Kaiji's grin disappeared as one of him allies began to question him. As the man brought his axe to his shoulder, Kaiji crossed his arms in front of his chest. He had, in fact, received information on these creatures from Shin-Ra Research and Development. However, there were a lot of strings attached to the information as well as the implications about it. Even the fact that Shin-Ra had the information brought up interesting questions about recent events. Kaiji casually glanced over his group. The woman was acting strangely apathetic over the ordeal and the pale axe man didn't seem to be one of Shin-Ra's scarce few supporters. If things turned nasty he might not be able to take them both. At least he had the Third Class at his call if things turned bad. However, his team was getting ready for the next battle and Kai was waiting for an answer. "It's complicated," Kaiji responded. Telling a lie was one thing, but it was always better to tell the truth in a way that it still answered nothing. "We've known about these things for a while. However, until now they've been quiet; well behaved. It was easy to study them when all they did was roam around, eat and sleep. Lately, though, something's been making them turn nasty. All the info we have so far is that they're covered in armor, but the insides are soft and vulnerable. That, as you've all just shown, is enough. As for the cause, I don't know what and I don't care what. There are many hundreds of thousands of civilians, rich and poor, living inside of Midgar. If we don't take this thing down then it's just going to plow through the city, killing thousands." He then looked at Chris. "Nice machine you've got there." he called out. "Make good use of it." |

Chris looked towards the axe-wielder as he asked why Shin-Ra, with the knowledge of these gigantic creatures, kept them a secret from everyone else. "Probably because announcing something like this would probably result in unnecessary widespread panic." Chris answered, "It's probably in their best interest to make sure the civilians keep calm and carry on with their normal routine if at all possible." Kaiji then gave his explanation, as well. He explained that up until this point that they weren't doing anything wrong. "Ah. So...somebody's probably doing something that's driving these things crazy. I hope that somebody finds him and stop him before this one reaches the city." Chris replied, "Hopefully that someone isn't a rebel from your ranks. Then again, he could just be branded a traitor and a madman, and treated as such." Kaiji then gave a compliment on Chris's machine, to which Chris replied, "Thanks. Yeah, I'm probably going to need to make the most out of this. I don't want to completely blow it here. Not when there are thousands of lives on the line. Just show me where to shoot, and I'll try to crack open its armor." |

Angeles listened to the two men speaking and the one with the ax, she figured he was anti-shinra, made a comment. With a smirk she stepped forward and attempted to take center stage, “something similar to this happened before,” she said with an intense look to Kaji, “a third class Soldier and two sentry men were sent to Kalm that was under attack by hordes of monsters. The three of them were not expected to return, but somehow they did. Turns out that the reason for the monsters to be attacking was a suitcase set in the center of the town.” She cocked an eyebrow, hoping for a reaction from the first class soldier to see if he knew anything about this or even if her guess that this was the same thing as what had happened in Kalm was indeed what was happening now. Kiryu had not returned, “inside the suitcase was a device, emanating a highpitched noise that was driving the monsters insane, normally peaceful or shy monsters were all an the warpath to try to destroy the device. Those with sensitive hearing complained of ringing in their ears until the case had been destroyed.” Angeles walked towards the first class, "granted the monsters this time are much larger," and smirked before extending her hand to the first class, “Bethany Carlos, I’m a Turk." |

Shinoskay was trying his hardest to ignore all the chatter as he boarded the air vessel but couldn't stop himself from hearing most of what was said. It was when he heard his home village mentioned that he stopped and looked over at angeles whom had just announced herself as turk. All Rank and all other thoughts left him "wait... wait WHAT! SOMEONE CAUSED THAT, I was part of that.... I WAS PART OF THAT." He had stopped mid boarding and really didn't know what to think. He wasn't sure who to hate or who to want to kill. But one thing he did know was the person who caused the attack on his village was causing an attack on Midgar, his new home. He tightened his fist as it dawned on him, they didn't have to kill those monsters at his village, nor the one they just killed.... nor the one they plan to kill. "this thing where going to fight, can't we just stun him... this whole situations just not right. If i was driven mad would one of you kill me even if you knew it wasn't my fault and that by stopping something else would I would be stopped.... What if it was you who where being driven mad?" |

