short the whole battery out. Effect: A basic pair of sunglasses that have a wireless cell phone headset built in, and allows one to hold a cell phone call without having to hold the cell phone to their ear and. They also allow: Option 1: Night vision Option 2: Infrared Vision Option 3: Optical Zoom that allows a zoomed in vision up to a mile away. Any contact with water will short out the battery out and make it unusable the rest of the thread. Cost per turn: (30/30 Battery points) Basic headset use takes up 1 BP, Optical zoom 1 BP, Night vision 2BP, and Infrared 3BP. Gill: Yet to be determined.

Alittle something that I have been planning for a little while, I want to point out and press the fact that this Technique Cannot be used while using the dragons aura that way it dont counter effect the HP degrade.

Now this one I want to press will be used with my upcoming armor Crystal Gautlets, and the dragonic enchantment has to be in effect to use this Technique. which means the full costs for this is the 5 per post from the trait, and +2 for every attack done wit the hands. So that is basicly 7+ per post for the effect. and if I attack twice that makes it 9+ and so on.

New weapon with an effect request ^ ^, original cost would be 1600 gil.
Ryoku [Crystal] Description: The Ryoku is a Katana Created by Kuatsu himself with the power to boost the Dragonic energies that are channeled through it. However, the blade was never used and was hidden away within the Mideel Islands caves long ago after Kuatsu was sealed way. At its core is a crystal so rare it can only be found in locations rich in Mako Energy, which gives the blade its awesome red glow, which reflects upon its blades curves quite well. The handle is seemingly made of regular crystal, but is highly crafted by adorning the guard with two outward blades on the ring, and two dragons etched into the guard itself. Effect: When the effect of Dragonic Enchantment is used on only this weapon the effect becomes – Using magic the user can strengthen any materials Strength and Durability by the users magic stat x 2, and also surrounds the weapon in a intense black fire like aura. (In addition, changing the cost to 10 MP per attack, along with the 5 MP per turn.)- Strength: 33 Durability: 17% (50%) Materia Slots: None Material: Crystal Weight: 11

I thought that hand-to-hand attacks already get a damage bonus based on a gauntlet's strength/durability, as if it was a weapon.

Been done before so approved

As long as you know you need to take said items out of the bag in order to use them then you can have it so it stores things at 0 weight in it regardless of the items.

I was gonna just remake the other sword I have already had approved. But it turned out way differn so I will just request it like usual.

I'd appreciate it if you could put the picture into a link somewhere, maybe having it pop up if you click the swords name? That being said I'm giving a 1/2 approval because I can see how this does fall within the fairness rule but I'm still not sure.
