Greetings, hopefully all are doing well. I know I don't get around this site as often as I want but kids intend to take up a lot of time who knew
Last Saturday we hosted a crawfish and seafood boil, so the days leading up to it where about preparation, running errands etc. So the past week has been recovery mode. The last couple of days I have been doing laundry. One of the hang ups is a lot of items get dried on drying racks, then there are the kids clothes.
Today though I have been taking it easy, I have bedding to wash and a kitchen floor to sweep and mop but other than that I am taking it easy. Most of the afternoon has been spent playing with the kids, sometimes as parent you have to push everything aside and be a kid with your kid or kids. :D

All of this hard work is good for you. It's not good for me, but it's good for you.

Trust me, I know these things... ;)

I bet you wouldn't be saying that if you were the one doing it. This week and last I went through the garage and cleared stuff out, however it didn't make much of a difference. We got a lot of boxes in the garage for the kids toys that when they out grown we will box up and take to goodwill. I have been trying to dispose of a little each week but each week something else gets added to the garage, for months over a year the wife has told me we are going out there and and are going to really go through stuff. I eventually decided to handle the issue on my own. Today was about laundry. I have been washing, drying, folding and iron sense 1pm. I think I have the last load drying. Tonight is bath night and after that I will vacuum before I head off to work. Speaking of vacuuming we settled on a miele salsa originally we were going to get a miele twist but settle for the salsa because its what a contain unit its supposed to with hold 99.999% of dust and allergens. The vacuum we got was a floor model, the salesman knocked $50 off the price and gave us a seven year warranty. He told us if we bring it in every 18 months for service it will last a good twenty years. The current version I believe is called the tornado, same exact machine but instead a turn dial the newest machine has a touch screen. One of the things none of the YouTube videos mentioned was the weight, its heavy vacuum, but its powerful, and its in my favorite color red

Of course I wouldn't be saying that if I was doing it. I told you up front, it wasn't good for me, right?! :D