Angeles looked over as the third class Soldier began yelling, a single finger tapped against her bicep as she searched her memories but could not recall him at Kalm during the monster attack. She cocked an eyebrow as he began speaking and a cruel smirk crossed her lips. “Think of it this way,” Angeles said to the young man, “you are property of Shinra. The company you work for is responsible for any damage done by the things it owns. If you were to go nuts, whether you are responsible for it or not, yes, they would kill you, probably send the Turks to do it since we’re more of the ‘hush-hush,’ sector of the company. What do you think happened to genesis, Angeal, and Sephiroth hm?” her now-blue eyes flashed icily, “the same would happen if a Turk went nuts, you just would never know it had happened.” Angeles turned and faced the creature that was making its way towards Midgar, “thousands of lives are at stake right now. It is our job to save those lives at whatever cost, and to keep it as low-key as possible, which is why I am here,” it was fun pretending to be a Turk again, “if that means killing it, we will kill it.” she looked back over at the Soldier, it was merely his misfortune to be the target of her fun. It was his fault for overreacting, making himself noticed. |

Chris facepalmed upon the younger SOLDIER's sudden outburst that was brought about by the current conversation. "Now that was a critical failure somewhere." Chris said to himself, "If he hadn't said anything, he wouldn't be in the hot seat. Now they're probably going to put him on diversion duty for the upcoming monster." Chris then faced the 3rd Class SOLDIER and said, "Keep in mind that I made keeping the previous monster's attention look easy because it wasn't all that fast. That and I'm second class equivalent in terms of power level, and well equipped in case I mess up somewhere. She might very well sentence you to keeping the next, and very likely stronger monster's attention. Then again, it's not the giant monsters that doom a lot of newcomers. It's the little guys that do big damage that do." Chris then put one hand on the area of his armor covering the other shoulder, and continued, "Not to worry, though, I can probably set you up so that you can survive the full force of the monster's attacks...maybe. Unless it hits as hard as my friend Lini does, you should get out of that okay." Chris waited to see how the whole scene unfolded. Edited by KurisuMurei, Mar 8 2010, 12:07 PM.

Kai shifted Wolf Beil’s weight to his other shoulder as Kaiji explained the source of his knowledge. Chances were that he was keeping most of the truth from the group, but as long as what he was telling was true then Kai could spare his life for now. He tapped his axe on his shoulder as the others in the group stepped forward and added their own knowledge to what Kaiji told them. Its what the turk said that interested him, that and the fact that something was very off about her. Her scent was different than a humans, it was similar to a SOLDIER’s but more sinister. He comment about the high pitched noise reminded him of the ringing in his ears he had all but forgotten. He opened his mouth to comment on the noise but the Third Class began to yell and repeat what was just said. Kai sighed a little, the man seemed a little too old to be so naive. Then again, he was only human. “What you fail to realize,” He turned and spoke to the Third-Class, “is that killing the beast is the only option available at this point. The only way for one of us to ‘stun it’, as you so bluntly phrase it, would be to break through the creature’s armor and attack its weak area. That act in itself could prove fatal to the beast. We could go after the source of the creature’s madness abut there is no guarantee that we’d be able to destroy it before the monster reaches Midgar, or that it would stop its advance once the device was gone.” He smiled and swept a hand through his hair. “Though, it is strange that you of all people would be worried about the morality of this situation. Where you not the one collecting a trophy earlier?” He was of course referencing to the SOLDIER’s act of stripping off the Worm’s hide and storing it for later. “If you feel as you do then maybe you should put back the first creature’s skin and award it some respect. Otherwise…grow a back bone and do your duty, SOLDIER.” |

