Okay.. is this made of obsidian and adamantium, or mithril and adamantium cause the description says obsidian but it says mithril under materials
1/4 approved.
Cost seems high enough, it would be 1900 without the special ability so 1/4.
I'm assuming this if unfinished so not touching it for now. |

1: Mod approval is required for all custom item prices. There are just my suggestions 2: If a weapon doesn't have a special effect you don't have to request it. Just list it in your MC topic. 3: Well there's nothing to put in three, I just didn't want to leave it at two points.

You're math is way off. The way i figured out the price for the barret was i took the cost of a fully upgraded obsidian weapon with max linked materia slots and added it to the cost of a maxed out admentium weapon. also i added about an extra ten weight onto it after combining the weight of a maxed obsidian and admentium weapSo you're math is way off. Second, i know i don't need to request weapons. I just needed someplace to keep those till i finished getting them. |

Barret 50. Cal - just adding costs for materials together...it has no special abilities so I'll give it a 1/4 50.Cal bullets 1/4th Neither does M1911 Box of explosive bullets 1/4th M9 Berreta doesn't need approval Dark B'lood +1/4th I can't stomach the box of Mako bullets. I don't think you should be able to do Magic damage for the bullets for 2000 gil. 2300 gil amounts to roughly 15% of total stat as a bonus, not the whole stat. Edited by Tada!, Oct 20 2009, 07:33 PM.

Looking at it, I'm going to go back to my original idea and request they be two separate parts that have to be assembled during a thread that takes up an entire post (Meaning you can do it post one if you want to). That way separately they are useless, but together they create a super weapon since the bullet functions only by going through both parts. |

Okk, I see why you might want this, but this gun really isn't all that super. Two fully upgraded handguns made of admenium, the dual wield ability and two box's of hollow point bullets and i'd be doing pretty much the same amount of damage. Also, if i was going to do that wouldn't i just make seperate parts of the gun that can actually be dissassembled like the stock and barrel? And if i spend an entire post doing nothing but putting the gun together its going to be a pretty lame post. |

Actually, the two handguns would do less damage than this. Since the two handguns damage would be calculated separately they would both be reduced by armor/Endurance. While since with this gun, it's all in one attack, it wont have as much reduction from defensive measures. Also, I didn't say that's all your post had to be about. It's just so you can't put the gun together and attack in the same post. |