Standing next to the airship just before getting in he looked over at the supposed Turk with a slight scowl and a blank glare "either this mission is a load of crap, or your a load of crap. Shin-Ra maybe hurting but they have enough energy to blast a few weapons off and take that thing down no problem. So either your really a Turk and just suck at your job but are under the mission of marking the big one, or your not a Turk and are full of crap." Shinoskay smirked "a Turk wouldn't reveal there a Turk, its sorta why there secretive, unless where all gonna die anyways." With that he finished climbing into the seat he was at and buckled up before looking at Chris "HEY!, we got a city to safe, lets hurry the hell up." |

The argument raged on, with the axe-wielder basically telling the 3rd Class SOLDIER to 'Nut Up or Shut Up', and said SOLDIER questioning whether the lady could actually pull the kind of rank that she claims she can. At that point, Chris chimed in with a few last words, "What the Turks do is nobody's business but their own." Chris asked, "I'm pretty sure Shin-Ra prefers to be low-key in their operations as a whole. Calling in those kinds of reinforcements is probably a public notice that it's hit the fan. Never mind that. We've wasted enough time already!" Chris then took off in pursuit of the monster, while crying out, "FOR JUSTICE!" Once they were at high enough altitude, Chris called down for the rest, "Okay, I'm going to need some intel on where to aim. I don't think I have enough firepower to open up a new weak point, so I'm probably going to need help finding existing ones to hit for massive damage." Chris waited for the others to be ready before going full-speed into battle. |

“Secretive to the public smart ass,” she said glowering over at the third class Soldier though she bore a smile, “but we have become less and less of a secret over the years and especially with the Avalanche problem at hand, screaming out what we are in the middle of the street whenever we go to stop them. Thank god they appear to have disbanded. But if I were you, I would listen to the ax-man over there and leave that scale where you found it. Goddess knows where it’s been.” She waved a hand towards the driver of the aircraft, whose name she realized she did not actually know, but she had an even deeper respect for him now than she had during their fight in Gold Saucer. She turned away as they ascended and turned to look over at the second creatures, “we’re all not going to die,” she said quietly, “but insult me again, and I’ll kill you,” stupid Soldier. She then turned to the first class Soldier. Kiryu was not back yet and she was sure that he had found the case. She had half a mind to abandon the group and go locate it and destroy it, but that wouldn’t be as fun. “You’re subordinate is going to get himself killed,” she said with a cold indifferent smile. She then pulled the sword from her back, “alright, let’s take care of this thing. Where’s the weakspot?” |

Shinoskay hadn't heard any of the fallowing conversation, he was already in his seat in the craft and all the words from outside the craft rolled off its walls. He could however hear a very faint muffled noise, like a low whisper "why the hell are they still out there talking, we need to hurry the hell up and finish this crap." |

A curse in Kai’s native tongue slipped from his lips. The small one was beginning to seem too stupid to actually be a SOLDIER. Frist he wanted to spare the beast, now he wanted to get things over with. He looked over at the supposed Turk and smiled. “Such an exotic weapon. It must have taken you many moons and suns to learn to wield it properly.” He made a small bow and leveled his axe and arm off to the side pointing towards the approaching monster. “Shall we, milady? I do hope you hold no objections to me taking point for this bout.” He stood up straight and fanned out his wings. With one mighty flap he was air born. |

Kaiji simply looked straight ahead as the prattling went on between his team members. It was starting to get annoying and the thought crossed his mind that he should stop them. He immediately dismissed the thought; they probably wouldn't listen to him anyway. They were all strong willed and stubborn, too much so to be bossed around by a stranger from Shin-Ra. Besides; they would work better as a team if they worked things out between them rather than relying on his intervention. Thoughts like this one seemed very valuable as a low rumbling thunder began to arise from the far distance. Kaiji looked up and his heart sank to see that the creature was already rapidly approaching. Despite its size, the damn thing was uncannily fast. Within minutes, he was going to have to get his team ready to take the beast down. He cast a quick glance behind him to see what his team was doing. They had left him alone and were picking on the other SOLDIER of the group. Kaiji shrugged at this. If the boy wore the uniform then that meant there was something about him. Kaiji didn't know what it was, but it was there. Hell, Kaiji had met a pink haired buffoon once who was a Third Class. He had expected the kid to die in a week, and was now short several thousand gil for it. He turned his head back to the creature and activated his Libra materia. It was getting close now; easily within five hundred feet. As the creature grew larger, it's information came into focus. Though it was hard to make out, Kaiji could see two weak points already on it's massive frame. However, something was odd about this one. Something was interfering with his scan. The creature then came within full scan range and torrents of information exploded through Kaiji's mind. He let out a shrill yell and fell to his knees, clutching at his eye patch. Curses and profanity left his lips as blood poured down his face. There was a blue glow around his eye socket and he was soon holding the command materia Libra in his hand. The pain subsided and he lowered his hand to reveal the source of the blood had been from his eye. He looked sourly at the materia. The low rumble was a roar now; the creature was a mere two hundred feet away. "Damn it, Hojo," he said quietly. "I though we fixed this bullshit!" He shakily stood up and raised his voice to a yell to reach his team. "Somebody take this materia and find the last three weak spots! There's one on the head and one on it's underbelly! Now quickly, grab on!" |

Well, with all the time to took to get this arguement settled, the next beast was now well within range. "Alright, here it comes..." Chris waited to get a report of its weak points...only for Kaiji's device to overload, "Uh oh...looks like this is going to be a big problem. With three of its weak points still hidden...maybe if we hit the two we know of, the others will reveal themselves. I'm going to go for the head." Chris didn't have a lot of time to position himself, as the monster was going pretty quickly. Chris aimed, armed his machine's weapon, and unloaded on the beast. One, two, three shots were fired at the monster's head, intending to do some heavy damage, stop its charge, and open up other weak points, so that they would stand a chance. Chris then pulled his machine's weapon into reloading position to get ready for the next set of attacks. Edited by KurisuMurei, Mar 13 2010, 12:15 PM.

While Shinoskay heard the ships weapons unloading he begun to wonder how fast the thing had become if they where already in combat. "hey, can you get close to it and above it. I'm going to jump on." He knew it sounded crazy with such a large opponent but it was the best option for getting on it to do some direct damage. As he waited for a reply he mulled over the argument, he was not pleased he thought there was someone pretending to be a turk and he would turn in there description later to either expose them and label them a failure as a turk or reveal they where false or even that they where once a turk who still flaunts the titled. Whatever the one of teh three he was sure that they wheren't one, its why he throw out a tale of sympothy. He really did feal sorry for the creature... barely.... but he hated monsters and had no problem with seeing it dead. The Tale was to see the supposed Turks reaction in order to try and determine the truth. He didn't reveal this of course because there where too many neutral non-Shin-Ra operatives whom he didn't know how they would act if he had. This mission depended upon idle cooperation and any extra opposition would crumble it. Ofcourse, no doubt Shin-Ra had a back up plan, this was probably an attempt to SAVE some money. Just throw a team at it and hope you dont have to blast the things with your expensive missiles and lasers. Then again they would not hesitate to do so if things go sour, he had no doubt about that. |

Angeles cocked her eyebrow at the winged man as he was very formal with her before flying off then turned to watch the first class as he began to scan the creature for the weak spots and walked to his side as he fell to his knees screaming and bleeding. She smirked as he curse Hojo and she took the libra materia from him and charged straight for yelling back, "you can never rely on the science department, especially not Hojo!" She slipped the materia into the hilt of her sword and blinked as she began to see things about the crustacean. She had never had this materia before, so the effects of it were new and slightly disturbing. Regardless she continued to charge as the man above began firing at the head of the creature. Angeles ran around behind the creature, resisting the urge to spread her wing and tried to get a reading on it. |

Kai began to ascend into the air as the creature’s footsteps got louder, signaling its nearing. He kept his eyes trained on the sky but could hear the commotion below and around him as the others in the group scrambled into attack positions. From in the sky something reached his ears, a name that seemed familiar to him. ‘Hojo’. He did a spin so that he could see the beast as it came into normal viewing range. “Well, you’re certainly no worm.” He spoke out loud as if the monster would be able to hear and understand him. “If I had a heart I’d almost feel sorry for what I’m about to do to you.” His lips broke into a twisted grin as he gave his wings another flap and carried his body up higher. Kai flew until he was a few hundred feet in the air and began to angle his body. From his view point he could see what the others in the group where doing. The woman was running around the monster, the fool was attempting to distract it, the SOLDIER looked to be in pain, and the human had launched some strange projectile at the target. Kai switched to a reverse grip on his axe and flipped so that he was upside down. He folded his wings in around his body and began a dive towards the giant shark. His hope was that he’d be able to get inside the monstrosity’s mouth and attack it from the inside. After all, it couldn’t have armor in there too, right? |

The beast groaned irritatedly as its path was intercepted by missiles. Each one slammed into it's face, blasting away chunks of armor and leaving its exposed flesh to the open breeze. It's charge faltered for a brief second, but it soon regained composure and resumed it's charge towrads Midgar. It had half a mind, which wasn't really much of a mind at all, to stop and personally destroy the creatures itself. It bore no love for these bipedal things. However, the constant ringing in it's ear reminded it of why it had risen from the sea in the first place and it continued on it's rampage. The ringing sound was growing more and more irritating as the seconds passed so the sooner it was dealt with the better off life would be. As it moved, the Colossus shuddered, making it's entire scaled hide shake. At first nothing happened, but soon small creatures started to emerge from it, pushing up from underneath its scales to the sunlit world they knew little of of. There were eight of them now on the creature's body, three Sahagin and five Akolotl. The Akolotl and one Sahagin moved around aimlessly, trying to find their way in the sunlight. However, two of the Sahagin were well minded enough to figure out what was going on and try to stop it. They stood at the ready, their spears in their hand and their faces turned towards the sky, only to spit a volley of acid at Chris' flying machine, hoping to bring it down or at least damage it. With its "minions" now at work, the Colossus had little to worry about, save for the little one trying to dive into its mouth. It perplexed the creature as to why anything would want to go there. After all, food went there, so why was the creature trying to enter through it? Whatever it was, it couldn't be good. The Colossus opened it's mouth and spat out a blast of water in an attempt to knock back the human. |

The three missiles did a good amount of damage to the beast's armor, but did little to slow it down as it passed beneath Chris's machine. Chris then heard Bethany yell out something about how unreliable Shin-Ra's science department is, probably in response to Kaiji's scanning device overloading. She had mentioned someone's name, and judging by the context of the statement, this 'Hojo' guy was probably one of the higher-ups in said department. "Why thank you. I now know who's probably responsible for half of the things some people hate about Shin-Ra." Chris thought to himself, "They're probably keeping him around just because they're sold on some of his mad science." Chris then noticed a bunch of smaller monsters seemingly coming out of the larger beast's hide. Five of them appeared to resemble some sort of lizard, while the other three resembled turtles. Most of them appeared to need to adjust for the sudden change in lighting, but two of the turtle-monsters probably were able to see well enough to pick out a target. That was Chris's machine. "Hold on." Chris said as he tilted his machine to the right in order to avoid the incoming projectiles, then straightened out and pulled out one of the few Materia that wasn't installed in his equipment: The Thunder Materia. Chris then placed it on the younger SOLDIER's lap and said, "While you're here, take that and help out a little. Take down the small fry for us." Chris then returned his focus on the monsters and gave chase. "Can't get to the head here, but I might have something to nail him on the underbelly!" Chris called out to his teammates below, then followed through on his statement by sending a pair of Earth spikes to puncture the targetted area. |

Angeles stopped, the creature wasn’t even attacking them unless they attacked first or got in the way. She was sure now that what was happening was the same thing that had happened in Kalm. She needed to get on the back of the creature, but then Sahagin and strange little slug things began crawling around on it. Angeles’ eyes narrowed and flashed green slightly as Sephiroth came to the back of her mind and told her to kill it and the surrounding people. Telling her that she had the power to end it quickly. She then ran towards it and jumped up trying to catch onto its leg. However she pulled back as the creature made an attack against the winged man. She folded her arms and waited slightly, trying to figure out what to do. The materia that Keji had given her appeared to be doing nothing. And she wasn’t about to go and reveal that she was a Sephiroth clone to a first class Soldier. She leaned her weight onto one foot and narrowed her eyes slightly before lifting her hand and redoing her Thundaga spell. Aiming for the monster’s now unprotected parts and the creatures on its back. Angeles then moved away as two spikes of earth jutted up towards the creature’s underbelly. Angeles switched her sword to her other hand and another materia appeared in the handle and Angeles swung her hand and blades of air headed for the creature’s head.

Shinoskay watched the scene unfold beneath him and quickly became anxious. he wanted to do something and almost regretted getting into the machine. As he thought this something was placed on his lap and he looked down to see the materia. He then looked up at Chris as he spoke and then looked back down at the scene, he had mostly blanked out during what was said but knew the gist of it "just get in closer and i can combat the small guys like your fabled mage friend was suppose to while you guys fight off the big dude." He let made sure to filter his words with a tint of sarcasm as he presented the Irony of the situation, Nex whom the driver had held high regard for seemed to have disappeared in the middle of the fight while Shinoskay, even if he was supposedly weaker, was still here to fight. It was the young SOLDIERS personal belief that strength isn't the ability to smash a stone wall with your fist, it was the ability to face a challenge and succeed. After a short amount of time Shinoskay stood up and opened the side door using the latch he saw Chris use and then looked at the pilot "no disrespect, but im tired of waiting, i gotta do your mage friends job now". With that he swung himself onto the outside of the airship and slid down the side before launching himself down at the giant before. as he made his decent he slipped the materia given to him into his glove and immediate made a shot at the left creature of the two that fired on the ship. Just after the shot he passed the top of the giants head and so he leaned himself towards its side and begun to slide down towards the two creatures, "two can play the ranged minion game". As He made his way down he pulled back his left hand that had the materia and it began to glow vibrantly with the materia in his hand... almost as if charged by electricity. Just as he reached the two creatures he brought his fist forward and made to slam it into the creatures side just as he released the materia charge for a double attack. As he boar his fist at his foe he bellowed out "but i play the IN YOUR FACE game!" Whether he pegged his targets or not he quickly turned his momentum, almost slipping in the process, and rolled towards one of the scales that these particular two monsters just came from. Using it for cover from the rest so he could attack, or whatever else he did, while dealing with just these two. Edited by shinoskay, Mar 23 2010, 03:37 PM.

Sounds of the battle echoed through the air in into Kai’s ears as he dived towards the beast. He hoped the others could keep the monster distracted long enough for him to get inside and begin his assault. Alas, hopes are rarely fulfilled. A weak blast of water, at least he hoped it was only water, collided with Kai in mid-flight and attempted to push him back. Kai scoffed and forced his wings outward, dispersing the stream of water in the process. The vampire continued his descent and flew straight into the Colossus’s mouth and made the wings on his back recede into his shoulders. Kai shook his head and flipped his now drenched hair back. The beast’s assault did little more than annoy him, that and get his dry clean only suit wet. Kai hoisted his axe above his head and planted it in the Colossus’s tongue before removing his jacket and discarding it to the side. “I actually liked that jacket you lout.” He took a hold of his axe and shouldered with a smile. “I guess there’s nothing to do but repay you in kind. ‘An eye for an eye’ as the good book says.” Kai smirked and picked his axe back up. He spun the weapon in one hand before adding his other to the grip and lifting the cold steel above his head. With a battle yell he slammed the weapon down into the creature’s tongue and began to run into the back of its mouth, dragging his axe’s blade through the tongue. He jumped up as he got to the end of the mouth and swung at the Colossus’s uvula, hoping to take the organ off.

Chaos ensues as the miserable gnats swarmed around the beast, hacking and blasting it as they saw fit. They came from the air, the ground and upon it all at once, dazzling the creature to the point of near exhaustion in dizziness. The low thunder began to slow and eventually halted as the Colossus stopped in its tracks, letting it's own trail of upturned dust finally catch up with it. It breathed heavily, ignoring the mundane creatures as one leaped onto it's back and began assaulting the Sahagin personally. A cool breeze touched the Colossus, rubbing against its cracked and crumbled armor, both on its face and underbelly. In all the years of its life the Colossus had never met anything that had been able to find it's weak points, and now, on a single day, these things had managed to find two of them. A sudden searing pain shot through the creature's head as the one in it's mouth began carving it up from the inside. A deafening roar escaped the Colossus' mouth that threatened to deafen anything that heard it. In a flash of anger, the beast clamped it's mouth shut, aiming to smash Kai into pulp with it's teeth. However, it was not over yet. The colossus began to walk backwards, trying to get more of the group into its view. It then suddenly stopped and began to move itself from side to side and front to back, attempting to dislodge anything that had thought to mount him and expose his two remaining weaknesses. It's body soon stopped and it's eyes turned skyward to the Chris. It's body glowed with a soft blue aura as the creature brought it's power to mind. A ball of water appeared in front of the Colossus' mouth, suspended magically. It then let out another bellow and the water shot like a cannonball at Chris, aiming to smash him out of the air. No mind was paid to Angeles, not yet. The Colossus had not noticed her, but another set of eyes was upon her now, waiting for it's chance to strike. In the distance, Kaiji slowly picked himself up and tightened the bandage around his face. He wasn't felling well enough to fight but there was no knowing if that meant he was useless. He took a deep breath and began to jog in the direction of the Colossus, hoping that they would manage to stop it. Otherwise, he would never catch up. |

Angeles watched as the creature seemed unfazed by either of her attacks and she stopped again, luckily though, so did the creature. She stood and watched as the creature shot a blast at the man in the airship and the third class jumped out of it and began an assault in the sahagin. She sheathed her sword onto her back and folded her arms and watched from where she was. Suddenly she was attacked from the back of the creature. She pulled her sword from her back and swung her sword, seemingly brushing the water away and glaring up from where the attack came from before she ran forward and jumped up and grabbed onto one of the legs of the colossus. She held on tightly as it began to try to shake everyone off. She growled slightly and turned to see if Kaji was within sight. Doing this the human way was becoming annoying, she never thought that doing something human would be annoying; after all she enjoyed the manual labor at the ranch. Unfortunately Kaji was on his way and Angeles growled. She continued to climb up hand over hand until she was on its back. She drew her sword from her back and looked around at the first class and had a mind to throw him off before he got himself killed. She kicked one of the Akolotl that was near her, attempting to kick it off of the creature’s back. Keji could deal with it if it survived. She then twirled her sword and attacked the other Akolotl that had attacked her. She then tried to find the other weak points of the creature whose back they were standing on.

Doesn't particularly like the Art of Fighting, but definitely wants to be the King of Fighters.

Looks like the group was making progress. Now the Colossus was focused more on the group attacking it than the city it aimed to ravage. However, it was far from over. After all, hadn't Kaiji said there were five weak points? They had only knocked out two, and perhaps one more of them had been found. That left two unknowns, though. Right now, Chris had to worry about it sending a counterattack. A seemingly formidible, but ultimately telegraphed and delayed attack. Chris dove down both to avoid the incoming Water shot and position himself for the next intended target: The beast's legs. Chris took a second to decide how to approach this one. After all, this was mostly to see if there even WAS a weak point at all. Chris decided on Seiryuu's missiles for this one. One, two, three shots aimed for the monster's legs. Hopefully that will do at least a little bit of something to the monster. Edited by KurisuMurei, Mar 29 2010, 04:33 PM.
